Inicialmente, su equipo conf\u00eda en lo que respecta al rendimiento de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tiempo revela que existen desaf\u00edos de certificaci\u00f3n de productos que retrasan su lanzamiento al mercado. Los costos de marketing y los gastos relacionados comienzan a acumularse antes de que se venda una unidad de producto. Los niveles de entusiasmo comienzan a disminuir a medida que se da cuenta de que las ganancias de la comisi\u00f3n percibida no solo se retrasan sino que est\u00e1n amenazadas. La acci\u00f3n puramente por el bien de la acci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 suficiente y eventualmente conducir\u00e1 a una p\u00e9rdida de enfoque y urgencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celebre sinceramente las &quot;peque\u00f1as victorias en el camino para hacer realidad sus OKR y su Visi\u00f3n y recompense espec\u00edficamente las acciones que obtienen el mayor retorno de la inversi\u00f3n&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplica el principio de Pareto: es com\u00fan que solo el 20% de las acciones realizadas produzca el 80% de los resultados. Es deber del liderazgo averiguar exactamente qu\u00e9 20% de acciones son las que producen la mayor cantidad de resultados e inculcar un fuerte enfoque en ellas. El uso efectivo del principio de Pareto puede mejorar enormemente el rendimiento de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>B\u00fasqueda de fallas en lugar de pensamiento basado en soluciones<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la neurociencia, el ser humano promedio tiene m\u00e1s de 70 000 pensamientos por d\u00eda, de los cuales m\u00e1s de 70% son negativos. Como resultado, es una tendencia humana natural concentrarse en encontrar fallas, lo que no siempre es necesariamente algo malo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siempre que la cultura de su empresa sea de tal naturaleza que los miembros del equipo se sientan alentados e influenciados para encontrar soluciones e implementarlas con \u00e9xito, entonces &#039;encontrar fallas es en realidad un elemento positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La b\u00fasqueda de fallas sin la aplicaci\u00f3n inmediata de soluciones potenciales crea una espiral negativa y da\u00f1a irreparablemente la cultura de la empresa con el tiempo.
