class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa wurde in die Welt des Unternehmertums und in die Denkweise hineingeboren, den Status quo in Frage zu stellen. Ihre Eltern besa\u00dfen \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg mehrere Unternehmen, und sie setzte diesen Trend fort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als sich unser Gespr\u00e4ch dem Thema Women in Tech zuwandte, bezog sich Yuki darauf <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/ikigai\/\">&#039;Ikigai&#039; <\/a>die japanische Interpretation des Konzepts, einen Zweck zu haben oder mehr Sinn und Wirkung in Ihrem Leben zu haben. \u201eIkigai\u201c, frei \u00fcbersetzt \u201eGrund des Seins\u201c, ist ein ausgewogener Ansatz zur Suche nach mehr Wirkung und Bedeutung und konzentriert sich auf pers\u00f6nliche, famili\u00e4re und gesch\u00e4ftliche Zwecke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki ist nicht nur die malaysische Landesdirektorin von Women in Tech, sondern engagiert sich auch ma\u00dfgeblich f\u00fcr die Umgestaltung der Unternehmerlandschaft f\u00fcr Frauen in der APAC-Region. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist sie hochmotiviert, in Japan etwas zu bewirken, wo sich die Regierung derzeit auf die Entwicklung einer lebendigen Start-up-Szene mit einem soliden \u00d6kosystem zur Unterst\u00fctzung konzentriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trainer, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Trainer lehren uns oft, dass wir \u201eunseren Fokus nicht verw\u00e4ssern\u201c und uns nicht auf zu viele Unternehmungen einlassen sollten \u2013 es gibt jedoch immer Ausnahmen von den Regeln. Ein echtes Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr Ikigai kann der Katalysator daf\u00fcr sein, ausreichend Energie und Tatkraft bereitzustellen, um mehrere Unternehmungen erfolgreich zu verfolgen \u2013 Yuki ist auch Mitbegr\u00fcnderin von Rinne Technologies und macht daher \u201eihren Worten Taten\u201c, indem sie sich nicht nur f\u00fcr Unternehmerinnen und Fachkr\u00e4fte in der Branche einsetzt Technik, sondern auch Unternehmer sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit \u00fcber zweihundertdrei\u00dfigtausend Veranstaltungsteilnehmern und der nachdr\u00fccklichen Aussage auf ihrer Website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>Auf der Mission, bis 2030 5 Millionen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen zu st\u00e4rken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech legt nicht nur Lippenbekenntnisse zur St\u00e4rkung von Frauen ab, sondern handelt auch danach, indem es mehrere DEI- (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) und ESG-Initiativen (Environmental, Social, and Governance) unterst\u00fctzt und sich aktiv f\u00fcr Frauen auf der ganzen Welt einsetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das OKR Institute hat sich mit der malaysischen Sektion \u201eWomen in Tech\u201c zusammengetan, um Folgendes zu unterst\u00fctzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Unternehmerische St\u00e4rkung von Frauen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DEI- und ESG-Initiativen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier sind DEI- und ESG-OKR-Beispiele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zielsetzung<\/strong>: Die Vielfalt in unserer Organisation deutlich verbessern&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kernergebnis 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00dcberarbeitung 100% unserer Stellenbeschreibungen mit inklusiver Sprache<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kernergebnis 2:&nbsp;<\/strong>Erh\u00f6hen Sie den Anteil vielf\u00e4ltiger Mitarbeiter von X% auf Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kernergebnis 3:&nbsp;<\/strong>Erh\u00f6hen Sie den Anteil von Frauen in F\u00fchrungspositionen von X% auf Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kernergebnis 4:&nbsp;<\/strong>Erh\u00f6hen Sie den Anteil unterrepr\u00e4sentierter Minderheiten in technischen Positionen von X% auf Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kernergebnis 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Erh\u00f6hen Sie den Anteil der Minderheitspraktika von X%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Positive Auswirkungen auf unsere Umwelt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die CO\u2082-Emissionen unserer Lieferkette sind um 10 Prozent gesunken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X Prozent unserer Lieferanten haben einem Null-Prozent-Kunststoffabkommen zugestimmt und es unterzeichnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gesch\u00e4tzte durchschnittliche CO\u2082-Belastung unserer Mitarbeiter durch das Pendeln ist um X Prozent gesunken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder mit umfangreicher Erfahrung im Zusammenhang mit OKRs wei\u00df, dass \u201eOKRs sich nicht von selbst erreichen \u2013 eine starke F\u00fchrung, eine Hochleistungskultur und Ressourcenkapazit\u00e4t wirken sich alle auf die Leistung von OKRs aus.\u201c Yuki und ich diskutierten weiter \u00fcber F\u00fchrung und gingen auf eine engere Definition von F\u00fchrung ein, die das Konzept praktischer macht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eF\u00fchrung ist die F\u00e4higkeit, Menschen zu inspirieren, gemeinsam einen gew\u00fcnschten zuk\u00fcnftigen Zustand zu erreichen.\u201c Oft scheitern Strategien und Ziele an der Verwirklichung (90% der Zeit laut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/354944\/leaders-bring-strategy-back-focus.aspx\">Harvard und Gallup)<\/a> vor allem, weil es an Klarheit \u00fcber die Bedeutung von Strategien und deren Umsetzung mangelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sowohl Strategien als auch Ziele k\u00f6nnen klarer gemacht werden durch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bei der Erstellung st\u00e4rker einbeziehen (dem Kunden und den Teammitgliedern eine Stimme geben)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewusste Vereinfachung, wodurch sowohl das Verst\u00e4ndnis als auch die Ausf\u00fchrung einfacher werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparente Ausrichtung von Strategien und Zielen an der Vision des Unternehmens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech hat eine klare Vision und die Schritte dorthin werden immer klarer, je gr\u00f6\u00dfer ihre Mitgliederzahl wird, je mehr Kapitel sie er\u00f6ffnen und wie sie sich f\u00fcr die St\u00e4rkung weiblicher Tech-Unternehmerinnen und Tech-Fachkr\u00e4fte einsetzen. WIT h\u00e4lt hochrangige Vortr\u00e4ge auf der ganzen Welt und engagiert sich aktiv bei Regierungen und Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden, um etwas zu bewirken. Damit ist es aber noch nicht getan: WIT strebt aktiv private Partnerschaften an, um die Herausforderungen anzugehen, mit denen Unternehmerinnen und Fachkr\u00e4fte im Technologiebereich konfrontiert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa verfolgt einen pragmatischen Ansatz zur St\u00e4rkung von Frauen und erw\u00e4hnte, dass es nicht nur um Interessenvertretung, Partnerschaft und Mitgliedschaft geht, sondern auch um St\u00e4rkung durch umfassende Erfahrungen beim Kompetenzaufbau, Mentoring und Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
