Unserer Erfahrung nach ist es nicht ausreichend, OKRs als Wunschlisten, Hoffnungen und Tr\u00e4ume zu entwerfen; Stattdessen sollten wir in ein OKR-Framework nur das aufnehmen, was entweder in unserer Kontrolle oder zumindest in unserem Einflussbereich liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einem Zustand der Panik geben einige die Vernunft auf und implementieren OKRs, w\u00e4hrend sie ihre begrenzten Kapazit\u00e4ten und verschiedene andere Komplexit\u00e4ten, mit denen die Organisation konfrontiert ist, ignorieren.
