Ambos sirven como una medida del sistema de desempe\u00f1o objetivo de un empleado o equipo. OKR significa Objetivos y Resultado Clave. Compare esto con OKR, que es una aspiraci\u00f3n de coraz\u00f3n, a veces incluso poco realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formaci\u00f3n de OKR y KPI <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/es\/what-is-okr\/\">Los KPI equilibran calidad y cantidad, y su consecuci\u00f3n debe ser 100%. En OKR, no tiene que estar equilibrado, y su logro en 60-70% se considera bueno.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impulsando a fondo el sistema mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR, hay una opci\u00f3n por la que buscamos esforzarnos: la primera opci\u00f3n, implementar el sistema OKR en su totalidad y el sistema anterior en uso. Con OKR, estos son los beneficios de implementarlo:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Puede aumentar el compromiso cuando alguien quiere lograr que los objetivos de la empresa se alineen con tener un impacto positivo en los empleados.<\/li><li>Capaz de vincular los objetivos de la empresa, las personas y los equipos a trav\u00e9s del trabajo conjunto para lograr el mismo objetivo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eso hace que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para el equipo rechazar una idea.
