Este escrito se refiere a tareas que son relativamente simples de realizar ya que fueron co-creadas y decididas por el equipo, no transmitidas con brevedad e instrucciones vagas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La comunicaci\u00f3n con un ROI es un factor cr\u00edtico de \u00e9xito del rendimiento.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00eda ser perfecto para establecer los objetivos correctos y los resultados clave para su equipo. Todo el equipo podr\u00eda ser t\u00e9cnicamente perfecto, pero el fracaso sigue siendo una gran posibilidad si la comunicaci\u00f3n en la organizaci\u00f3n es deficiente y, en general, negativa y vaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR son excelentes marcos y catalizadores del rendimiento, pero siguen siendo solo eso: un marco. probable que el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n venga como un &#039;subproducto del cuidado&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contrataci\u00f3n e incorporaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p
