aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si est\u00e1 listo para implementar OKR, querr\u00e1 planificar la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR en su empresa. Suponiendo que haya realizado una capacitaci\u00f3n (o haya investigado) y que todos entiendan y est\u00e9n de acuerdo con los OKR, elija su enfoque para el primer ciclo de OKR con mucho cuidado. La primera vez que intenta un ciclo de OKR, es probable que falle. Esta es una situaci\u00f3n peligrosa, ya que su equipo puede desilusionarse con el enfoque y no estar dispuesto a emprenderlo nuevamente. No querr\u00e1s perder una herramienta poderosa simplemente porque lleva un poco de tiempo dominarla. Hay tres enfoques que utilizar\u00e1 para reducir este riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Haga que un equipo adopte los OKR antes de que lo haga toda la empresa.<\/strong> Elija un equipo independiente que tenga todos los talentos para alcanzar sus objetivos. No elijas un equipo roto; elija un equipo saludable y de alto rendimiento que ame la mejora continua. Espere un ciclo o dos hasta que perfeccionen su enfoque y luego pregonen su \u00e9xito. Los equipos estar\u00e1n ansiosos por experimentar el mismo tipo de \u00e9xito y aclamaci\u00f3n y estar\u00e1n m\u00e1s dispuestos a adoptar los OKR. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, se ha demostrado que este es el enfoque m\u00e1s exitoso para adoptar los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Comience con solo un OKR para toda la empresa.<\/strong> Al establecer un objetivo f\u00e1cil para la empresa, su equipo ve que el equipo jefe se mantiene en un nivel alto. No se sorprender\u00e1 cuando el pr\u00f3ximo trimestre se les pida que intenten un equivalente. Y al no hacerlo en cascada, simplifica la implementaci\u00f3n y ve qu\u00e9 grupo alinear\u00e1 su trabajo con los OKR y qui\u00e9n necesitar\u00e1 capacitaci\u00f3n. Este es un buen enfoque si es una empresa relativamente peque\u00f1a que necesita enfoque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Empezar aplicando OKRs a los proyectos, para capacitar a las personas en la mentalidad Objetivo-Resultado.<\/strong> Cada vez que tenga una propuesta de proyecto, pregunte: &quot;\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el objetivo de este proyecto?&quot; y &quot;\u00bfC\u00f3mo sabremos todos si hemos tenido \u00e9xito?&quot; Este enfoque funciona bien con empresas que no est\u00e1n acostumbradas a basarse en datos. Una vez que las personas aprenden a evaluar sus actividades diarias midiendo el impacto que tienen, puede introducir los OKR como una forma de impulsar la estrategia en toda la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al comenzar poco a poco y centrarse en aprender c\u00f3mo funcionar\u00e1n los OKR en su organizaci\u00f3n, aumenta las posibilidades de que su empresa adopte un enfoque basado en resultados y reduce el peligro de un equipo desilusionado. No intente implementar OKR en toda la empresa a la vez. Durante la \u00faltima media docena de a\u00f1os ayudando a las empresas a adoptar los OKR, sigo recibiendo la misma historia. Levanto el tel\u00e9fono y escucho: \u201cProbamos los OKR y sali\u00f3 mal. Los equipos ya no quieren usarlos\u201d. Ya lo dije antes, los OKR son simples y dif\u00edciles. Correr un marat\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es simple y dif\u00edcil. No intentes hacerlo de una sola vez. Te preparas para ello. Las empresas intentan saltar al fondo de la piscina con los OKR. Luego ralentiza la productividad y frustra a toda la empresa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es mejor comenzar con un peque\u00f1o piloto y evitar algunos de estos problemas: Los equipos de soporte tienen dificultades para alinearse con los OKR de la empresa. Esto tiene sentido, ya que las finanzas, los recursos humanos y la atenci\u00f3n al cliente est\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s preocupados por mantener las luces encendidas. En los primeros meses de pasar a los OKR, es mejor dejar que los equipos de soporte se concentren en las m\u00e9tricas de salud y no preocuparse por los OKR. Es dif\u00edcil averiguar qu\u00e9 resultados clave son buenos indicadores de \u00e9xito. Muchas empresas quieren usar los OKR para estar m\u00e1s informados sobre los datos, pero esto es al rev\u00e9s. Tienes que aprender qu\u00e9 m\u00e9tricas importan antes de decidir cu\u00e1les quieres hacer crecer y cu\u00e1les quieres proteger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas empresas que adoptan los OKR quieren probarlos a la perfecci\u00f3n. Pero la perfecci\u00f3n es una ilusi\u00f3n que te impide llegar a un punto de partida simple desde el cual puedes crecer. Preg\u00fantese: &quot;\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la l\u00ednea de inicio m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a posible para comenzar mi viaje hacia el \u00e9xito?&quot; Luego haga esto, aprenda de la experiencia y consulte los pasos posteriores. Ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s lento pero tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 mejor y m\u00e1s robusto y tendr\u00e1 mayores retornos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
