class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es werden unz\u00e4hlige Workshops und Kurse zum Thema F\u00fchrung angeboten und F\u00fchrung ist ein Thema, \u00fcber das schon seit Jahrhunderten geschrieben wird \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die R\u00f6mer hatten Augustus C\u00e4sar und Marcus Aurelius, Dschingis Khan war ein ber\u00fchmter mongolischer Anf\u00fchrer, Margaret Thatcher, Katharina die Gro\u00dfe und Kleopatra gaben den Geschichtsb\u00fcchern Farbe und Tapferkeit. Aus Beispielen zu lernen ist eine von vielen gro\u00dfartigen M\u00f6glichkeiten, Ihre Entwicklung zu erweitern. Welche zentralen F\u00fchrungskompetenzen unterscheiden gro\u00dfartige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte von den anderen? Und welche zentralen F\u00fchrungskompetenzen sind am wichtigsten, wenn man den Erfolg und die Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs betrachtet?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trotz alledem ist die komplexe Herausforderung, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zu entwickeln, sinnvolle Strategien zu entwickeln, die Umsetzung sicherzustellen und Standards der operativen Exzellenz aufrechtzuerhalten, von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung und erweist sich f\u00fcr die meisten oft als \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt zahlreiche F\u00fchrungskompetenzen, im Kontext der Agile- und OKR-F\u00fchrung sind die folgenden unserer Erfahrung nach am relevantesten und wichtigsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vertrauen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte kein Vertrauen in uns selbst oder unsere OKRs haben, wie k\u00f6nnen wir dann erwarten, dass andere Vertrauen in uns haben? OKR-\/Agile-F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte haben gro\u00dfes Vertrauen in die Macht von OKRs und in sich selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Art des Vertrauens, die f\u00fcr die OKR-Leistung am relevantesten ist, wird soziales Vertrauen genannt. Soziales Selbstvertrauen bedeutet, dass ich, wenn ich als F\u00fchrungskraft einen Raum betrete, der mit meinen Teamkollegen gef\u00fcllt ist, unersch\u00fctterliches Vertrauen in die Tatsache habe, dass wir gemeinsam L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr unsere Herausforderungen finden werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selbstvertrauen sollte niemals mit Arroganz verwechselt werden. Arroganz ist, wenn man glaubt, man sei besser als andere. Vertrauen kann im Laufe der Zeit aufgebaut werden und h\u00e4ngt von der Anstrengung und dem Fokus ab, die Sie darauf verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Aufbau von Selbstvertrauen beginnt damit, dass Sie die Versprechen, die Sie sich selbst und anderen geben, aufschreiben und einhalten. Ihre gebrochenen Versprechen untergraben sowohl Ihr Selbstvertrauen als auch das Vertrauen anderer in Sie. Selbstvertrauen ist eine entwicklungsf\u00e4hige F\u00e4higkeit und eine von zahlreichen Kernkompetenzen der F\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kommunikation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um effektiv zu sein, sollte die Kommunikation im Zusammenhang mit OKRs klar, konsistent, leicht zug\u00e4nglich, pr\u00e4gnant und inspirierend sein. Die Kommunikation sollte auch auf die Vision, die Unternehmenskultur und einen klaren Return on Investment der f\u00fcr die Kommunikation aufgewendeten Zeit ausgerichtet sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inkonsistenzen in der Kommunikation gepaart mit mangelnder Klarheit k\u00f6nnen sowohl Verwirrung stiften als auch die Zielerreichung beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kommunikation sollte offen, frei geteilt und kollaborativ sein. Jeder in der Organisation sollte eine Stimme haben. Die Kommunikation bei Check-ins, Townhalls und Bewertungen sollte nicht nur klar, sondern auch positiv ausgerichtet sein. Ein sehr hoher Kommunikationsstandard ist wahrscheinlich die wichtigste F\u00fchrungskompetenz und die F\u00e4higkeit mit dem gr\u00f6\u00dften Einfluss auf die OKR-Leistung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompetenz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-Leiter sollten \u00fcber eine gr\u00fcndliche OKR-Ausbildung verf\u00fcgen. Nur wenn Sie eine Reihe von OKR-Kursen absolviert und das erworbene Wissen praktisch angewendet haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie sich in Ihrem Unternehmen f\u00fcr OKRs einsetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein OKR-Leiter muss ein OKR-Champion innerhalb seiner Organisation sein \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein OKR-Champion ist jemand, der \u00fcber ein tiefes Ma\u00df an praktischem Wissen rund um OKRs verf\u00fcgt, ein inspirierender Bef\u00fcrworter von OKRs ist und bereitwillig die Eigenverantwortung f\u00f6rdert (z. B. ist er ein Objective- oder Key-Result-Owner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-Leiter sollten \u00fcber eine hohe Coaching-Kompetenz verf\u00fcgen und ihre Mitarbeiter mit positiver Absicht statt mit Kritik coachen. Im Mittelpunkt des Coachings steht die Zusammenarbeit zum Erfolg. Coaching ist ein gemeinsamer Prozess zur Ermittlung von Priorit\u00e4ten und deren Umsetzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da OKRs weitreichende Ziele sind und per Definition schwer zu erreichen sind, erfordern sie ein hohes Ma\u00df an Engagement, um umgesetzt zu werden. Apathie oder blo\u00dfes Engagement k\u00f6nnen nicht ausreichen, der volle Einsatz aller Teammitglieder ist eine Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr die Nachhaltigkeit und den Erfolg von OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Grad des Engagements der Teams spiegelt sich in einem H\u00f6hepunkt und einer Kombination aus Folgendem wider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bem\u00fchungen zum Aufbau von Ressourcen und Ressourcenkapazit\u00e4ten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Grad, in dem das F\u00fchrungsteam ein motivierendes Klima schafft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Grad des Engagements der Teammitglieder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine gemeinsam geschaffene und \u00fcberzeugende Vision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine operationalisierte Zweckerkl\u00e4rung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein gemeinsames Wertesystem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcrsorglich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Menschen das Gef\u00fchl haben, nicht versorgt zu werden, k\u00f6nnen Unsicherheiten weit verbreitet sein, und unter diesen Bedingungen ist es sehr schwierig, OKRs zu erreichen. Empathie ist eine von mehreren F\u00fchrungskompetenzen, die besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdienen. Im Allgemeinen wollen Menschen innerhalb einer Organisation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eine Karriere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte allen Teammitgliedern den Karriereweg, die Weiterbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Belohnungen und Methoden des Leistungsmanagements klar machen, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit gr\u00f6\u00dfer, dass sie inspiriert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ein Grund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Allgemeinen m\u00f6chten die Menschen wissen, dass die Arbeit, die sie aus\u00fcben, eine Wirkung hat und eine wahre Bedeutung hat.
