class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Management durch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>Treffen<\/strong><\/a> ist immer noch an der Tagesordnung. Kommunikation ist eigentlich \u201eder Leim, der alle oben genannten Elemente zusammenh\u00e4lt\u201c.<br><br>Als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Coaches tun wir gut daran, dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, wie sich Kommunikation auf unsere OKR-Leistung auswirkt. Im \u201eGeist\u201c von Agile und OKRs sollten wir:<br><br>\u2795 Richten Sie unsere Treffen (Rathallen, Besprechungen, Check-ins, Coaching-Sitzungen) an den Ergebnissen aus<br>\u2795 Seien Sie in unseren Meetings integrativer \u2013 Geben Sie allen eine Stimme. Eine Einstellung, gemeinsam herauszufinden, was der beste Weg nach vorn ist, indem man gemeinsame Fragen stellt, statt \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiges Reden von ein oder zwei Einzelpersonen, ist sowohl f\u00fcr eine positive Teamdynamik als auch f\u00fcr eine hohe Leistung f\u00f6rderlicher<br>\u2795 Begrenzen Sie die Zeit, die Sie in Besprechungen verbringen, indem Sie sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren und wenige, aber wichtige Tagesordnungspunkte haben.<br>\u2795 Wir kommunizieren l\u00f6sungsorientiert \u2013 wir m\u00fcssen als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Coaches Vorbild sein.<br>\u2795 Seien Sie transparent.
