sostenibles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la antig\u00fcedad, los poetas y compositores grabaron los logros de los l\u00edderes en la mente de las personas. Actualmente, las redes sociales y varias otras plataformas comparten los hechos o declaraciones de l\u00edderes de todo el mundo. Los marcos OKR, aunque son excelentes catalizadores de rendimiento, no son suficientes por s\u00ed mismos para garantizar un rendimiento sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto la presencia de un liderazgo fuerte como la ausencia del mismo tienen varias consecuencias, esas consecuencias han sido experimentadas por todos de alguna forma y se muestran, disfrutan o sufren en p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00fan as\u00ed, si fuera una cuesti\u00f3n tan simple de definir primero qu\u00e9 es un l\u00edder y, en segundo lugar, ser un l\u00edder, entonces todos ser\u00edan uno. Se realizan innumerables intentos en todo el mundo para crear m\u00e1s l\u00edderes, a trav\u00e9s de cursos, programas y tutor\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La teor\u00eda del liderazgo es relativamente f\u00e1cil de entender, pero la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de los principios del liderazgo no es un asunto sencillo. Probablemente, la mayor\u00eda de las personas en el mundo de los negocios estar\u00e1 de acuerdo en que un liderazgo fuerte y eficaz es un requisito para el \u00e9xito sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liderazgo y desempe\u00f1o sostenible<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google atribuye su \u00e9xito no solo a los marcos de OKR, sino tambi\u00e9n a un fuerte liderazgo y una cultura basada en valores. Es probable que fracase cualquier intento aislado de mejorar el rendimiento, por ejemplo, un enfoque \u00fanico en los OKR u otros marcos de rendimiento, ya que este m\u00e9todo ignora el hecho de que hay muchos elementos para un rendimiento sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Una gran persona atrae a grandes personas y sabe c\u00f3mo mantenerlas unidas&#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Johan Wolfgang de Goethe<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A medida que nos embarcamos en el viaje para hacer realidad un futuro estado deseado, surgen varios obst\u00e1culos, algunos de ellos son fuerzas externas, como cambios repentinos en el mercado, y algunos son problemas culturales internos de la empresa.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de algunos c\u00edrculos de la fraternidad de recursos humanos, la &#039;era post covid&#039; ha sido etiquetada como &#039;la gran renuncia&#039; a medida que m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s personas eval\u00faan el impacto de sus trabajos en la sociedad y c\u00f3mo sus trabajos afectan su bienestar y salud mental.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reciprocidad se ha convertido en un punto focal: en t\u00e9rminos generales, las personas solo se preocupar\u00e1n por una empresa si la empresa realmente se preocupa por ellos. Se ha vuelto totalmente irreal esperar que las personas se preocupen por la visi\u00f3n y el prop\u00f3sito de la empresa si la empresa no se preocupa por la visi\u00f3n y el prop\u00f3sito personal de los individuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hace d\u00e9cadas, los oradores y escritores centrados en el liderazgo p\u00fablico y los recursos humanos ya eran inflexibles en sus discursos sobre &#039;buscar primero comprender antes de buscar ser entendidos y hablar profusamente sobre &#039;habilidades blandas como la comunicaci\u00f3n y el entrenamiento para apoyar a los empleados en su desarrollo personal y trayectoria profesional. . Puede ser perfecto en el establecimiento de objetivos y la redacci\u00f3n de marcos OKR perfectos, pero la comunicaci\u00f3n y la cultura adecuadas deben estar presentes para respaldar el rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es f\u00e1cil hablar de estos asuntos, otra cosa es asegurar su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica. Los egos, los miedos, los desaf\u00edos, los malentendidos, los prejuicios y los derechos son solo algunos de una larga lista de grandes obst\u00e1culos que se ciernen sobre el concepto de logro sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En el contexto de lo anterior me gustar\u00eda definir el liderazgo como:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una demostraci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de la sabidur\u00eda para impulsar e inspirar a las personas en torno a una visi\u00f3n, un prop\u00f3sito y un sistema de valores compartidos y para lograrlo juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El desempe\u00f1o sostenible, en t\u00e9rminos generales, se trata de un fuerte liderazgo de servicio, cultura empresarial y gesti\u00f3n de marcos de desempe\u00f1o aspiracionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfA qu\u00e9 lobo alimentar\u00e1s m\u00e1s?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan Neurociencia, el ser humano promedio tiene alrededor de 50 000 pensamientos por d\u00eda de los cuales 70% son negativos. Los pensamientos negativos amplifican los egos, los miedos, los desaf\u00edos, los prejuicios y los derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes siervos verdaderos y fuertes en general son optimistas. Ser optimista no tiene por qu\u00e9 significar que tienes que negar lo negativo, simplemente eliges enfocarte m\u00e1s en lo positivo y encontrar las soluciones m\u00e1s efectivas posibles para lo negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los maestros budistas han comparado la mente humana con un mono salvaje, que corre r\u00e1pidamente y cambia de direcci\u00f3n sin rumbo fijo. Esa es la condici\u00f3n de la mente humana hasta que es controlada. Y solo t\u00fa puedes controlar tu propia mente, nadie puede ni lo har\u00e1 por ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aras de la ilustraci\u00f3n, llamemos a un &#039;lobo&#039; positivo ya otro negativo, y ambos &#039;lobos&#039; est\u00e1n vivos dentro de su mente. Estos dos lobos se enfrentan en una batalla final. \u00bfQui\u00e9n ganar\u00e1? La respuesta es simple: el que m\u00e1s alimentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los verdaderos l\u00edderes servidores alimentan m\u00e1s al &#039;lobo positivo&#039;, pero no niegan que existe una batalla entre los dos lobos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La mentalidad de liderazgo.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma en que te despiertas est\u00e1 determinada en gran medida por c\u00f3mo te acostaste la noche anterior (con una mente positiva, tranquila y relajada o con una mente perturbada y negativa). Un n\u00famero creciente de &#039;gur\u00fas&#039; del liderazgo, la mentalidad y el desempe\u00f1o est\u00e1n ense\u00f1ando un ritual matutino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recomiendo demasiado un ritual matutino para enfocar la mente, pero una recomendaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuerte es tener un ritual vespertino para garantizar la calma, la positividad y la relajaci\u00f3n. Los rituales matutinos no importan mucho si te despiertas con una mente abrumada y negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n te recomiendo que adaptes tus rituales a lo que realmente disfrutas y que no te obligues a hacer cosas que odias a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana o antes de acostarte. Aqu\u00ed solo ofrezco pautas flexibles y simplificadas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* No permita que sus rituales vespertinos y matutinos se conviertan en una &quot;carga de tiempo&quot;. 10 a 20 minutos son suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Haz algo que calme tu mente, sea lo que sea, puede ser meditaci\u00f3n, oraci\u00f3n, escuchar m\u00fasica, leer, ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n, etc., durante unos minutos por la noche antes de acostarte y por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Haga una cosa en la ma\u00f1ana que active la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, esto podr\u00eda ser algunas flexiones, un poco de yoga o boxear con un saco de boxeo durante unos minutos. No se trata de hacer ejercicio para aumentar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y perder peso, se trata simplemente de activar las &quot;hormonas de sentirse bien&quot; en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Conc\u00e9ntrese en la mente por la ma\u00f1ana, antes de participar en sus h\u00e1bitos normales, como preparar su caf\u00e9 o desayunar. Frecuentemente. El l\u00edder servidor apoya y entrena a su gente y no ordena ni controla a los miembros de su equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que debo hacer para apoyarlo mejor? es una buena pregunta para aquellos a quienes entrenas. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos trabajar juntos para lograr esto? es otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfSignifica este argumento que los l\u00edderes de servicio son &#039;transitorios&#039; y f\u00e1ciles de manipular?
