observaci\u00f3n gozosa ser testigo desnudo de un equipo en &#039;flujo&#039;, rindiendo al m\u00e1ximo casi sin esfuerzo. Los equipos deportivos o de negocios que ejecutan casi a la perfecci\u00f3n de manera consistente son raros, pero dentro de una cultura que realmente apoya el rendimiento, un rendimiento excelente puede convertirse en la norma, con algunas raras excepciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una haza\u00f1a desafiante actualizar los objetivos y los resultados clave. Cada miembro del equipo y cada equipo dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n debe desbloquear su potencial, individual y colectivamente, para desempe\u00f1arse consistentemente a un alto nivel de excelencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las personas que combinan sus habilidades, desbloquean su potencial, se complementan y se entienden se unen como una rara obra de arte casi perfecta que agrada a todos los ojos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo el mundo tiene potencial todav\u00eda, como exclam\u00f3 Vince Lombardy: &quot;Potencial solo significa que a\u00fan no lo has hecho&quot;. El aprendizaje continuo, la voluntad de aprender de los fracasos, la estrategia y la ejecuci\u00f3n, y el compromiso inquebrantable con una causa compartida, as\u00ed como otros factores, se combinan y moldean en la &quot;llave&quot; que desbloquea el potencial de su equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos y los resultados clave son metas amplias y no simplemente f\u00e1ciles de lograr, el liderazgo de cualquier organizaci\u00f3n har\u00e1 bien en investigar a fondo qu\u00e9 bloquea el logro potencial de los equipos y las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es simple crear una visi\u00f3n como &#039;Seremos l\u00edderes del mercado global para 2030 y objetivos como ingresar efectivamente a nuevos mercados, es un asunto totalmente diferente impulsar a un equipo en torno a estos objetivos y lograrlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lea m\u00e1s sobre c\u00f3mo liberar su potencial como individuo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-blocks-potential\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 bloquea el potencial?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>creencias limitantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creencias limitantes como no tengo la habilidad suficiente, &#039;Este equipo es bueno pero no tan h\u00e1bil como..., somos solo una peque\u00f1a empresa y no podemos competir, se interponen en el camino del desempe\u00f1o y limitan su capacidad de lograr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ya sea que se trate de creencias individuales o colectivas que deben abordarse, muy buenas preguntas para identificar la fuente de estas creencias son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n te lo dijo? \u00bfQui\u00e9n te dijo que no eres lo suficientemente bueno? A menudo, las limitaciones solo existen dentro de nuestras propias mentes, ya que es &#039;el cr\u00edtico interno&#039; el que nos dice que no somos lo suficientemente buenos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como l\u00edderes, no podemos darnos el lujo de limitar las creencias para enconarse dentro de un equipo. Depende de nosotros modelar el comportamiento de confianza, hablar en consecuencia y entrenar a nuestros equipos para romper con las creencias limitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Derecho&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se ha asentado la creencia de que, en general, todos nos debemos algo y tenemos derecho a todo lo que se nos da, y derecho a las cosas que no se nos dan, estamos creando conflictos y estamos esperando que otros act\u00faen antes que nosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sentido de derecho bloquea el desempe\u00f1o y sofoca la colaboraci\u00f3n. El mundo no nos debe nada, en cambio, lo que le debemos a los dem\u00e1s es la mejor forma de nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>otorgamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos creen que cuando se les otorga un t\u00edtulo, deben merecerlo y ya poseer todas las cualidades requeridas para el t\u00edtulo y, por lo tanto, no tienen que ganar el t\u00edtulo y darle significado a trav\u00e9s del trabajo duro e inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando un individuo &#039;sufre&#039; el otorgamiento, la creencia tiene el desafortunado efecto secundario de pensar que \u00e9l o ella puede hacer lo que quiera, ya que el t\u00edtulo est\u00e1 &#039;por encima de la ley&#039;, por as\u00ed decirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sentido de otorgamiento hace que las personas &quot;se duerman en los laureles&quot;, lo que es un gran detractor del rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrogancia (Ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No tiene nada de malo tener altos niveles de confianza, en cambio, es un requisito para el \u00e9xito sostenible, pero creer que eres mejor que los dem\u00e1s y no puedes cometer errores significa que tu confianza se ha transformado en arrogancia y afectar\u00e1 negativamente tu desempe\u00f1o en alg\u00fan momento. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 libera el potencial?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Empoderamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Mirando hacia el pr\u00f3ximo siglo, los l\u00edderes ser\u00e1n aquellos que empoderen a otros&quot;<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El empoderamiento es crear un entorno o una cultura que permita a otros alcanzar el \u00e9xito sostenible de la forma m\u00e1s sencilla posible. No se trata de trabajar para otros, sino de crear un entorno colaborativo, creativo y de trabajo en equipo respaldado por los recursos necesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empoderar a otros tambi\u00e9n es brindar el apoyo, la orientaci\u00f3n y la tutor\u00eda necesarios para lograrlo. El empoderamiento tambi\u00e9n se trata de &#039;salir del camino, lo que significa evitar la microgesti\u00f3n tanto como sea posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, la creaci\u00f3n conjunta de objetivos, resultados clave y tareas de apoyo, obteniendo y apreciando los aportes de todos, es un ejercicio de empoderamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compromiso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo opuesto al compromiso es el estado de apat\u00eda. La apat\u00eda simplemente significa que al individuo realmente no le importa y solo intentar\u00e1 hacer lo suficiente para no ser despedido. Un elemento esencial de los niveles de compromiso de los miembros del equipo es su compromiso con la organizaci\u00f3n y sus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una decisi\u00f3n individual hasta qu\u00e9 punto se comprometer\u00e1 un individuo. Sin embargo, esta decisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 influenciada por varios factores sobre los que el liderazgo de una organizaci\u00f3n tiene control, tales como, entre otros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-4ec96e\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>La claridad y el esp\u00edritu de comunicaci\u00f3n dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Claridad de metas, objetivos y resultados clave, KPI y tareas<\/li><li>Recompensa y reconocimiento<\/li><li>Calidad del entrenamiento y el apoyo.<\/li><li>Una visi\u00f3n y un prop\u00f3sito claros e inspiradores<\/li><li>Un sistema de valores compartidos que crea est\u00e1ndares de comportamiento claros y positivos<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prop\u00f3sito<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El prop\u00f3sito colectivo de una empresa en la industria de la belleza podr\u00eda ser hacer que las personas (el consumidor) se sientan seguros y hermosos y disfruten m\u00e1s de la vida. Si este prop\u00f3sito es sincero, se discute con frecuencia y un gran porcentaje de los empleados de las empresas llevan este prop\u00f3sito en sus corazones, aumentar\u00e1 los niveles de energ\u00eda de los miembros del equipo para desempe\u00f1arse como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sentido de prop\u00f3sito le da significado al trabajo y lo hace m\u00e1s impactante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confianza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es esencial que los miembros del equipo tengan confianza en s\u00ed mismos, pero tambi\u00e9n en los dem\u00e1s y en la organizaci\u00f3n. Cuando prevalece la duda, el rendimiento se ve dr\u00e1sticamente afectado y cada vez es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil alcanzar los objetivos y resultados clave de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los miembros del equipo deben ser guiados hacia altos niveles de confianza en s\u00ed mismos y entrenados cuando es bajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es nuestro deber como l\u00edderes crear empresas impactantes y para ser impactantes debemos liberar el potencial de los miembros de nuestro equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aprende a
