Wenn Teammitglieder unter einer statischen Denkweise leiden, wird es noch schwieriger, OKRs zu erreichen. Eine statische Denkweise macht Sie besorgt dar\u00fcber, wie Sie beurteilt werden, und l\u00e4sst Sie glauben, dass die Grenzen Ihres Potenzials und Ihrer Leistung, die Sie sich gesetzt haben, reale und konkrete Grenzen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie das Sprichwort sagt: \u201eWerde nicht verbittert, werde besser.\u201c Eine Wachstumsmentalit\u00e4t l\u00e4sst Sie glauben, dass Misserfolge Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten sind, die in positives Wachstum umgewandelt werden k\u00f6nnen. Je l\u00e4nger die Gewohnheit beibehalten wird, innerhalb der \u201eselbst auferlegten Grenzen\u201c der eigenen Komfortzone zu bleiben, desto schwieriger wird es, \u201eanspruchsvolle Ziele\u201c zu verfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn die Ergebnisse einer OKR-Implementierung vom Top-Management als schlecht angesehen werden, besteht ihre spontane Reaktion oft darin, auf das Greifbare und eine \u201eBefehls- und Kontrollumgebung\u201c zur\u00fcckzugreifen. Deshalb ist es so wichtig, gr\u00fcndliche Recherchen durchzuf\u00fchren, einen strategischen Rollout-Plan zu erstellen und eine umfassende OKR-Schulung in Ihrem Unternehmen sicherzustellen. Es ist auch wichtig, wie Sie rund um OKRs kommunizieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ist allen in der Organisation klar, warum wir einen OKR-Rollout durchf\u00fchren?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ist allen klar, wie Erfolg aussieht?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ist klar, was die Erwartungen von mir und meinem Team sind?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indem wir sicherstellen, dass alle Elemente einer erfolgreichen OKR-Implementierung gr\u00fcndlich im Fokus stehen, k\u00f6nnen wir die \u201eTyrannei der greifbaren L\u00fccke\u201c durch OKRs schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifikationsl\u00fccken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Vergleich unseres aktuellen Status mit dem gew\u00fcnschten zuk\u00fcnftigen Ziel (OKR) stellt sich m\u00f6glicherweise heraus, dass einige Qualifikationsl\u00fccken geschlossen werden m\u00fcssen, damit wir das OKR verwirklichen k\u00f6nnen, das wir als Team festgelegt haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Erstellung eines OKR oder OKR k\u00f6nnen wir eng mit unserem HR-Team zusammenarbeiten, um Qualifikationsl\u00fccken zu ermitteln.
