Netflix setzte seine Strategie, neue Wege zu beschreiten, um, indem es seine urspr\u00fcnglichen Inhalte teilweise durch den Einsatz von OKRs erstellte. Andere weltbekannte Unternehmen wie Tesla, BMW und Microsoft nutzen OKRs als agile Zielsetzungsmethode. Unser allgemeines Feedback zum obigen Kommentar ist, dass bei der Bereitstellung von OKRs h\u00e4ufig Fehler gemacht werden, die durch die Befolgung der Best Practices f\u00fcr OKR verhindert oder \u00fcberwunden werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als OKR-Institut hatten wir das Gl\u00fcck, OKRs weltweit in vielen Branchen zu coachen und umzusetzen. Wir haben mehrere Best Practices gelernt und angewendet, die OKRs nachhaltig und erfolgreich machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine h\u00e4ufige Falle bei OKRs besteht darin, dass einige Teams zun\u00e4chst denken, es gehe darum, OKRs effizient festzulegen, und dass sich der Rest von selbst erledigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs eignen sich sehr gut f\u00fcr neue und inspirierende Arbeitsmethoden, bei denen die Menschen st\u00e4rker miteinander und mit ihrer Arbeit verbunden sind. Die meisten Teammitglieder fragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welche Methoden werden am besten verwendet? Sollten wir agile Methoden, OKRs und KPIs verwenden oder sollten wir beispielsweise nur OKRs verwenden? Die einfache Antwort lautet: Sie k\u00f6nnen alles verwenden, da sie sich alle erg\u00e4nzen. Beispielsweise kann ein ungesunder KPI, etwa ein Umsatzr\u00fcckgang, durch ein OKR-Framework in einen gesunden KPI umgewandelt werden. Andererseits kann ein abgeschlossenes OKR zu einem KPI werden, da Sie als Team bewiesen haben, dass Sie dieses weitreichende Ziel erreichen k\u00f6nnen und jetzt genau wissen, wie es geht, jetzt kann es zum \u201eBusiness as Usual\u201c werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Folgenden finden Sie unsere empfohlenen OKR-Best Practices. Wir haben diese Praktiken basierend auf unserer globalen Erfahrung im Coaching und der Implementierung von OKRs in verschiedenen Branchen zusammengestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-Best Practices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>&#039;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2022\/02\/17\/the-great-prioritization-managing-workload-when-there-are-fewer-people-to-do-the-work\/?sh=1acd3eb54aa8\">Weniger ist mehr<\/a>&#039; <\/strong>\u2013 Haben Sie zwischen drei und f\u00fcnf OKRs pro Team. \u201eMessen Sie, worauf es wirklich ankommt\u201c. Au\u00dferdem ist es ratsam, zwischen zwei und f\u00fcnf Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen zu haben.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2. <strong>Seien Sie ergebnisorientiert. <\/strong>Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass diejenigen mit ergebnisorientierten Zielen diese erreichen, um 30 Prozent h\u00f6her ist als bei denen mit ergebnisorientierten Zielen, weil:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ergebnisorientierte Ziele geben den Nutzen, den Mehrwert und die Wirkung f\u00fcr die Stakeholder klar an, wohingegen ergebnisorientierte Ziele rein aktivit\u00e4tsbasiert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ergebnisorientierte Ziele sind sowohl inspirierender als auch ehrgeiziger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ergebnisorientierte Ziele zeigen Ihnen klar, wohin die Reise geht und geben das angestrebte Endziel an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3. <strong>Transparenz<\/strong> \u2013 Wenn die Ausrichtung auf andere OKRs, alle relevanten Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse und damit verbundenen Aufgaben f\u00fcr alle beteiligten Teammitglieder sichtbar sind, hilft es ihnen, ihre OKRs effektiv zu iterieren und das \u201eGesamtbild\u201c zu verstehen.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.  <strong>W\u00f6chentliche Check-ins.<\/strong> Durch w\u00f6chentliche Check-ins bleiben Sie immer am Puls der OKRs. Durch die Aktualisierung aller Elemente eines OKR, wie z. B. des Fortschritts bei wichtigen Ergebnissen, k\u00f6nnen Sie alle Herausforderungen proaktiv l\u00f6sen und alle relevanten Erkenntnisse im Zusammenhang mit OKRs erfassen. W\u00f6chentliche Check-ins sind die bew\u00e4hrte OKR-Methode, die Disziplin und Best\u00e4ndigkeit erfordert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unternehmen und Teams neigen im Laufe der Zeit dazu, in Bezug auf OKRs zu reagieren, wenn sie nicht regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Check-ins durchf\u00fchren, was zu einem Verlust an Dynamik f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5. <strong>Aufbau von Kompetenzkapazit\u00e4ten<\/strong> ist ein wesentliches Element f\u00fcr die Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs. \u201eIhre Strategie ist nur so gut wie Ihre F\u00e4higkeiten.\u201c Einige Teams und Unternehmen stellen nicht die folgenden Fragen:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber die notwendigen personellen, finanziellen und fachlichen Kapazit\u00e4ten, um unsere OKRs zu erreichen?
