Unsere Grenzen liegen oft nur in unserem Kopf und sind im Allgemeinen falsche Erwartungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrauen ist das Ergebnis mehrerer Faktoren. Wir sind Menschen und daher fehlbar, aber durch konsequente und gezielte Anstrengung k\u00f6nnen wir starkes Vertrauen in eine Vision, ein Ziel oder eine Sache aufbauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awrx..rLb69l.w8M6FLjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1706025035\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.nytimes.com%2f2019%2f06%2f03%2fsmarter-living%2fhow-to-improve-self-confidence.html\/RK=2\/RS=X._.BjhXP9WErATQliwNCSFc9Fg-\">Vertrauen?<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut dem Oxford-W\u00f6rterbuch ist Vertrauen \u201edas Gef\u00fchl oder der Glaube, dass man an jemanden oder etwas glauben oder sich auf ihn verlassen kann\u201c. Wir ben\u00f6tigen <strong>soziales Vertrauen<\/strong> um an unseren OKRs mitzuarbeiten und diese zu erreichen. Soziales Vertrauen ist die \u00dcberzeugung, dass wir gemeinsam als Team Gro\u00dfes erreichen k\u00f6nnen und werden. Meine Teammitglieder werden mich unterst\u00fctzen, meine Schw\u00e4chen erg\u00e4nzen und mir helfen, zu wachsen, und ich werde das Gleiche f\u00fcr sie tun, damit wir herausragende Leistungen erbringen und gemeinsam vorankommen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selbstvertrauen ist nur dann nachhaltig und wertvoll f\u00fcr andere, wenn wir an unsere eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten glauben, uns aber niemals erlauben, arrogant zu werden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menschen wundern sich oft dar\u00fcber, dass manche Personen ein extrem hohes Ma\u00df an Selbstvertrauen haben, wenn sie sie in einem sozialen Umfeld beobachten. Diese Personen scheinen m\u00fchelos Menschen anzuziehen, f\u00fchren lebhafte, unterhaltsame und interessante Gespr\u00e4che und hinterlassen bleibende Eindr\u00fccke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die entscheidende Frage ist: Sind Sie mit einem gewissen Ma\u00df an Selbstvertrauen geboren, und andere haben mehr als manche, oder k\u00f6nnen Sie Vertrauen aufbauen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Antwort lautet: Selbstvertrauen ist eine F\u00e4higkeit, die man wie jede andere F\u00e4higkeit im Laufe der Zeit aufbauen kann. Selbstvertrauen auf granularer Ebene besteht aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selbstvertrauen.<\/strong>Wir alle machen uns selbst Versprechen, neigen jedoch dazu, zu untersch\u00e4tzen, welchen Einfluss die \u201eSelbstversprechen, die wir machen\u201c auf unser Selbstvertrauen haben: Wenn wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Versprechen brechen, die wir uns selbst gegeben haben, wie zum Beispiel \u201eIch werde anfangen, h\u00e4rter zu arbeiten.\u201c Wenn wir sagen: \u201eAm Montag fange ich an, ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen\u201c, schw\u00e4cht es mit der Zeit unser Selbstvertrauen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir werden uns selbst erst dann wirklich vertrauen, wenn wir beginnen, unsere \u201eSelbstversprechen\u201c ernst zu nehmen und sie zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Immersiver Kompetenzaufbau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir uns konsequent auf F\u00e4higkeiten konzentrieren, die einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf unsere Vision haben, \u00fcben wir sie t\u00e4glich und verfeinern sie im Laufe der Zeit; Es wird das Wachstum unseres Selbstvertrauens unterst\u00fctzen und unsere Erfolgschancen dramatisch erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Mentoring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder, der es bis an die Spitze schaffte und dort blieb, hatte die Hilfe und Unterst\u00fctzung anderer. Der Rat und die Anleitung eines sehr erfahrenen Mentors ist die ideale Erg\u00e4nzung zum Aufbau von Selbstvertrauen und sinnvollen F\u00e4higkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr den hohen Wert einer qualitativ hochwertigen Mentorschaft zu sch\u00e4rfen, lohnt es sich, die folgende \u00dcbung durchzuf\u00fchren: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Googeln Sie nach F\u00fchrungspers\u00f6nlichkeiten, Ber\u00fchmtheiten oder ber\u00fchmten Sportlern und fragen Sie, wer ihr Mentor war. Sie werden eine Antwort finden, denn es gibt keinen \u201eSelf-made-Man\u201c oder an einem bestimmten Punkt auf ihrer jeweiligen Reise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die meisten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind sich dar\u00fcber im Klaren, dass sie mehr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte schaffen m\u00fcssen und werden wahrscheinlich aufrichtige Anfragen nach Anleitung und Mentoring annehmen. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige und aufschlussreiche Gespr\u00e4che mit jemandem f\u00fchren zu einem sehr hohen Selbstvertrauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selbstvertrauen im Team <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Grundlage f\u00fcr Teamvertrauen ist Selbstvertrauen \u2013 ich kann und werde stets wertvolle Beitr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das Team leisten.
