klaren Vision und Strategie\/n m\u00f6glicherweise isoliert entworfen, falsch ausgerichtet und letztendlich belanglos sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ausarbeitung ergebnisorientierter und leistungsstarker OKRs kann ein wichtiger erster Schritt sein, um mit der Nutzung von OKRs in Ihrem Unternehmen letztendlich erfolgreich zu sein. Die Erstellung von OKRs allein ist jedoch keine Erfolgsgarantie. Weitere Best Practices zur Sicherstellung des Erfolgs und der Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs sind unter anderem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ausrichtung von OKRs auf klare und relevante Strategien und letztendlich auf die Vision des Unternehmens<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausrichtung von OKRs auf einen operationellen Zweck (Zweck kann ein starker Treiber f\u00fcr das Erreichen weitreichender Ziele sein)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurteilung der Kapazit\u00e4t \u2013 Welche personellen und finanziellen Kapazit\u00e4ten haben wir oder m\u00fcssen wir aufbauen, um unsere OKRs zu erreichen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKRs an die Kultur Ihres Unternehmens anpassen (Verwenden Sie ein eingebettetes Wertesystem als Filter f\u00fcr die Entscheidungsfindung beim Einsatz von OKRs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcg.com\/publications\/2023\/your-strategy-is-only-as-good-as-your-skills\"><strong>Aufbau von Kompetenzkapazit\u00e4ten \u2013 Ihre Strategie (und OKRs) sind nur so gut wie Ihre F\u00e4higkeiten<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effektive OKR-Einf\u00fchrung (Stakeholder-Buy-in schaffen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klarheit der Kommunikation und Transparenz \u2013 Klare Kommunikation und Vertrauen bilden den Kitt, der alle Elemente der OKR-Leistung zusammenh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Zwecke dieses Artikels konzentrieren wir uns auf die Best Practice zur Ausrichtung von OKRS auf klare und relevante Strategien und letztendlich auf die Vision des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/1996\/11\/what-is-strategy#:~:text=It%20refers%20to%20any%20number,similar%20activities%20in%20different%20ways.\">Was ist Strategie?<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine oder mehrere Strategien bestehen aus Differenzierungsmerkmalen gegen\u00fcber unseren Mitbewerbern, die in unserer Branche und unseren M\u00e4rkten von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung sind und die wir bewahren k\u00f6nnen. Um klarer zu machen, was eine Strategie ist, k\u00f6nnen wir n\u00e4her erl\u00e4utern, was eine Strategie nicht ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Strategie oder Strategien sind keine Ziele oder Vorgaben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategie ist keine operative Wirksamkeit \u2013 Operative Wirksamkeit ist eine wesentliche F\u00e4higkeit, aber keine Strategie. Operative Effektivit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt im Allgemeinen nicht zu einem nachhaltigen Wettbewerbsvorteil, da alle oder einige Ihrer Konkurrenten danach streben k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategie ist keine Vision oder Mission, noch handelt es sich um eine Reihe von Werten, dennoch k\u00f6nnen Strategien mit den oben genannten Werten in Einklang gebracht und\/oder integriert werden. Eine Vision kann jedoch in eine oder mehrere Strategien destilliert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie k\u00f6nnen wir Klarheit \u00fcber die Strategie\/Strategien schaffen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da sich die Denkweise derjenigen, die Strategien entwickeln, oft von denen unterscheidet, die sie ausf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen, ist eine Konvergenz der Denkweisen erforderlich, um hervorragende Strategien zu formulieren und sie dann umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wikingerk\u00f6nige, Yarls und Earls (Anf\u00fchrer), Samurai-Kriegsherren und spartanische K\u00f6nige waren oft mit ihren M\u00e4nnern auf dem Schlachtfeld anzutreffen, wo sie nicht nur zusahen, sondern teilweise auch erbittert k\u00e4mpften, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre vorgefertigten Kriegsstrategien gew\u00e4hrleistet waren hingerichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie ben\u00f6tigen eine \u201eStrategie f\u00fcr Ihre Strategie\u201c, also einen Rahmen f\u00fcr die Strategieformulierung und -umsetzung, der sicherstellt, dass konsistente und iterative Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen werden, um die Strategie zum Leben zu erwecken und damit erfolgreich zu sein. Ein wesentlicher Teil dieses Rahmenwerks besteht darin, dass F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte nicht von der Strategieumsetzung getrennt sind, sondern ein integraler Bestandteil davon sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte Strategien formulieren, sich aber von deren Umsetzung trennen, dann:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Kennzeichnen Sie Fragen im Zusammenhang mit ihren Strategien, die von denen gestellt werden, die sie umsetzen m\u00fcssen, im Allgemeinen als Widerstand gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen. Dabei handelte es sich m\u00f6glicherweise nur um kl\u00e4rende Fragen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen ihren Mitarbeitern nicht als Vorbild dienen, wenn es darum geht, strategische Vorteile zu erzielen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen selbst zu einem Hindernis f\u00fcr die Umsetzung werden, da sie m\u00f6glicherweise weder praktische Erfahrung noch Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr haben, was ihre Leute durchmachen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es besteht die Gefahr, dass der Eindruck entsteht, dass sie lediglich eine \u201eBefehl-Kontrolle\u201c-Orientierung praktizieren und ihre Leute nicht inspirieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategien k\u00f6nnen klarer gestaltet werden, indem sichergestellt wird, dass F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte an deren Umsetzung beteiligt werden, und indem Teammitglieder in die Strategieerstellung und -formulierung einbezogen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Teammitglieder st\u00e4rker in die Strategieerstellung und -formulierung einbeziehen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir k\u00f6nnen unsere Teammitglieder einladen, Teil der Strategieerstellung und -formulierung zu sein, indem wir ihnen ergreifende Fragen stellen, wie zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Sie die Wettkampfobergrenze erh\u00f6hen w\u00fcrden, wie w\u00fcrden Sie uns schlagen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was sind Ihrer Meinung nach derzeit die obersten Priorit\u00e4ten, um klare Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was sehen oder denken wir nicht? (Was sind Ihrer Meinung nach unsere blinden Flecken und Schw\u00e4chen?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/strength-finding-tests\/\">Sind unsere St\u00e4rken wirklich noch unsere St\u00e4rke?<\/a>hs? <\/strong>(Ist alles, was wir gut k\u00f6nnen und worauf wir uns konzentrieren, immer noch wirklich wichtig und relevant?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategien und OKRs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um sicherzustellen, dass unsere OKRs sowohl mit der Vision des Unternehmens als auch mit der Strategie
