kann<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/04\/keeping-sight-of-your-companys-long-term-vision\"><strong>Erkl\u00e4rungen zu Vision, Mission, Zweck und Werten des Unternehmens<\/strong><\/a> werden oft an W\u00e4nden in ihren Hauptsitzen und einzelnen Filialen oder Verkaufsstellen sowie auf ihren jeweiligen Websites angezeigt. Diese Aussagen bleiben als Aussagen bestehen, es sei denn, sie werden tats\u00e4chlich in die Tat umgesetzt und es werden klare und konsequente Schritte zur Verwirklichung der Vision des Unternehmens unternommen. \u201eClarity of Vision\u201c kann die OKR-bezogene Leistung in bestimmten Kontexten dramatisch steigern, was in diesem Artikel weiter untersucht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eWir wollen Marktf\u00fchrer in Deutschland sein\u201c, sagt der Firmenchef. Was bedeutet das in der Praxis und wie w\u00fcrden wir es intern definieren, um allen Teammitgliedern die Bedeutung zu verdeutlichen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wollen wir das beste, gr\u00f6\u00dfte und\/oder profitabelste Unternehmen in unserem Marktsegment sein? Und wenn wir uns einmal entschieden haben, anhand welcher Kennzahl wird bewiesen, dass wir tats\u00e4chlich das gr\u00f6\u00dfte, beste oder profitabelste Unternehmen sind? Es h\u00e4ngt auch davon ab, wie wir als Unternehmen gemeinsam definieren, was Erfolg f\u00fcr uns wirklich bedeutet, zum Beispiel, welchen nachhaltigen und positiven Einfluss wir haben wollen auf:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gesellschaft (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>unser Ziel<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Umwelt (Umweltelement unserer Vision und ESG-bezogene OKRs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Mitarbeiter (Interne HR-OKRs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausrichtung der OKRs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobald die oben genannte Vision entweder gemeinsam erstellt und\/oder gekl\u00e4rt ist, falls sie bereits erstellt wurde, bietet uns dieses hohe Ma\u00df an Klarheit eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, unsere OKRs einfacher und vertikaler auszurichten. Unter vertikaler Ausrichtung versteht man die Ausrichtung der Team-OKRs an den strategischen OKRs und letztendlich die Ausrichtung unserer strategischen OKRs an der Vision des Unternehmens. Wenn es innerhalb Ihrer organisatorischen OKRs eine qualitativ hochwertige vertikale Ausrichtung gibt, bedeutet das, dass die Umsetzung der OKRs klare Fortschritte in Richtung Verwirklichung der Vision des Unternehmens darstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn jedoch nur eine signifikante Minderheit der Menschen innerhalb der Organisation die Vision kennt und wei\u00df, wie sie intern und klar definiert ist, w\u00e4re es sehr schwierig, sie letztendlich zu erreichen. Eine Vision besteht aus vier Elementen, die es viel einfacher machen k\u00f6nnen (jedoch nicht einfach, da eine Vision ein weitreichendes Ziel ist):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Wenn eine Vision klar und definiert ist, ist sie leichter zu verstehen und umzusetzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn eine Vision \u00fcberzeugend ist, ist es viel einfacher, Zustimmung zu erhalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn eine Vision die meisten im Unternehmen und in der Gesellschaft inspiriert, ist es eine weniger komplexe Aufgabe, die Vision zu verwirklichen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn ergebnisorientierte und leistungsstarke OKRs vertikal an der Vision des Unternehmens ausgerichtet sind, ist es weitaus wahrscheinlicher, dass die Vision Wirklichkeit wird.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ein hochrangiger Profiboxer die Vision hat, Weltmeister zu werden, kann man sich leicht vorstellen, dass er den Titelg\u00fcrtel um die Taille tr\u00e4gt. Als er den Titelkampf gewinnt und den begehrten Titelg\u00fcrtel tats\u00e4chlich um sich legt, wei\u00df er, dass er seine Vision verwirklicht hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Business Case in Bezug auf Vision ist komplexer als unser Beispiel aus der Sportwelt und m\u00f6glicherweise nicht von Anfang an so klar; Daher ist die Zeit gut investiert, um mehr Klarheit zu schaffen. Wollen wir gemessen an der Marktkapitalisierung gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein als Apple? Wenn das der Fall ist, m\u00fcssen wir die von Apple erreichte Marktkapitalisierung von $2,54 Billionen verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Unternehmen zu sein bedeutet nicht unbedingt, dass Sie das profitabelste Unternehmen sind, und Sie sind auch nicht unbedingt das beste Unternehmen (das den besten Service bietet). Es befasst sich nicht mit der Wirkung, die Sie erzielen m\u00f6chten (Schaffung hochwertiger Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, Ver\u00e4nderung des Lebens zum Besseren usw.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Fluggesellschaft sind wir zwar \u00e4u\u00dferst finanziell ausgestattet und verf\u00fcgen daher \u00fcber die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Flotte, aber das bedeutet wiederum nicht, dass wir die profitabelsten oder Klassenbesten sind, wenn es um den Service geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobald der gew\u00fcnschte Endzustand, den wir im Kopf haben, klar definiert ist und wir genau wissen, was wir letztendlich erreichen wollen, wird klarer, worauf wir uns bei der strategischen Planung konzentrieren m\u00fcssen. Es ist einfacher als die Erstellung von OKRs und KPIs aus unseren Strategien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine unserer Strategien, um uns als Fluggesellschaft von der Konkurrenz abzuheben, k\u00f6nnte darin bestehen, die Serviceausbildung an unserer Akademie noch ergebnisorientierter (f\u00fcr den Passagier) und zweckorientierter zu gestalten (wir fliegen nicht nur Menschen, wir verbinden sie wirklich). zu dem, was f\u00fcr sie Priorit\u00e4t hat).
