producen resultados 10 veces mayores<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHay algunos l\u00edderes que eligen inspirar en lugar de manipular para motivar a las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n<cite>Sim\u00f3n Sinek<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David estaba pasando por seguridad en la f\u00e1brica de obleas. &#039;Otro d\u00eda aburrido, haciendo lo mismo de la misma manera, estaba pensando y suspir\u00f3 cuando fich\u00f3 el d\u00eda laboral n\u00famero 2091. Al menos el salario est\u00e1 bien, estaba tratando de insertar un pensamiento positivo en medio del bombardeo de negatividad. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David estaba tratando de evitar al gerente de producci\u00f3n mientras insist\u00eda en uno de los objetivos trimestrales de reducir los rechazos de calidad, pero no tuvo suerte, b\u00e1sicamente entr\u00f3 en una reuni\u00f3n sorpresa organizada por el mismo gerente de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algo era diferente, el gerente de producci\u00f3n ten\u00eda una gran sonrisa en su rostro y sus ojos brillaban con energ\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;S\u00ed, como era de esperar, les recordar\u00e9 nuestros objetivos cr\u00edticos para este trimestre y los resultados clave de apoyo, pero hay algo que debo compartir...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pens\u00e9 largo y tendido sobre por qu\u00e9 les pedimos m\u00e1s esfuerzo de ustedes como equipo. Una cosa de la que siempre me he sentido muy orgulloso es la cantidad de empleos que creamos en esta comunidad. Va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso, por cada trabajo que creamos estamos alimentando y empoderando a una familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agregar significado al trabajo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente contamos con m\u00e1s de once mil empleados en todos los turnos, lo que significa que esta empresa est\u00e1 alimentando a once mil familias en esta comunidad. Eso va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del pago de salarios, es un impacto microecon\u00f3mico real, es un impacto social real. Este es un prop\u00f3sito cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese es el verdadero prop\u00f3sito de nuestro trabajo, alimentamos a las familias, enviamos a los ni\u00f1os a la escuela. Por eso vengo a trabajar, por eso llevo en el coraz\u00f3n el amor por lo que hago. Eso me da la energ\u00eda para ir tras los objetivos y resultados clave porque cuando los cumplimos estamos alimentando a m\u00e1s familias mientras mantenemos contentos a nuestros clientes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El instinto natural e inicial de David fue crear un escudo mental de negatividad: \u201cSolo palabras para manipularnos, solo dame mi salario\u201d, fue la charla mental que pas\u00f3 en su mente. Sin embargo, hoy fue diferente, las palabras de los gerentes de producci\u00f3n fueron sinceras, y era cierto ahora que David lo pens\u00f3, esta empresa alimenta a once mil familias, y s\u00ed, eso es algo de lo que estar orgulloso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director de producci\u00f3n baj\u00f3 la voz mientras las palabras cargadas de emoci\u00f3n brotaban de su lengua: &#039;As\u00ed que no estamos reduciendo los rechazos de calidad solo para ahorrar costes. \u00a1NO! Estamos reduciendo los rechazos de calidad para que las once mil familias que alimentamos puedan estar orgullosas de lo que representamos. La calidad es un principio de familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esas palabras, la energ\u00eda en la habitaci\u00f3n se elev\u00f3 de manera tangible. Se sinti\u00f3 colectivamente un sentido de prop\u00f3sito. Para inspirar a los equipos y alentar y fomentar una cultura de crecimiento positivo, se necesita un prop\u00f3sito s\u00f3lido, una visi\u00f3n y un sistema de valores compartidos como base para alejar a los miembros del equipo de la negatividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos ambiciosos, como los marcos OKR, son, por definici\u00f3n, dif\u00edciles de lograr y el grado de dificultad aumenta cuando los miembros del equipo se vuelven negativos y desmotivados.
