Nach Abschluss der OKR-Entwurfssitzung auf der strategischen Ebene des Unternehmens stellen Sie m\u00f6glicherweise fest, dass Sie am Ende eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Zielen haben. In diesem Szenario ist es ratsam, diese Ziele gemeinsam in eine Rangfolge zu bringen und die ersten f\u00fcnf als OKRs beizubehalten, auf die sich die h\u00f6chste Ebene des Unternehmens konzentrieren wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Sie als Unternehmen zu viele Priorit\u00e4ten haben und versuchen, sich auf alle diese Priorit\u00e4ten gleicherma\u00dfen zu konzentrieren, ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass Sie eines Ihrer Ziele erreichen. Als OKR-Institut bitten wir unsere Kunden h\u00e4ufig, als Moderatoren an den ersten Check-ins teilzunehmen, um deren Qualit\u00e4t sicherzustellen und den langfristigen Erfolg von OKRs zu beeinflussen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schreiben Sie Ihr eigenes OKR-Playbook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedes Unternehmen ist anders und die Unternehmenskultur ist der Kontext f\u00fcr die Leistung von OKR. Alle Unternehmen tun gut daran, alle Erkenntnisse im Zusammenhang mit OKRs zu erfassen und diese Erkenntnisse in ein spezifisches OKR-Playbook umzuwandeln, das die Komplexit\u00e4t Ihres Unternehmens widerspiegelt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle Branchen sind unterschiedlich und die Art und Weise, wie OKRs angewendet werden, variiert. Ein relevantes Beispiel: In einem stark regulierten Umfeld wie dem Energiedienstleistungssektor w\u00e4ren wichtige Meilensteinergebnisse besser anwendbar als in alternativen Branchen. Innerhalb einer gro\u00dfen und traditionellen Organisation, die sich in eine agile Organisation umwandeln m\u00f6chte, verwenden wir m\u00f6glicherweise zun\u00e4chst die Kaskadierung von OKRs, um die Ausrichtung sicherzustellen, und es ist unwahrscheinlich, dass dieser Ansatz in einem Start-up-Kontext verfolgt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">strecken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per Definition sind OKRs anspruchsvolle Ziele und schwer zu erreichen. Wir werden keine OKRs erreichen, wenn wir innerhalb unserer Komfort- oder Angstzone bleiben. Wir werden unsere Ziele jedoch wahrscheinlich erreichen, wenn wir \u00fcber unsere Angstzone hinaus in unsere Lern- und Wachstumszonen vordringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine starke Ausrichtung auf eine Wachstumsmentalit\u00e4t ist eine Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr das Erreichen von OKRs.
