Wir empfehlen, sich an einen w\u00f6chentlichen Rhythmus mit kurzen, aber wirkungsvollen OKR-Check-ins zu halten. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Check-ins f\u00fchren oft dazu, dass Sie reagieren und Ihre OKRs nicht erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Mangel an immersiven Erfahrungen mit OKRs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schlecht ausgebildete Teammitglieder mit wenig oder gar keinem Verst\u00e4ndnis von OKRs werden wahrscheinlich nicht von OKRs begeistert sein und werden wahrscheinlich schlecht darin sein, leistungsstarke OKRs zu entwerfen. Ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor bei der Einf\u00fchrung von OKRs besteht darin, allen beteiligten Teammitgliedern immersive Erfahrungen zu bieten (das hei\u00dft, sie \u00fcben bereits die F\u00e4higkeiten zur Rekrutierung von OKRs und deren Ausrichtung in Workshops).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mangelnde Bem\u00fchungen, ausreichend Buy-in zu erhalten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohne ein hohes Ma\u00df an Akzeptanz f\u00fcr die Idee und die motivierenden Mechanismen von OKRs werden sich OKRs in Ihrem Unternehmen wahrscheinlich als erfolglos und nicht nachhaltig erweisen. Durch die Schaffung zahlreicher OKR-Verfechter und -Bef\u00fcrworter in Ihrer Organisation und das gr\u00fcndliche \u201eVerkaufen\u201c des Zwecks und der Vorteile von OKRs an alle Beteiligten haben Sie bedeutende Fortschritte bei der Gewinnung von Zustimmung gemacht. Allein die Bew\u00e4ltigung des Widerstands gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen und die Darstellung, wie OKRs mit der \u00fcberzeugenden Vision und hervorragenden Organisationsstrategien \u00fcbereinstimmen, sind weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen, um eine optimale Zustimmung sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Fehlende Ressourcenbewertung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wir m\u00fcssen beurteilen, ob wir \u00fcber die finanzielle Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit, die erforderlichen Personalkapazit\u00e4ten und die erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen, um ein bestimmtes OKR zu erreichen und Ihre Ziele zu erreichen. R\u00fcckkehr zur Befehlskontrolle, wenn etwas schief geht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs sind ein \u201eMuskel\u201c, den man im Laufe der Zeit aufbaut, und es dauert zwischen zwei und f\u00fcnf OKR-Zyklen, bis Teams bei OKRs Spitzenleistungen erbringen. In einigen F\u00e4llen wird das Top-Management sehr schnell ungeduldig, wenn es keine unmittelbaren positiven Ergebnisse von OKRs sieht, und verf\u00e4llt dann in seine Standardeinstellung \u201eKommando und Kontrolle\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Eine L\u00fccke, wenn es darum geht <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=24cfd362163a\">Zweck<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menschen w\u00fcnschen sich im Allgemeinen einen Karriereweg, eine Gemeinschaft und einen Grund (Zweck), damit sie sich bei der Arbeit wirklich engagieren k\u00f6nnen. Wenn Menschen feststellen, dass es ihrer Arbeit an Sinn und Wirkung mangelt, ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass sie anspruchsvolle Ziele verfolgen. Den Menschen einen operationalisierten Zweck zu vermitteln, ist ein weiterer wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor, nicht nur bei OKRs, sondern auch bei der Organisationsentwicklung insgesamt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Outputorientiert sein<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir sehen viele ergebnisorientierte objektive Aussagen wie \u201eErstellen Sie eine neue Funktion\u201c, \u201eErstellen Sie eine neue Website\u201c und mehr. Daher stellen diese Aussagen weder den gew\u00fcnschten Mehrwert noch die gew\u00fcnschte Wirkung dieser Aktivit\u00e4ten dar und sind nicht inspirierend. Es ist wahrscheinlicher, dass wir Ziele erreichen, die ergebnisorientierter sind, da sie in Bezug auf Nutzen und Mehrwert inspirierender und transparenter sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Keine Strategie oder eine vage Strategie haben<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei der Strategie handelt es sich um Differenzierungsmerkmale gegen\u00fcber der Konkurrenz, die f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten wertvoll und bedeutsam sind, sowie um Unterschiede, die wir wahren k\u00f6nnen. Bei einer Strategie handelt es sich weder um eine Liste von Zielen noch um die Verwendung spezifischer Tools wie agiler Methoden. Jeder kann es anwenden. Daher muss es klare und sinnvolle Unterschiede zur Konkurrenz herstellen. Wenn unsere Strategie gekl\u00e4rt werden muss, wie k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Ziele erfolgreich darauf ausrichten? Wir k\u00f6nnen unsere Strategien einfacher gestalten, indem wir sie gemeinsam entwickeln und als Auswahlm\u00f6glichkeiten pr\u00e4sentieren. Netflix hat sich beispielsweise strategisch daf\u00fcr entschieden, Originalinhalte zu erstellen, anstatt nur die Inhalte anderer zu streamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Folgen Sie einfach Ihrem eigenen OKR-Playbook und erstellen Sie es nicht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jede Organisation ist einzigartig und hat ihren eigenen Lebenszyklus, ihre eigene Kultur und ihre eigenen Herausforderungen. Es ist ein Fehler, den Methoden anderer bei der Einf\u00fchrung von OKRs in Ihrem Unternehmen zu folgen.
