Diese Worte werden nur dann einen nachhaltigen Einfluss auf uns und diejenigen haben, die wir beeinflussen, wenn wir konsequent danach handeln. Wenn wir gemeinsam positive Hochleistungskulturen gestalten, die integrativ, kollaborativ und innovativ sind, schaffen wir ein Umfeld, das der Zielerreichung f\u00f6rderlich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies wird durch ein gemeinsames und praktisches Wertesystem, eine \u00fcberzeugende Vision und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gest\u00e4rkt, die durch ihr Verhalten den Weg nach vorne weisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie erreichen wir angestrebte OKRs, wenn wir nicht \u00fcber die erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen, um sie zu erreichen? F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen bestehende Qualifikationsdefizite bewerten, die beseitigt werden m\u00fcssen, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
