establecimiento de objetivos. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u2013 Cuando los OKR se implementan de manera efectiva, est\u00e1n orientados hacia el futuro y son inspiradores, basados en la colaboraci\u00f3n y la creatividad. Los OKR en manos de l\u00edderes y gerentes cuyas mentes est\u00e1n en perfecta armon\u00eda con sus corazones conducen a un desempe\u00f1o m\u00e1gico.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">soy apasionado \u00bfQu\u00e9 acci\u00f3n te lleva a hacer tu pasi\u00f3n? pregunta Bono. Frases po\u00e9ticas casadas con emociones conmovedoras de riffs de guitarra que hablaban de lo eterno. Tamborilea y basa el ritmo fundamental como un habilitador para alcanzar la luna y m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pasi\u00f3n es el primer ingrediente que se vierte en la copa del establecimiento de metas, pero vale la pena reiterar:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; si el coraz\u00f3n no encuentra una rima perfecta con la cabeza entonces tu pasi\u00f3n no significa nada. La pasi\u00f3n que permanece persistente como un sentimiento oculto compuesto por pensamientos emocionales no puede traducirse en una acci\u00f3n significativa que cambie el rumbo de las organizaciones y cambie el mundo. Los l\u00edderes y gerentes son mejores cuando son apasionados y est\u00e1n motivados por un prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pasi\u00f3n tiene que ser fortificada con estructura para que florezca. Intr\u00ednseco a esta estructura debe ser la acci\u00f3n, el tipo de acci\u00f3n que perpetuamente toma la excelencia como vara de medir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, la estructura no debe ser demasiado r\u00edgida, como exclam\u00f3 Bill James:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;La estandarizaci\u00f3n conduce a la rigidez y la rigidez hace que las cosas se rompan<\/p>\n<cite>bill james<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eso habla directamente del delicado equilibrio entre liderazgo (inspiraci\u00f3n) y gesti\u00f3n (control). De hecho, es un arte lograr un equilibrio saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entretejido a trav\u00e9s de todos los SOPS y otras reglas debe estar el respeto por las personas, el cuidado sincero y el intercambio de valores y sue\u00f1os para que se infunda con los niveles adecuados de energ\u00eda para mantenerlo. Los l\u00edderes y gerentes son los custodios de la cultura empresarial impulsada por el prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un marco de establecimiento de objetivos debe ser lo suficientemente flexible como para permitir la colaboraci\u00f3n, pivotar cuando sea necesario, resoluci\u00f3n creativa de problemas y una mentalidad de crecimiento positivo para florecer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una dosis decente de pasi\u00f3n e inspiraci\u00f3n debe fluir a trav\u00e9s de la estructura del establecimiento de objetivos para que sea una fuente de energ\u00eda y motivaci\u00f3n que culmine en un desempe\u00f1o sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que los marcos OKR est\u00e1n dirigidos al futuro, impulsados por la pasi\u00f3n, basados en la colaboraci\u00f3n pero estructurados, este h\u00edbrido de h\u00e1bito y pasi\u00f3n lo convierte en la &quot;estrella de rock&quot; del establecimiento de objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 algunos Rockstars superan a otros durante d\u00e9cadas y por qu\u00e9 algunos l\u00edderes y gerentes superan a otros? \u2013 cuando la visi\u00f3n y el prop\u00f3sito son m\u00e1s altos que el yo, cuando los valores fundamentan pensamientos et\u00e9reos apasionados y los transforman en magia pr\u00e1ctica, entonces, y solo entonces, el crecimiento 10x puede ser no solo una posibilidad sino una realidad sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos y los resultados clave comienzan con un fuerte porqu\u00e9 (prop\u00f3sito). Esto asegura impacto y trabajo significativo. Dado que los objetivos est\u00e1n dirigidos al futuro, crea entusiasmo, especialmente cuando es significativo y de largo alcance.
