ver\u00e4ndern und Ihre Tr\u00e4ume zu verwirklichen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wahre Macht von OKRs geht weit \u00fcber das Zielsetzungs-Framework hinaus, da es mehrere enth\u00e4lt<br>inh\u00e4rent <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2020\/04\/how-to-keep-your-team-motivated-remotely\"><strong>Motivationsmechanismen.<\/strong><\/a> OKRs bieten jedem Unternehmen einzigartige M\u00f6glichkeiten, und das ist so<br>um Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse als Trichter f\u00fcr die Strategieumsetzung und -f\u00f6rderung zu nutzen<br>Neue Arbeitsweisen, die das Engagement, die Zusammenarbeit und letztendlich die Effektivit\u00e4t verbessern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs gedeihen in der Regel in Umgebungen, in denen eine wachstumsorientierte Ausrichtung vorherrschend und allgemein vorherrschend ist<br>unterwirft sich einem schnellen Tod innerhalb von Organisationen, in denen eine feste Denkweise an der Tagesordnung ist<br>der Tag. Indem Sie sorgf\u00e4ltig die richtigen Bedingungen schaffen, damit OKRs als F\u00fchrungskraft und Stratege erfolgreich sein k\u00f6nnen<br>kann Ihre Denkweise ver\u00e4ndern und Ihre Tr\u00e4ume verwirklichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derzeit herrscht weltweiter Hype um OKRs und agile Arbeitsweisen, und das zu Recht<br>Methoden f\u00fchren bei effektiver Anwendung eher zu kreativen, kollaborativen und kreativen Ergebnissen<br>inspirierende Arbeitsumgebungen. Befehls- und kontrollorientierte Organisationen, die sich weigern<br>Menschen, die ihr Verhalten \u00e4ndern, sterben in manchen F\u00e4llen und in anderen F\u00e4llen im Allgemeinen einen langsamen und schmerzhaften Tod<br>Sie werden von agilen Wettbewerbern mit hohen Innovationsraten und hoher Geschwindigkeit schnell zu Asche verbrannt<br>Markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABER<\/strong><br>In Abwesenheit von:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eine \u00fcberzeugende Vision, ein \u00fcberzeugender Zweck und eine Mission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zustimmung der Stakeholder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine positive und wachstumsorientierte Kultur, die durch eine wachstumsorientierte Denkweise untermauert wird<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR-Praktiken in Synergie mit den Punkten 1 bis 3 oben<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agile Methoden und agile Zielsetzungsmethoden wie OKRs k\u00f6nnen problemlos umgesetzt werden<br>unwirksam.<br>Caroline Dwecks Arbeit zur Denkweise unterscheidet wunderbar zwischen einer Ausrichtung auf eine Wachstumsmentalit\u00e4t<br>und ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/growth-mindset-carol-dweck\/s?k=growth+mindset+carol+dweck\"><strong>feste Haltung<\/strong><\/a> Orientierung. Mehr zum Buch hier:<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Berater, Gesch\u00e4ftsinhaber und Coach, der in verschiedenen Branchen und Kulturen t\u00e4tig ist, bin ich<br>Ich verwende seit zwei Jahrzehnten Denktests und mir f\u00e4llt eine sehr interessante Beobachtung ein<br>zum Zeitpunkt dieses Schreibens:<br>Unabh\u00e4ngig von der intellektuellen Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit, der praktischen Erfahrung oder dem Hintergrund derjenigen mit einer festen Denkweise<br>Orientierung neigt dazu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zeigen Sie einen externen Kontrollort \u2013 Sie neigen dazu, anderen oder anderen Einheiten die Schuld f\u00fcr ihre eigenen zu geben<br>Bew\u00e4ltigen Sie Misserfolge und vermeiden Sie es, im Inneren nach Antworten und Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu suchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heben Sie bei Besprechungen nur die Hand, um Probleme anzusprechen, ohne m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sungen anzubieten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Widerstehen Sie Ver\u00e4nderungen, auch wenn es sich um eine sehr n\u00fctzliche und notwendige Ver\u00e4nderungsinitiative handelt<br>Andererseits neigen diejenigen mit einem gesunden internen Kontrollort dazu:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schauen Sie nach innen, um nach Antworten und Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu suchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nicht bitter werden, sondern besser werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nehmen Sie sinnvolle Ver\u00e4nderungsinitiativen an<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Werden Sie ehrenamtlich t\u00e4tig, wenn es darum geht, ehrgeizige und inspirierende Ziele zu setzen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Der Geist verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine starke F\u00e4higkeit, Dinge anzuziehen, die mit ihm im Einklang stehen, seien es gute oder schlechte.\u201c<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Idowu Koyenikan<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es w\u00e4re sehr schwierig, wenn nicht unm\u00f6glich, dauerhaft positive Ergebnisse zu erzielen <br>eine vorherrschende Fixed-Mindset-Orientierung gepaart mit einem hohen Ma\u00df an Pessimismus. Als Ergebnis<br>Aufgrund dieser Argumentation empfehlen wir dringend, Menschen nicht nur aufgrund ihrer F\u00e4higkeiten und Intelligenz einzustellen, sondern, was noch wichtiger ist, aufgrund ihrer Denkweise und Einstellung. Dies geht einher mit der Erinnerung daran<br>Die Denkweise kann sowohl getestet als auch trainiert werden. (Allerdings ist das Coaching ein Perspektivwechsel<br>ist keine leichte Aufgabe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereitstellen von OKRs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch den Einsatz von OKRs senden Sie als F\u00fchrungskraft oder F\u00fchrungsgruppe eine starke Botschaft:<br>Wir pflegen einen optimistischen Blick in die Zukunft und k\u00f6nnen gemeinsam unsere gew\u00fcnschte Zukunft erreichen<br>Zustand.<br>Diese Botschaft muss mit Ihren Handlungen \u00fcbereinstimmen und wird nur vom gesamten Team ernst genommen<br>Mitglieder, wenn Sie es mit dieser Botschaft wirklich ernst meinen und durchhalten, auch wenn es schwierig wird<br>(und es wird hart).<br>Obwohl \u201eHoffnung keine Strategie ist\u201c, senden OKRs eine Botschaft der Hoffnung, wenn sie effektiv eingef\u00fchrt werden. Hoffnung<br>ist keine Strategie, aber ein viel besserer Ausgangspunkt als die Orientierung an der Verzweiflung.<br>Der Erfolg und die Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs h\u00e4ngen stark von folgenden Faktoren ab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ausrichtung \u2013 Nicht nur an der Vision des Unternehmens, sondern auch an der effektiv formulierten Ausrichtung<br>Strategien sowie die Unternehmenskultur in h\u00f6chst transparenter Weise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zweck und Wirkung \u2013 es ist eine gut erforschte Tatsache, dass Menschen nicht nur eine Karriere anstreben, sondern<br>auch eine Sache und eine Gemeinschaft. Durch transparente Abstimmung mit dem Unternehmen<br>Wir verfolgen einen operationellen Zweck und k\u00f6nnen durch die F\u00f6rderung der Zusammenarbeit diese M\u00f6glichkeiten bieten<br>an unsere Teammitglieder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine wachstumsorientierte Denkweise und eine allgemein positive Einstellung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.developgoodhabits.com\/process-goals\/\"><strong>Ergebnisfokus<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 ein Fokus auf Ergebnisse f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten, insbesondere aber f\u00fcr den Kunden<br>f\u00f6rdert ein motivierendes Klima<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e4higkeit \u00e4ndern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planung \u2013 Verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber die personellen Ressourcen, die finanzielle Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit sowie die erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten?<br>Kapazit\u00e4ten aufbauen, um unsere OKRs zu erreichen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR-Praktiken, von der Einstellung \u00fcber das Onboarding bis hin zum Kompetenzaufbau und der Verg\u00fctung, liegen all dem zugrunde<br>die oben genannten Faktoren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausdauer und Disziplin. Ausdauer und Disziplin sind nicht nur Prinzipien, sie sind es<br>F\u00e4higkeiten, die man erlernen kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevanz \u2013 sind wir veraltet und spielen nur mit der Konkurrenz mit, oder sind wir zukunftsorientiert?<br>Wir sind orientiert und verschaffen unserer Konkurrenz durch intelligente Strategieformulierung einen Vorsprung<br>und Ausf\u00fchrung durch OKR-Frameworks?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
