class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf den ersten Blick mag die Umsetzung von OKRs einfach erscheinen \u2013 schlie\u00dflich m\u00fcssen Sie lediglich objektive Aussagen verfassen, unterst\u00fctzende Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse definieren und einen Aktionsplan umsetzen. Wenn es um die Nachhaltigkeit und den Erfolg von OKRs geht, sind jedoch einige Komplexit\u00e4tsebenen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ausrichtung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ressourcenkapazit\u00e4t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Einfluss der Unternehmenskultur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Widerstand zur Aenderung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am OKR Institute hatten wir das Privileg, \u00fcber f\u00fcnfhundert Organisationen in mehr als f\u00fcnfzig verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern zu coachen und so die aus unserer Erfahrung gewonnenen Best Practices weiterzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie wir beim Einsatz von OKRs coachen und kommunizieren, entscheidet ma\u00dfgeblich dar\u00fcber, wie erfolgreich wir auf lange Sicht sein werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKA29Xd2hlV6ASSAHjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373912\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fhbr.org%2f2019%2f09%2fcoaching-for-change\/RK=2\/RS=L0G0PlrbYG5tH2ROIha1Ccdv6CQ-\">Coaching<\/a> geht es um relevante Kommunikation und Modellierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine bew\u00e4hrte Methode, die Sie im Zusammenhang mit der Kommunikation rund um OKRs in Betracht ziehen sollten, besteht darin, sich auf OKR-Meetings vorzubereiten und dabei gro\u00dfe Fragen zu stellen, was Sie sagen sollen. Der Wunsch, Menschen mit hervorragenden Reden zu beeindrucken und zu motivieren, ist nat\u00fcrlich, doch diese Form der Inspiration ist meist nur von kurzer Dauer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir Zusammenarbeit und Co-Kreation wirklich f\u00f6rdern, indem wir positiv neugierig sind und st\u00e4ndig gute Fragen stellen, konzentrieren wir uns darauf, gemeinsam Antworten zu finden. Wenn eine Person in einem Raum alles redet, entsteht der Eindruck, dass sie alle Antworten hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wie kann ich Ihnen am besten helfen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was hat den Vorw\u00e4rtsdrang bei einem wichtigen Ergebnis ausgel\u00f6st?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit welchen Blockaden sind Sie konfrontiert und welche Rolle kann ich Ihrer Meinung nach dabei spielen, diese zu \u00fcberwinden?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir dieses OKR ergebnisorientierter gestalten?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sind unsere OKRs auf die Strategie abgestimmt?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was ist der Zweck dieser objektiven Aussage?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ist jemandem eine Abh\u00e4ngigkeit innerhalb dieses OKR-Frameworks aufgefallen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei den oben genannten Fragen handelt es sich um einfache Fragen, die gestellt werden k\u00f6nnen, um die Zusammenarbeit zu f\u00f6rdern. Befehl und Kontrolle sterben langsam; Stattdessen sollten wir als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte Hand in Hand mit unseren Teammitgliedern handeln. Dadurch haben wir eine Vorbildfunktion f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es d\u00fcrfte unsere wichtigste Verantwortung als F\u00fchrungskraft sein, im Einklang mit dem Wertesystem des Unternehmens zu handeln. Eine gute M\u00f6glichkeit besteht darin, die Aussagen anderer in Fragen umzuwandeln. Wenn Sie diese einfache, aber tiefgreifende Technik anwenden, beweisen Sie, dass Sie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00f6ren zu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f6chten Sie mehr \u00fcber das diskutierte Thema erfahren?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dass Sie wirklich daran interessiert sind, was die andere Person sagt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir als Beispiel an, ein Teammitglied macht die folgende Aussage: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ich bin immer noch verwirrt dar\u00fcber, was genau der Unterschied zwischen KPIs und OKRs ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir k\u00f6nnen diese Aussage in eine Frage umwandeln:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Was ist Ihrer Meinung nach genau das Gleiche zwischen KPIs und OKRs, erz\u00e4hlen Sie mir bitte mehr? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indem wir die Vorteile von OKRs sehr deutlich machen und zeigen, wie OKRs und KPIs sich gegenseitig erg\u00e4nzen, k\u00f6nnen wir fr\u00fchzeitig die Zustimmung der Stakeholder gewinnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Menschen von einer \u00fcberzeugenden Vision, einem gemeinsamen Ziel und einem Wertesystem begeistert sind, sind sie im Allgemeinen viel offener f\u00fcr den Austausch und die Mitgestaltung. Co-Creation wird durch das gemeinsame positive Hinterfragen des Status quo verst\u00e4rkt,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der erste Schritt, um Menschen f\u00fcr gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen, besteht darin, auf h\u00f6chst transparente Weise zu kommunizieren. Wenn es um OKRs geht, m\u00fcssen wir die Rolle jedes Einzelnen deutlich machen. Transparenz schafft Vertrauen. Vertrauen ist die Grundlage f\u00fcr Innovation und schnelle Markteinf\u00fchrung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Strategien und die Vision des Unternehmens expliziter formuliert werden m\u00fcssen, werden sowohl die Ausrichtung als auch die Umsetzung zu einer gro\u00dfen Herausforderung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
