gro\u00dfer Wirkung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim runzelte die Stirn, als er seinen Kopf hob, um mir direkt in die Augen zu sehen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eIch habe geh\u00f6rt, wie gro\u00dfartig OKRs sind, habe aber noch nie deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung gesehen.\u201c Ich denke, es ist einfach nur eine weitere Modeerscheinung der Zielsetzung, die mit der Zeit verschwinden wird. Was ist \u00fcberhaupt der eigentliche Unterschied zwischen OKRs und anderen Zielsetzungsmethoden? F\u00fcr mich scheint es das Gleiche zu sein, es handelt sich lediglich um sch\u00f6n formulierte KPIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gl\u00fccklicherweise hatte ich das Privileg, solche Kommentare schon einmal zu h\u00f6ren und war daher gut auf Tims Bedenken vorbereitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist ein interessanter Standpunkt und Sie sind nicht der Einzige, der das sagt, Tim. Erz\u00e4hlen Sie mir bitte mehr \u00fcber die \u00c4hnlichkeit von KPIs und OKRs. Indem ich seine Aussagen positiv und aufrichtig hinterfragte, konnte ich sowohl eine Beziehung zu Tim aufbauen als auch alle Informationen sammeln, die ich brauchte, um ihn bestm\u00f6glich zu beeinflussen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Absicht und unser Ziel als OKR-Coaches ist es nicht, die Meinung einer Person direkt mit Gewalt zu \u00e4ndern, sondern wir wollen andere beeinflussen, aus ihren Erfahrungen lernen und gemeinsam zu L\u00f6sungen gelangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Folgenden finden Sie einige wirkungsvolle OKR-Coaching-Tipps, die gro\u00dfe Auswirkungen auf Einzelpersonen, Teams und Ihr Unternehmen haben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trainer, kritisieren Sie nicht <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der effektivste Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie ein glaubw\u00fcrdiger Trainer sind, besteht darin, ein Vorbild zu sein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arbeiten Sie mit anderen zusammen und arbeiten Sie Seite an Seite mit Teammitgliedern. Verbessern Sie kontinuierlich Ihre F\u00e4higkeiten und Ihr Lernen. Ein ausgezeichneter Ansatz f\u00fcr das Coaching anderer besteht darin, gemeinsam mit ihnen L\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln, anstatt ihnen zu sagen, was sie tun sollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir k\u00f6nnen gemeinsam zu Antworten kommen, wenn wir uns als Trainer mit hervorragenden Fragen auf jede Sitzung vorbereiten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glauben Sie, dass Sie aus Ihren Erfahrungen mit KPIs Erkenntnisse gewonnen haben, die Sie auf OKRs anwenden k\u00f6nnen? Vor welchen zentralen Herausforderungen standen Sie bei der Erreichung der KPIs? Was haben Sie Ihrer Meinung nach schon sehr gut gemacht? Was kann Ihrer Erfahrung nach verbessert werden? Mit welchen leistungsbezogenen Gewohnheiten m\u00fcssen wir Schluss machen, da sie uns nicht weiterhelfen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine Coaching-Zusammenfassung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein weiterer OKR-Coaching-Tipp ist, das gesamte Gespr\u00e4ch am Ende zusammenzufassen. Diese Zusammenfassung gibt allen Gespr\u00e4chspartnern die M\u00f6glichkeit, etwaige Missverst\u00e4ndnisse auszur\u00e4umen und ihren Entschluss zum sofortigen Handeln zu vertiefen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anstatt zu versuchen, die Person, die wir coachen, dazu zu bringen, einfach allem zuzustimmen, was wir sagen, um Autorit\u00e4t aufzubauen, k\u00f6nnen wir es besser machen, indem wir uns gemeinsam darauf einigen, eine gemeinsame Zusammenfassung der Coaching-Sitzung zu erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachdem wir eine Beziehung zu unserem Kunden aufgebaut und relevante positive Fragen gestellt haben, k\u00f6nnen wir gegen Ende der Coaching-Sitzung zusammenfassen, was gesagt wurde. Dies gibt der Person, die wir coachen, die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Zusammenfassung zu korrigieren und gegebenenfalls zu erg\u00e4nzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Zusammenfassung dient dann als Bezugspunkt f\u00fcr weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen und Entscheidungen auf dem weiteren Weg. Im Sinne der agilen F\u00fchrung treffen wir diese Entscheidungen gemeinsam. Eine Zustimmung zu einer erstellten und \u00fcberarbeiteten Zusammenfassung ist im Allgemeinen weitaus aussagekr\u00e4ftiger als einfache \u201eJa-Antworten\u201c auf Fragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coaching in Richtung <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Vision<\/a> des Unternehmens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Coach sollte sich immer dar\u00fcber im Klaren sein, welchen potenziellen Einfluss er auf die Verwirklichung der Vision eines Unternehmens haben kann. Wenn wir als Coaches anderen konsequent dabei helfen, kraftvolle Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln, die dabei helfen, Fortschritte bei der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele zu machen, unterst\u00fctzen wir die Verwirklichung von Strategien und der Vision des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir im Rahmen von Entwurfsworkshops den Prozess der Erstellung leistungsstarker (ergebnisorientierter) Dokumente unterst\u00fctzen und die Ausrichtung auf die Vision und Strategien des Unternehmens sicherstellen, tragen wir direkt zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei, wenn wir mit der Ausf\u00fchrung beginnen. Indem wir die Vision, den Zweck, die Mission und das Wertesystem mit denen, die wir coachen, besprechen und sehr transparent machen, verleihen wir unserem Coachingprozess Inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Allgemeinen werden Menschen inspiriert, wenn sie Klarheit dar\u00fcber gewinnen, was die Vision und die Absichtserkl\u00e4rung des Unternehmens beinhalten. Ein hohes Ma\u00df an Klarheit stellt sicher, dass die Teammitglieder verstehen, welche Auswirkungen ihre individuellen Rollen und gemeinsamen Teambem\u00fchungen auf die Vision und Strategien des Unternehmens haben. So haben die Teammitglieder das Gef\u00fchl, dass sie ganz direkt zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Coaching geht es nicht darum, anderen zu sagen, was sie tun sollen, sondern darum, andere hinsichtlich ihrer m\u00f6glichen Optionen zu beraten und ihnen dabei zu helfen, neue Perspektiven zu gewinnen. Im Idealfall ist Coaching eine Reise der Selbstbestimmung, bei der neue praktische Lernwege entdeckt werden, die dem Einzelnen, dem Team und dem Unternehmen dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir uns gemeinsam auf etwas zubewegen, das \u201egr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als wir selbst\u201c, wie zum Beispiel eine Unternehmensvision und einen Unternehmenszweck, von dem eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Stakeholdern profitiert, werden wir nicht nur gest\u00e4rkt, sondern auch inspiriert. Coaching spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erreichung von Zielen, Strategien und der Vision des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZUSAMMENFASSUNG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kommunikation und hochwertiges Coaching sind die F\u00e4den, die hochwertige OKR-Leistungen zusammenhalten. Die oben genannten OKR-Coaching-Tipps m\u00f6gen einfach erscheinen, aber sie sind \u00e4u\u00dferst wirkungsvoll, wie wir durch unsere Erfahrung im Coaching von \u00fcber f\u00fcnfhundert Unternehmen in mehr als f\u00fcnfzig L\u00e4ndern herausgefunden haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-practitioner-course\/\">Ausarbeitung leistungsstarker und wirkungsvoller OKRs <\/a>ist ein sehr guter Anfang, gew\u00e4hrleistet jedoch nicht die nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von OKRs.
