Sobald wir OKRs in die Praxis umsetzen, stellen wir jedoch im Allgemeinen Folgendes fest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ergebnisseorientierte Ziele haben eine um 30% h\u00f6here Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie erreicht werden (da sie im Allgemeinen inspirierender und wirkungsvoller sind) als Ziele, die st\u00e4rker ergebnisorientiert sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKRs, die isoliert entworfen werden, das hei\u00dft, dass sie weder auf die Vision des Unternehmens noch auf die Kultur und auch nicht auf andere Teams abgestimmt sind, neigen dazu, zu scheitern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein Mangel an F\u00fchrung kann OKRs bedeutungslos machen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKRs verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber mehrere inh\u00e4rente Motivationsmechanismen, aber wir m\u00fcssen uns bewusst auf sie konzentrieren und sie zum Leben erwecken \u2013 Engagement, Zusammenarbeit, verst\u00e4rkte Zusammenarbeit, Kreativit\u00e4t und mehr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn es nicht gelingt, die erforderlichen finanziellen und personellen Ressourcen sowie die F\u00e4higkeiten aufzubauen, die zum Erreichen eines Ziels erforderlich sind, wird ein OKR wahrscheinlich zum \u201eNichtstarter\u201c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ohne ein hohes Ma\u00df an Klarheit der Vision und Strategien wird es sehr schwierig, OKRs aufeinander abzustimmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Aufschreiben optimaler Vitalergebnisse kann eine Herausforderung sein; M\u00f6glicherweise ben\u00f6tigen wir relevantere verf\u00fcgbare Daten. Wir m\u00fcssen jedoch nach Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten zwischen unseren Schl\u00fcsselentwicklungen suchen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse insgesamt mit dem Ziel \u00fcbereinstimmen. Wichtige Ergebnisse wie die folgenden sind ausgabeorientiert und werden nicht gemessen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderation von Coaching-Sitzungen f\u00fcr unsere Baristas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fchren Sie eine Kundenumfrage durch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erstellen Sie eine neue FAQ-Seite<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Herausforderung beim Schreiben von Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen wie den oben genannten besteht darin, dass sie sich nicht von einer Aufgabenliste, einer Liste von Projekten oder Initiativen unterscheiden. Daher handelt es sich \u00fcberhaupt nicht um Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse zusammengenommen sind unser Navigationssystem zur Erreichung eines Ziels. Um optimal zu sein, m\u00fcssen Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse eine Metrik enthalten, beispielsweise eine Zahl oder einen Prozentsatz. Wir tun gut daran, stets im Hinterkopf zu behalten, dass gro\u00dfartige Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse mehrere Dimensionen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sie m\u00fcssen den Fortschritt in Richtung eines Ergebnisses verfolgen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Schl\u00fcsselergebnis wie \u201e5 Trainingseinheiten erm\u00f6glichen\u201c ist nicht optimal, da es lediglich eine sich wiederholende Aktivit\u00e4t ohne jegliche Qualit\u00e4tssicherung bezeichnet; Daher verfolgt dieses besondere Schl\u00fcsselergebnis nicht unbedingt den Fortschritt in Richtung eines gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisses. Wenn wir jedoch \u201e5 Schulungen f\u00fcr unsere Baristas erm\u00f6glichen, um die Servierzeit des Kaffees von f\u00fcnf Minuten auf zwei Minuten zu verk\u00fcrzen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir die Servierzeit tats\u00e4chlich schrittweise verk\u00fcrzen, kommen wir unserem Wunschergebnis n\u00e4her: zufriedene Kunden, die unseren Kaffee lieben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sie sollten eine Herausforderung f\u00fcr das Team darstellen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs sind ihrem Wesen nach ehrgeizige und weitreichende Ziele. Nachdem wir die wichtigsten Ergebnisse formuliert haben, sollten wir sie hinterfragen, um ihre G\u00fcltigkeit sicherzustellen: Stellt dies f\u00fcr uns wirklich eine \u201eStrecke\u201c dar oder ist es einfach, dieses wichtige Ergebnis zu erreichen? Wenn es zu einfach zu verwirklichen ist, wird es wahrscheinlich ignoriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gemeinsam m\u00fcssen sie das Ziel erreichen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einigen F\u00e4llen entwerfen und erreichen Teams wichtige Ergebnisse, m\u00fcssen das Ziel jedoch noch vollst\u00e4ndig verwirklichen. Erst nach gr\u00fcndlichem Nachdenken k\u00f6nnen sie dann gro\u00dfartige, entscheidende Ergebnisse erzielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sie k\u00f6nnen eine Mischung aus sein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/operations\/our-insights\/gauging-internal-efficiency-and-effectiveness-with-leading-and-lagging-indicators\">Fr\u00fch- und Sp\u00e4tindikatoren<\/a> (Dies ist kontextbezogen)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Allgemeinen haben wir insbesondere bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen und traditionelleren
