inspirierend und motivierend \u00fcber die Zukunft spricht\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mangelnde Klarheit in unserer Kommunikation gepaart mit einer Orientierung in der Vergangenheit in der Art und Weise, wie wir Menschen und Probleme ansprechen, sind oft die Ursache daf\u00fcr, dass wir unsere weitreichenden Ziele nicht erreichen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs sind zukunftsorientiert und werden am besten durch zukunftsorientierte, positive, motivierende und dialogbasierte Kommunikation untermauert. Wie k\u00f6nnen wir inspirierend und motivierend \u00fcber die Zukunft sprechen? \u2013 Ist eine entscheidende Frage, die durch Ergreifen von Ma\u00dfnahmen beantwortet werden muss, da die Nachhaltigkeit und der Erfolg von OKRs weitgehend davon abh\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist eine gut dokumentierte und erforschte Tatsache, dass die meisten Manager den Leuten immer noch sagen, was sie tun sollen, obwohl sie gut ausgebildet sind und denken, dass sie hervorragend im Coaching sind. Man kann ihnen daf\u00fcr keine Schuld geben, denn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Es liegt auf der Hand, dass man am schnellsten zu einem Ergebnis kommt, wenn man den Leuten sagt, was sie tun sollen, anstatt lange Gespr\u00e4che dar\u00fcber zu f\u00fchren, was als n\u00e4chstes zu tun ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Kommando-Kontroll-F\u00fchrungsstil ist in vielen Unternehmenskulturen eine tief verwurzelte Gewohnheit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lese das folgende <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Artikel im Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/a> zum allgemeinen Kommunikations- und Coachingstil von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um mit OKRs langfristig erfolgreich zu sein, ist eine \u00c4nderung unseres Kommunikations- und Mindset-Ansatzes erforderlich. Als Stretch-Ziele sind OKRs naturgem\u00e4\u00df nicht leicht zu erreichen. Daher liegt den Kernbed\u00fcrfnissen von OKRs das Kernbed\u00fcrfnis nach Innovation und Zusammenarbeit zugrunde \u2013 Einzelpersonen k\u00f6nnen unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Talent und ihren F\u00e4higkeiten nicht allein weitreichende strategische Ziele erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seien Sie neugierig mit optimistischer und selbstbewusster Absicht.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt zwei Arten von Vertrauen, auf die wir uns in diesem Zusammenhang konzentrieren k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen einen Raum betreten, glauben, dass Sie alle Probleme l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen und auf alles selbst eine Antwort haben. Dies nennt man epistemisches Vertrauen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen einen Raum betreten und mit absoluter Sicherheit davon \u00fcberzeugt sein, dass Sie \u00fcber die F\u00e4higkeit verf\u00fcgen, den Teammitgliedern im Laufe der Zeit die richtigen und kollektiven Antworten zu vermitteln, zu entlocken und zu entdecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Option Nummer zwei wird im Laufe der Zeit mit gr\u00f6\u00dferer Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Umfeld des Vertrauens und der Zusammenarbeit schaffen und zu einer verbesserten \u201eOKR-Leistung\u201c f\u00fchren.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>Die Art des Vertrauens<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">e<\/a> <\/strong>Das oben in Punkt 2 angesprochene Verhalten wird als soziales Vertrauen bezeichnet. Dies kann im Laufe der Zeit aufgebaut werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine gute M\u00f6glichkeit, soziales Selbstvertrauen aufzubauen, besteht darin, gut vorbereitet zu Besprechungen zu kommen und hervorragende Fragen zu stellen, die die Zusammenarbeit f\u00f6rdern und eine positive Absicht haben. Halten Sie die Fragen einfach, aber auf die festgelegten OKRs abgestimmt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es war ein hervorragender Start f\u00fcr dieses OKR, da wir die klare Absicht niederschrieben, was wir erreichen wollten. Wie k\u00f6nnen wir dieses OKR ergebnisorientierter gestalten und einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr den Kunden schaffen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie kann ich helfen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mich interessiert sehr, was Sie getan haben, um dieses wichtige Ergebnis in Schwung zu bringen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das war eine herausragende Arbeit; Bitte sagen Sie mir genau, wie Sie das erreicht haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir haben versagt, aber das ist gro\u00dfartig \u2013 Versagen ist Lernen. Was wussten wir? Und was k\u00f6nnen wir anders machen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKRs und zukunftsorientierte Kommunikation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die meisten von uns neigen dazu, auf der Vergangenheit herumzuharren, was verst\u00e4ndlich ist, da es sich dabei um einen realistischen Bezugspunkt handelt und wir nicht genau wissen, was die Zukunft bringt. Allerdings sind Verweise auf die Vergangenheit nur dann von Nutzen, wenn wir sie als Chance nutzen, daraus positive Lehren zu ziehen. Da OKRs zukunftsorientiert sind, geht dies Hand in Hand mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">zukunftsorientierte Kommunikation<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie wir vergangenheitsorientierte Gespr\u00e4che in zukunftsorientierte Kommunikation umwandeln k\u00f6nnen, ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anstatt auf das fr\u00fchere Verhalten eines Teammitglieds einzugehen, das Sie als unproduktiv erachtet haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie fragen: \u201eWof\u00fcr m\u00f6chten Sie bekannt sein?\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn diese Frage mit positiver und unterst\u00fctzender Absicht gestellt wird, kann in den K\u00f6pfen der Teammitglieder ein positives Bild eines gew\u00fcnschten zuk\u00fcnftigen Zustands entstehen. Das Gespr\u00e4chsklima wird positiver sein, wenn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>gut formulierte Fragen<\/strong><\/a> wie diese werden gefragt. Es ist wahrscheinlich negativer, wenn wir wiederholt Aussagen \u00fcber das Verhalten der Teammitglieder in der Vergangenheit machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einsatz zukunftsorientierter Kommunikation bei OKR-bezogenen Meetings wie Townhalls, Check-Ins und Reviews wird wahrscheinlich ein motivierendes Klima rund um OKRs schaffen, insbesondere wenn Sie als Team nur auf die Vergangenheit als Bezugspunkt zur\u00fcckgreifen Lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es existieren OKRs, die auf den operativen Zweck, die Strategien und die Vision des Unternehmens ausgerichtet sind, um einen gew\u00fcnschten zuk\u00fcnftigen Zustand f\u00fcr alle Stakeholder zu schaffen. Ein wichtiger Faktor, um OKRs nachhaltig und erfolgreich zu machen, ist die Sicherstellung einer positiven, transparenten und zukunftsorientierten Kommunikation.
