class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs und \u201eZeitmanagement\u201c sind Themen, die in hohem Ma\u00dfe voneinander abh\u00e4ngig sind. Bedenken Sie unbedingt, dass Sie die Zeit nicht verwalten k\u00f6nnen, da wir alle gleich viel Zeit haben \u2013 24 Stunden am Tag. Allerdings k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihren Umgang mit sich selbst innerhalb von 24 Stunden verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Sie Ihren Zeitplan gut verwalten, steigern Sie nicht automatisch Ihre Leistung und die Ihres Teams. Die wichtigsten Elemente f\u00fcr ein gutes Selbstmanagement sind Priorisierung und konsequentes Handeln. Dieselben zwei Faktoren sind entscheidend f\u00fcr die Nachhaltigkeit und den Erfolg von OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir k\u00f6nnen jede Technik anwenden, wie zum Beispiel Timeboxing, aber wenn wir nicht an unseren identifizierten Priorit\u00e4ten arbeiten, wird Timeboxing nicht viel helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priorisierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Kontext von OKRs ist die Priorisierung keine individuelle \u00dcbung, sondern eine gemeinsame Team\u00fcbung, um unsere klaren Priorit\u00e4ten festzulegen. Klarheit \u00fcber die Wichtigkeit l\u00e4sst sich jedoch nur mit klaren Visionen und Strategien erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir an der Spitze der Organisation k\u00f6nnen von anderen nur dann erwarten, dass sie sich gut verwalten, wenn:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir haben eine Vision mitgestaltet und deutlich gemacht, was die Vision ist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir haben gemeinsam Strategien entwickelt, und diejenigen, die sie umsetzen m\u00fcssen, wissen glasklar, um welche Strategie es sich handelt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir haben gemeinsam entschieden, was die obersten Priorit\u00e4ten sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir haben strategische OKRs festgelegt, die wirkungsvoll, aussagekr\u00e4ftig und aufeinander abgestimmt sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir f\u00f6rdern wirklich sowohl die Zusammenarbeit als auch das Vertrauen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir haben f\u00fcr praktisches gesorgt <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">Erfahrungen zum Kompetenzaufbau f\u00fcr unsere Teams.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fragen zum Nachdenken zum Thema \u201eSelbstmanagement\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eSelbstmanagement\u201c wird einfacher, wenn wir durch Selbstfindung, Erfahrung und Ratschl\u00e4ge anderer zu den Antworten auf die folgenden Fragen gelangt sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was sind unsere aktuellen Priorit\u00e4ten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welche Zeit sollten wir f\u00fcr \u201eBusiness-as-usual\u201c-bezogene Aktivit\u00e4ten aufwenden und welche Zeit sollten wir f\u00fcr OKRs aufwenden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie viele Meetings sind wichtig und wie k\u00f6nnen wir diese Meetings effektiver gestalten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Leistungscoach \u00fcberpr\u00fcfe ich als Erstes mit einem Klienten seinen Zeitplan, was im Hinblick auf tats\u00e4chliche Priorit\u00e4ten und Selbstmanagement sehr aufschlussreich ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir pr\u00fcfen und bewerten gemeinsam, ob einige Besprechungen vollst\u00e4ndig entfernt werden k\u00f6nnen, und wenn nicht, wie wir diese Besprechungen optimieren k\u00f6nnen, damit sie weniger Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Sparen Sie Zeit, indem Sie sich auf Priorit\u00e4ten konzentrieren und k\u00fcrzere, aber wirkungsvollere Meetings mit einem klaren Return on Investment Ihrer Zeit abhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk verr\u00e4t, dass einer seiner Kernpunkte darin liegt <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">Produktivit\u00e4ts-Hacks<\/a> besteht darin, in der Regel 15-min\u00fctige Besprechungen abzuhalten. Sowohl Reflexion als auch Kompetenzentwicklung sind wesentliche Faktoren f\u00fcr die Nachhaltigkeit und den Erfolg von OKRs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Bildung selbstorganisierter Teams und die F\u00f6rderung der Autonomie sind nur Worte, bis wir alle Teammitglieder durch praktisches Coaching zum Thema Selbstmanagement unterst\u00fctzen. Alle diese Begriffe, wie \u201eZeitmanagement\u201c, Selbstmanagement und mehr, sind relativ:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sein Vater fragte Sam: Was hast du diese Woche gemacht?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam antwortete stolz: Ich bin fertig <a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/\">Simon Sineks<\/a>\u201eFinding You Why\u201c und ich habe eine Aufgabe zum Thema \u201eZiel\u201c geschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sams\u2018 Vater l\u00e4chelte und fragte: Was hast du von dem, was du diese Woche gelesen und geschrieben hast, in die Tat umgesetzt? Kannst du mir ein Beispiel geben?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eN\u00e4chste Woche werde ich etwas dagegen unternehmen, Papa.\u201c Ich war zu sehr damit besch\u00e4ftigt, \u00fcber den Zweck zu lesen und zu schreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Meetings sind wir oft so besch\u00e4ftigt, dass wir kaum oder gar keine Zeit f\u00fcr die Umsetzung haben. Beim Selbstmanagement geht es darum, M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr sich selbst zu schaffen, bei der Umsetzung effektiver zu werden, indem Verschwendung aus Ihrem Zeitplan entfernt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist im Allgemeinen leichter gesagt als getan, denn wir sind Gewohnheitstiere. Priorisierung ist eine Gewohnheit und F\u00e4higkeit, die wir t\u00e4glich \u00fcben m\u00fcssen, um Verschwendung aus unserer Karriere und unserem Zeitplan zu entfernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
