Unterschied?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eOKR Busyness\u201c und \u201eOKR Success\u201c, was ist der Unterschied und warum ist er wichtig? Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse k\u00f6nnen nur erreicht werden, wenn unsere Teams st\u00e4ndig mit den \u201erichtigen Dingen\u201c besch\u00e4ftigt sind, die zu Ergebnissen f\u00fchren. Im Zusammenhang mit der OKR-Leistung erfordern die Begriffe \u201eGesch\u00e4ftigkeit\u201c und \u201eProduktivit\u00e4t\u201c ein hohes Ma\u00df an Kl\u00e4rung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gesch\u00e4ftigkeit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man kann mit Recht sagen, dass viele Menschen es kaum erwarten k\u00f6nnen, uns zu erz\u00e4hlen, wie besch\u00e4ftigt sie sind. \u201eIch bin sehr besch\u00e4ftigt\u201c ist zu einem Schlagwort geworden, um die klischeehafte Frage \u201eWie geht es dir?\u201c zu beantworten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ABER<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sind wir wirklich besch\u00e4ftigt?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sind wir mit Priorit\u00e4ten besch\u00e4ftigt oder nur mit zuf\u00e4lligen Aufgaben, um zu best\u00e4tigen, dass Sie besch\u00e4ftigt sind?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sind wir konzentriert oder mit Aktivit\u00e4ten in einem breiten Spektrum besch\u00e4ftigt und k\u00f6nnen uns nicht auf die Qualit\u00e4t konzentrieren?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erzielen wir die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse, indem wir besch\u00e4ftigt sind?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Machen wir es uns zur Gewohnheit, gesch\u00e4ftig zu sein oder denken wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig dar\u00fcber nach, was funktioniert und was nicht \u2013 passen wir uns an?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sind wir damit besch\u00e4ftigt, gemeinsam an einer gemeinsamen Vision zu arbeiten, oder sind wir aktiv, um aktiv zu sein?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Ein aktueller Artikel der Harvard Business Review <\/a>\u201eentpackt\u201c das Konzept der Gesch\u00e4ftigkeit, wie sie zu einem Statussymbol geworden ist und wie sie sich auf die Leistung auswirkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um unsere Ziele zu erreichen, m\u00fcssten wir mit Priorit\u00e4ten und Aktivit\u00e4ten besch\u00e4ftigt sein, \u00fcber die wir Kontrolle haben oder die wir beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Produktivit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">Produktivit\u00e4t<\/a> kann zur Verdeutlichung in die Konzepte \u201eEffizienz\u201c und \u201eEffektivit\u00e4t\u201c destilliert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effizienz bedeutet \u201edas Richtige tun\u201c \u2013 es ist das Richtige, Marketingkampagnen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effektivit\u00e4t bedeutet, \u201edas Richtige auf die richtige Art und Weise zu tun, damit es zu Ergebnissen f\u00fchrt.\u201c \u2013 Die Durchf\u00fchrung derselben Marketingkampagnen auf der Grundlage zuvor erfolgreicher Kampagnen und gr\u00fcndlicher Marktforschung kann zu den gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnissen f\u00fchren. Das Erzielen der richtigen Ergebnisse ist in den meisten F\u00e4llen ein iterativer Prozess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Erzielung der richtigen Ergebnisse basiert auf Priorisierung und Ausrichtung \u2013 Ausrichtung auf die gemeinsame Vision und Priorisierung der wirkungsvollsten Ziele, Kennzahlen und Aktivit\u00e4ten im Hinblick auf die Vision der Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix hat die klare strategische Entscheidung getroffen, eigene Originalinhalte von hoher Qualit\u00e4t zu erstellen, anstatt die Inhalte anderer Studios zu streamen, und hat seine Priorit\u00e4ten, Ziele und Absichten an dieser Entscheidung ausgerichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-Erfolg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bereitstellung von OKRs und das Erreichen von OKRs sind unterschiedliche Konzepte, doch nat\u00fcrlich hat die Art und Weise, wie Sie OKRs bereitstellen, einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf deren Erreichung. Gesch\u00e4ftigkeit, wie sie in diesem Artikel beschrieben wird, wird wahrscheinlich nicht dazu beitragen, OKRs zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mehrere Personen und Unternehmen entwerfen Aufgabenlisten anstelle von OKRs, bezeichnen dieselben Aufgabenlisten jedoch immer noch als OKRs. Sie sind nicht schuld, wohl aber die Konditionierung. Im Allgemeinen werden wir schon in jungen Jahren darauf trainiert, Aufgabenlisten zu erstellen und diese abzuhaken, wenn wir sie erledigen \u2013 das sorgt f\u00fcr einen \u201eDopaminsto\u00df\u201c, ein Erfolgserlebnis und den Beweis daf\u00fcr, dass wir tats\u00e4chlich besch\u00e4ftigt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir dieselben Aufgaben nach dem Grad ihrer Auswirkung auf Schl\u00fcsselkennzahlen (Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse) und der Art und Weise, wie sie sich letztendlich auf unsere gemeinsamen Ziele auswirken, priorisieren w\u00fcrden, h\u00e4tten wir unsere Chancen, OKR zu erreichen, deutlich erh\u00f6ht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ausrichtung, Check-ins, das Entwerfen aussagekr\u00e4ftiger OKRs und das \u201eDurchf\u00fchren von OKRs\u201c sind allesamt Erfolgsfaktoren von Objective- und Key-Results-Frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eOKRs durchf\u00fchren\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was sichert (soweit m\u00f6glich) den OKR-Erfolg? Wir k\u00f6nnen perfekte OKRs entwerfen, aber am Ende kommt es darauf an, was wir gemeinsam als Team tun, was f\u00fcr das Erreichen von OKRs von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung ist. Wir m\u00fcssen das tun, was schwierig ist \u2013 das hei\u00dft, zu viel Komfort vermeiden, indem wir st\u00e4ndig das tun, was wir zur Gewohnheit machen, und stattdessen das tun, was erforderlich ist, um etwas zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Aufgabenlisten zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Aktualisierung wichtiger Ergebnisse sollten daher nicht unsere Lieblingsaktivit\u00e4ten darstellen, sondern stattdessen die effektivsten (oder wahrscheinlich effektivsten) Projekte, Aufgaben und Initiativen, ob es uns gef\u00e4llt oder nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sofortiges Handeln ist ein weiterer wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor und nachhaltiger OKR-Erfolg. Selbst wenn wir klein anfangen und von dort aus aufbauen, m\u00fcssen wir sofort Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen, nachdem wir OKRs entworfen haben. Je l\u00e4nger die Verz\u00f6gerung zwischen dem Entwurfsprozess und der Aktion ist, desto h\u00f6her ist die Gefahr, dass nicht begonnen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir m\u00fcssen uns w\u00e4hrend des Einsatzes von OKRS \u201eaufgeregt unwohl\u201c f\u00fchlen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir freuen uns \u00fcber die neue Reise und dar\u00fcber, dass wir als Team weitreichende Ziele erreichen werden. Unbequem, da echtes und nachhaltiges Wachstum nur au\u00dferhalb unserer Komfortzone stattfindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Kombination aus starker F\u00fchrung, Flei\u00df und Disziplin kann die kontinuierliche Umsetzung von OKRs sicherstellen. Kontinuierliche Nachrichten\u00fcbermittlung, Unterst\u00fctzung und Coaching durch die F\u00fchrung, Disziplin bei w\u00f6chentlichen produktiven Check-ins und kontinuierliches Handeln sind weitere Bestandteile des \u201eOKR-Erfolgs\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir zum Beispiel eine sehr inspirierende Town Hall zum \u201eAuftakt\u201c von OKRS erleben, nur um dann bei unserem Check-in von einem \u201eCommand and Control\u201c und einer negativen Umgebung gefolgt zu werden, wird es f\u00fcr uns \u00e4u\u00dferst schwierig sein, dies zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs sind inspirierend, zukunftsorientiert und handlungsorientiert. Wir als Teams m\u00fcssen unser Verhalten an den Charakter der OKRs anpassen.
