Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda tener un puntaje perfecto al establecer los OKR correctos, pero si no hay una verdadera inspiraci\u00f3n y un prop\u00f3sito s\u00f3lido como base, es poco probable que el desempe\u00f1o de su empresa sea sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, las personas son resistentes al cambio. Cuando pides un cambio, le est\u00e1s pidiendo a la gente que salga de los l\u00edmites de su zona de confort. Las personas tienden a no colaborar de forma sostenible cuando se ven obligadas a hacerlo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspirar a su equipo con un fuerte sentido de prop\u00f3sito, una visi\u00f3n emocionante y un sentido de pertenencia a trav\u00e9s del intercambio de valores culmina en una colaboraci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR est\u00e1n dirigidos al futuro. Al lograr nuestro\/s objetivo\/s, \u00bfasegurar\u00e1 saltos positivos hacia nuestra Visi\u00f3n final?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width
