OKR ayudar\u00e1 a enfocar las prioridades de trabajo necesarias para lograr estos objetivos y c\u00f3mo se realizan las actividades rituales para monitorear la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La parte m\u00e1s importante no es solo hacer el OKR. Es la ejecuci\u00f3n y seguimiento de los OKR. Es como si esto no fuera un sprint sino un marat\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien, los procesos SCRUM limitan la independencia ya que se centran en la capacidad del grupo para transmitir la utilidad deseada por el cliente. Cuando OKR se ejecuta cerca de SCRUM, el \u00e9nfasis est\u00e1 en satisfacer las funcionalidades caracterizadas en Key Results, comenzando por las caracter\u00edsticas definidas por el cliente. Al cambiar nuestra perspectiva y pasar de &quot;Transmitir las caracter\u00edsticas ideales del cliente&quot; a &quot;Lograr resultados clave que hayan sido acordados con el cliente&quot;, los colegas pueden depender de su independencia para satisfacer sus OKR, mucho m\u00e1s que cuando trabajan para los objetivos de otra persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-pros-and-cons-of-using-okrs-and-scrum\">Pros y contras de usar OKR y SCRUM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La t\u00e9cnica SCRUM puede ser un marco competente para crear r\u00e1pidamente tareas complejas en objetivos de organizaci\u00f3n medidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-objectives-and-characterizing\">Objetivos y caracterizaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ciclo SCRUM no tiene una definici\u00f3n \u00fanica de objetivos.
