href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/es\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okrs-objective\/\">5 caracter\u00edsticas de un buen OKR<\/a> resultado clave. Descubramos los 5 aspectos de un buen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/es\/what-is-okr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR<\/a>. \u00bfSus OKR existentes reflejan todos los puntos a continuaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-measurable\">1. Medible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar, los resultados clave deben ser medibles. Cada resultado clave debe poder medir el progreso y el \u00e9xito del equipo. El progreso del Resultado Clave debe tener un valor unitario cuantitativo para permitir su c\u00e1lculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-clear\">2. Borrar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados clave deben ser claros y f\u00e1ciles de comunicar. Debe definir claramente el valor inicial y el valor objetivo para medir el progreso del resultado clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-connected\">3. Conectado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado clave debe estar conectado de forma transparente con el objetivo. El resultado clave no puede existir por s\u00ed solo sin estar vinculado a ning\u00fan objetivo. El logro de cada Resultado Clave determina el \u00e9xito de cualquier Objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-time-bound\">4. Con l\u00edmite de tiempo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado clave debe tener un l\u00edmite de tiempo con la hora de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n de todas las actividades del resultado clave. Los miembros del equipo deben completar todas las actividades de Key Result dentro del marco de tiempo definido para que se cuenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-challenging\">5. Desafiante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado clave debe ser desafiante para cumplir con la naturaleza de los objetivos desafiantes de OKR. Existe una gran posibilidad de que la organizaci\u00f3n no logre los objetivos deseados si el resultado clave no es tan desafiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada vez que haya terminado de escribir sus resultados clave, aseg\u00farese de que cumpla con estas cinco caracter\u00edsticas. Para tener buenos OKR generales, debe tener un conjunto de buenos objetivos junto con buenos resultados clave. Una vez que haya escrito estos buenos objetivos y resultados clave, \u00a1es hora de comenzar a trabajar e implementar esos OKR!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
