class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos y resultados clave (OKR) y los cuadros de mando integrales (BSC) son los sistemas del ejecutivo para caracterizar y seguir los objetivos. BSC apareci\u00f3 en la escena de la estructura de administraci\u00f3n esencial a mediados de los 90, a\u00f1os y a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de que Andy Grove ayudara a establecer Intel y enviara el marco OKR avanzado. John Doerr, el aprendiz de Grove, luego asumir\u00eda, difundir\u00eda y promover\u00eda el marco OKR en todo Silicon Valley y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 con &quot;Measure What Matters&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto los OKR como el BSC son marcos para impulsar el cambio. Los dos intentan transmitir lo que un grupo o asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 tratando de lograr, ajustar ese trabajo departamental al sistema y medir todos los avances esenciales que a\u00fan est\u00e1n en el aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diferenciaci\u00f3n entre Objetivos y Resultados Clave con Balanced ScoreCard:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Objetivos y resultados clave) y BSC (Balance Scorecard) son herramientas para ayudar a las organizaciones a alcanzar las metas u objetivos esperados; la \u00fanica diferencia es el enfoque. El proceso del BSC parte de la visi\u00f3n y la misi\u00f3n, luego se convierte en una meta a largo plazo para lograr cuantitativamente, luego se reduce a una meta a corto plazo (generalmente un a\u00f1o) y se determina en cuatro perspectivas del Cuadro de Mando Integral. Este objetivo anual se convierte en el objetivo de KPI (Key Performance Indicator) de la empresa. Luego se reduce a KPI para las divisiones y departamentos debajo de \u00e9l, hasta el nivel individual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primero, OKR y BSC difieren en su visi\u00f3n del horizonte temporal. Al dise\u00f1ar el sistema de Cuadro de Mando Integral en una organizaci\u00f3n, nuestro horizonte mira al menos un a\u00f1o hacia el futuro. Mientras OKR, generalmente nos enfocamos en las prioridades de trabajo para los pr\u00f3ximos tres meses (1 trimestre). Han descrito cuatro perspectivas del Cuadro de Mando Integral. Este objetivo anual se convierte en el objetivo de KPI (Key Performance Indicator) de la empresa. Luego se reduce a KPI para las divisiones y departamentos debajo de \u00e9l, hasta el nivel individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>*Pon enlaces a un art\u00edculo que hable sobre KPI*<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, OKR analiza qu\u00e9 metas u objetivos quiere alcanzar la empresa en los pr\u00f3ximos 90 d\u00edas (tres meses). Determinamos los planes (Objetivos) y luego decidimos c\u00f3mo medirlos si logramos estas metas. En OKR, se llama Resultados Clave, que es el tama\u00f1o (m\u00e9tricas) de los Objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR se ha vuelto muy popular, especialmente en las nuevas empresas, porque su enfoque a corto plazo de tres meses se adapta al entorno din\u00e1mico y cambiante de hoy. La gente dice que la era de VUCA (volatilidad, incertidumbre, complejidad y ambig\u00fcedad). Este OKR ayuda a las empresas a ser m\u00e1s \u00e1giles o \u00e1giles para hacer frente a los cambios que se producen a su alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pros y contras de combinar OKR y BSC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las ventajas de usar OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>OKR es una interacci\u00f3n de base hacia arriba y hacia los lados. Generalmente, el proceso de establecimiento de objetivos se desborda comenzando desde arriba, con la iniciativa estableciendo objetivos para los supervisores y los administradores estableciendo objetivos para sus grupos. Con los OKR, las personas tienen m\u00e1s oportunidades para planificar sus marcas y resultados que alimentan los objetivos generales de la asociaci\u00f3n. Cuando cada trabajador est\u00e1 asociado con la forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan de establecer objetivos y resultados cr\u00edticos, est\u00e1n considerablemente m\u00e1s involucrados y tienen m\u00e1s responsabilidad por los prop\u00f3sitos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hay desventajas en el uso de OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se centra en los OKR. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n hay algunas trampas que debe conocer: la conexi\u00f3n general entre los OKR no es evidente. Los OKR deben ser sencillos, con los OKR de todos visibles para cualquier otra persona. Eso es perfecto, pero no se garantiza que se\u00f1ale la conexi\u00f3n entre varios objetivos y c\u00f3mo un objetivo podr\u00eda ocuparse de otro. Los OKR suelen ser solo un resumen claro. Sin embargo, esto requiere mucho un enfoque de mapa de t\u00e9cnicas. Una gu\u00eda visual de objetivos muestra, con un breve vistazo, la conexi\u00f3n entre los objetivos y asegura que todos se est\u00e1n moviendo en la misma direcci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las ventajas y desventajas de usar BSC son para,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brinda a los representantes objetivos claros para recordar mientras se eliminan las medidas. Ayuda a los trabajadores a distinguir los objetivos clave. Permite que los representantes sean m\u00e1s propensos a comprender los componentes esenciales que necesitan trabajo. Permite a los representantes percibir qu\u00e9 significan los objetivos entre s\u00ed. Mientras tanto, por otro lado, BSC requiere una empresa cr\u00edtica. BSC es un largo recorrido en lugar de un arreglo temporal. Una organizaci\u00f3n debe hacer frente a su marco de forma eficaz y continua, lo que acompa\u00f1a a los gastos de tiempo y dinero. Todos los representantes deben comprender c\u00f3mo funciona el marco, lo que podr\u00eda incrementar los costos de preparaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSe pueden utilizar BSC y OKR juntos para lograr objetivos amplios?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los a\u00f1os 90, pod\u00edamos administrar la informaci\u00f3n, calcular el poder y anunciar los recursos humanos trimestralmente a nivel de oficina. La noticia alentadora fue que los clientes del Cuadro de Mando Integral fueron fundamentales para superar a la asociaci\u00f3n t\u00edpica al hacer precisamente eso. Los OKR han tomado est\u00e1ndares similares que creamos en el Cuadro de Mando Integral y los han modernizado. Ahora podemos informar a nivel grupal e individual. Tenemos la informaci\u00f3n y la capacidad de procesamiento para producir esos informes de forma continua. Adem\u00e1s, podemos ser innegablemente m\u00e1s h\u00e1biles, lo cual es esencial para nuestros tiempos de vanguardia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las similitudes entre ambos marcos (OKR y BSC)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mapa estrat\u00e9gico (Strategy Maps) es un diagrama que ilustra c\u00f3mo una organizaci\u00f3n crea valor al vincular los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos expl\u00edcitamente con las relaciones de causa y efecto, que el grupo crea en las cuatro perspectivas del Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Perspectiva Financiera (Financiera)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso, lo que la organizaci\u00f3n debe lograr en t\u00e9rminos de finanzas puede ser en forma de ingresos, costos y ganancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Perspectiva del cliente (cliente)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este punto contiene lo que una organizaci\u00f3n debe hacer por sus clientes, por ejemplo, en forma de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente con los servicios prestados por la organizaci\u00f3n o empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Perspectiva Interna (Proceso Comercial Interno)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta perspectiva se relaciona con los procesos internos de la organizaci\u00f3n para lograr el \u00e9xito desde una perspectiva financiera y una perspectiva del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Perspectivas de aprendizaje y crecimiento<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso, se relaciona con qu\u00e9 componentes debe ser propiedad de una organizaci\u00f3n para poder llevar a cabo las actividades que est\u00e1n en la Perspectiva interna para que la perspectiva financiera y la perspectiva del cliente tambi\u00e9n puedan cumplir. Las empresas que utilizan el marco del Cuadro de Mando Integral pueden encontrar que la introducci\u00f3n de OKR aumentar\u00e1 la velocidad de sus operaciones y mejorar\u00e1 la forma en que los empleados convierten los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos enumerados en el Cuadro de Mando Integral y los Mapas Estrat\u00e9gicos en resultados (Resultados). El v\u00ednculo entre BSC y OKR proporcionar\u00e1 un proceso que puede lograr objetivos siguiendo el sistema y la estrategia existente a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de los mapas estrat\u00e9gicos del marco de medios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaborar m\u00e1s sobre el uso de ambos marcos a trav\u00e9s de un amplio alcance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda diferencia entre OKR y BSC est\u00e1 en su naturaleza integral.
