class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los conceptos de Liderazgo y marcos de desempe\u00f1o se exploran de manera pr\u00e1ctica en este art\u00edculo. El verdadero liderazgo nunca ha sido m\u00e1s necesario que ahora. La integraci\u00f3n de las habilidades de liderazgo y los marcos OKR forman una combinaci\u00f3n potente para abordar varios desaf\u00edos de manera proactiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mundo desafiante<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos de nosotros, como especie, experimentando eventos globales y el impacto de los mismos, realmente no hay m\u00e1s fronteras. Covid-19 y la guerra de Ucrania han creado un &#039;inter\u00e9s compuesto negativo&#039; que nos presentar\u00e1 desaf\u00edos futuros mutados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos eventos han puesto un microscopio sobre el Liderazgo y tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad que tienen los verdaderos l\u00edderes de levantarse y cambiar el mundo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El liderazgo es conductual y no un t\u00edtulo. El liderazgo tiene que ver tanto con el pensamiento estrat\u00e9gico como con la ejecuci\u00f3n del mismo. El liderazgo est\u00e1 dirigido hacia el futuro y es inspirador. El liderazgo es un mandato de colectividad y trabajo en equipo. El liderazgo consiste en superar desaf\u00edos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liderar a otros tambi\u00e9n se trata de ser el ejemplo del comportamiento que deseas de los dem\u00e1s. Esencialmente, en el centro del Liderazgo se encuentra la capacidad de crear otros l\u00edderes como una forma de garantizar un futuro sostenible y deseado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el coraz\u00f3n de la capacidad de guiar a otros se encuentra el desarrollo del car\u00e1cter. El car\u00e1cter es lo opuesto a la imagen. La imagen es lo que quieres que los dem\u00e1s piensen de ti, el car\u00e1cter es lo que realmente eres: tu yo aut\u00e9ntico. Para Liderar, tambi\u00e9n debe ser una persona altamente comprometida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las herramientas m\u00e1s valiosas para un l\u00edder son sus o\u00eddos. La escucha activa es principalmente una habilidad perdida y la m\u00e1s necesaria al mismo tiempo. Como el liderazgo y la gesti\u00f3n pueden integrarse, pero son dos conceptos diferentes, tambi\u00e9n se puede afirmar que: todo liderazgo se ha convertido en liderazgo de cambio. Adjunto el art\u00edculo muy informativo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2017\/10\/all-management-is-change-management\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2017\/10\/all-management-is-change-management<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todas las mejoras y el crecimiento pueden considerarse como cambios, ya que el resultado final es una propuesta diferente del statu quo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donde el liderazgo se encuentra a la perfecci\u00f3n con los marcos OKR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, los marcos OKR tambi\u00e9n son conocidos por su orientaci\u00f3n hacia el futuro, su car\u00e1cter aspiracional y la demanda de altos niveles de compromiso fortalecidos por el trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas y otras semejanzas sugieren que los marcos OKR pueden ser una herramienta poderosa para que un L\u00edder o Liderazgo implemente como mecanismo de ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia. Los marcos OKR en general tienen objetivos dirigidos al futuro en su n\u00facleo, lo que representa un cambio del status quo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los marcos OKR pueden ser cr\u00edticos para medir y rastrear con precisi\u00f3n el desempe\u00f1o de las iniciativas de cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn los negocios, la idea de medir lo que est\u00e1s haciendo, seleccionando las medidas que cuentan como la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente y el rendimiento\u2026 te hace feliz con eso\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cultura de negocios<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cultura empresarial proporciona el contexto para que los marcos de Liderazgo y Desempe\u00f1o florezcan o &#039;perezcan&#039;. Dentro de una cultura positiva y orientada al crecimiento, tanto la administraci\u00f3n como la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o se vuelven relativamente m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles. Dentro de una cultura t\u00f3xica, tanto el liderazgo como la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o sufrir\u00e1n o se volver\u00e1n imposibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, las m\u00e9tricas de rendimiento, cuando se implementan de manera precisa y efectiva, pueden servir a los supervisores de dos maneras muy importantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Son datos f\u00e1cticos los que desv\u00edan la atenci\u00f3n de las emociones y la dirigen hacia las realidades actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Basar las decisiones en hechos actuales puede ser una base s\u00f3lida para el \u00e9xito futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google y varias otras compa\u00f1\u00edas globales gigantes han atribuido una gran parte de su crecimiento fenomenal a la implementaci\u00f3n de marcos OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los marcos OKR implementados de manera efectiva pueden ser un gran factor que contribuye a establecer y mantener una cultura de alto rendimiento y crecimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luchas clave para los l\u00edderes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El compromiso de las partes interesadas, el fomento de un sistema de valores compartidos entre los empleados, la \u00e9tica laboral general y el desempe\u00f1o sostenible suelen ser algunos de los desaf\u00edos generales que enfrentan los custodios. Para aumentar el volumen de desaf\u00edos, los l\u00edderes deben resolver problemas y dilemas complejos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes tienden a ser personas \u00fanicas que realmente aprenden a disfrutar resolviendo problemas en lugar de rehuirlos. Armado con caracter\u00edsticas y habilidades esenciales de liderazgo combinadas con herramientas altamente efectivas como, por ejemplo, los marcos OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
