class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damit OKRs nachhaltig funktionieren, sind exzellentes Teamwork und Dynamik Kernvoraussetzungen. Exzellente Teamdynamik hat mehrere Elemente, wie zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein Gef\u00fchl der Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein gemeinsames Zweck- und Wertesystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparenz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertrauen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effektiver Kompetenzaufbau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und mehr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>WARUM Agilit\u00e4t schiefgeht<\/strong>&#039; \u2013 Ein Artikel der Harvard Business Review von Lindsay McGregor und Neel Doshi bietet durchdachte Einblicke in die Art und Weise, wie agile Praktiken schiefgehen, aber auch dar\u00fcber, wie spezifische wirkungsvolle Strategien Teamarbeit und Leistung st\u00e4rken k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAnstelle eines Prozesses, bei dem eine Person Anforderungen schreibt (selbst kleine), w\u00e4hrend eine andere sie ausf\u00fchrt, und das alles ohne einen strategischen Nordstern, sollte ein Team, das nach echter Agilit\u00e4t strebt, einen No-Handoff-Prozess haben im Gegensatz zu einem Prozess, bei dem eine Person Anforderungen schreibt, w\u00e4hrend die andere f\u00fchren sie aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einem No-Handoff-Prozess sind der Produktmanager und die Ingenieure (und alle anderen Beteiligten) von Anfang bis Ende beim Design eines Features kooperative Partner.&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus praktischer Erfahrung mit OKRs schlagen wir den gleichen Ansatz bei der Gestaltung von Objective and Key Results Frameworks vor \u2013 keine \u00dcbergaben, sondern ein kollaborativer Ansatz zur gemeinsamen Erstellung aller Teile des Frameworks, von den Zielen bis zu den wichtigsten Ergebnissen und dem unterst\u00fctzenden Aktionsplan, Gew\u00e4hrleistung einer hohen Transparenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/10\/why-agile-goes-awry-and-how-to-fix-it\">Lesen Sie den vollst\u00e4ndigen Artikel hier.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No-Handoffs sind eine Technik von vielen, um Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit zu f\u00f6rdern \u2013 Agile- und OKR-Coaches sollten \u00fcber ein Arsenal dieser Techniken verf\u00fcgen, um den nachhaltigen Einsatz von OKRs, Scrum und agilem Projektmanagement sicherzustellen, um zu verhindern, dass eine Befehls-Kontroll-Orientierung die agile Entwicklung stoppt in seinen Spuren. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch, die B\u00fcrokratieschichten zwischen traditionellen Abteilungen (die sich keiner agilen Transformation unterziehen) zu durchbrechen, aber dennoch agile Teams unterst\u00fctzen m\u00fcssen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie kann das HR-Team oder die Personalabteilung die Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs und agilen Methoden unterst\u00fctzen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein oder mehrere Mitglieder der Finanzabteilung (hoffentlich ein Freiwilliger) k\u00f6nnen einem OKR-Team zugewiesen werden, mit dem Verst\u00e4ndnis, dass sie oder er die normalen Prozesse beschleunigen und verfeinern muss, um das Team besser zu unterst\u00fctzen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicht unbedingt alle Abteilungen werden sich vollst\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/leading-agile-transformation-the-new-capabilities-leaders-need-to-build-21st-century-organizations\">von einem traditionellen Ansatz zu einem agilen Ansatz<\/a>; Dies h\u00e4ngt alles vom Kontext ab, beispielsweise von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Organisation und davon, ob die Organisation in einem stark regulierten Umfeld t\u00e4tig ist oder nicht.<br><br>Zur Unterst\u00fctzung des erfolgreichen Einsatzes von OKRs und anderen agilen Methoden kann es f\u00fcr die Personalabteilung von gro\u00dfem Vorteil sein, sich von einer \u201efunktionalen Personalabteilung\u201c (Verarbeitung von Gehaltsabrechnungen und Urlaub, Organisation von Schulungen usw.) in eine \u201estrategische Personalabteilung\u201c (Agile Einstellung) zu verwandeln und Onboarding, gemeinsames Erstellen interner OKRs, Anpassen von Verhaltensweisen an die Kultur und Vision des Unternehmens durch immersiven Kompetenzaufbau).<br><br>Wenn ein gro\u00dfer Teil oder sogar die gesamte Personalabteilung OKRs kennt und praktiziert, k\u00f6nnen sie OKR- und Agile-Teams praktische Unterst\u00fctzung bieten und besser verstehen, wie man die richtigen Leute einstellt, die in einer agileren Umgebung erfolgreich sein w\u00fcrden.<br><br>Am OKR-Institut haben wir zum Beispiel sich st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelnde Einstellungs- und Onboarding-Praktiken entwickelt, die die Erstellung von Stellenbeschreibungen mit neuen Mitarbeitern durch eine einzigartige kollaborative \u00dcbung beinhalten.<br><br>Wenn die Personalabteilung vom Einsatz von OKRs und agilen Methoden isoliert ist, wird es f\u00fcr sie \u00e4u\u00dferst schwierig sein, wenn m\u00f6glich, effektiv Mitarbeiter einzustellen, zu schulen und zu coachen, um die agile Entwicklung und Leistung zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018&#039;\u2018<strong>Talent gewinnt Spiele, aber Teamwork und Intelligenz gewinnen die Meisterschaft<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Michael Jordan<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es braucht viel mehr als individuelle Talente und F\u00e4higkeiten, um die Vision eines Unternehmens zu verwirklichen. Wir haben viele Beispiele in der Gesch\u00e4fts- und Sportwelt von hochtalentierten Personen beobachtet, die an ihrer Unf\u00e4higkeit scheitern, die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Teams \u00fcber ihre eigenen zu stellen.<br><br>Da OKRs Stretch Goals sind, was von Natur aus bedeutet, dass sie schwer zu erreichen sind, k\u00f6nnen Einzelpersonen dies nicht alleine schaffen. Eine starke F\u00fchrung, die eine starke Kombination mit kreativer und kollaborativer Teamdynamik bildet, sind entscheidende Elemente f\u00fcr die Nachhaltigkeit von OKRs.<br><br>Noch wichtiger als alle oben genannten Punkte ist es jedoch, OKRs aus dem richtigen Grund auszuf\u00fchren. Etwas Wichtigeres als die Einzel- oder Teamleistung muss der Schl\u00fcsselfaktor f\u00fcr \u201eOKR Excellence\u201c sein.<br><br>Zweckorientierte, wirkungs- und ergebnisorientierte OKRs sind nachhaltiger. Warum? Einfach, weil sie kunden-\/klienten-\/nutzerzentrierter sind und den Fokus auf unsere wichtigsten Stakeholder verlagern.<br><br><strong>Intelligente OKRs sind:<\/strong><br><br>\u2705 Ausgerichtet<br>\u2705 Fokussiert (weniger ist mehr)<br>\u2705 Priorisiert (\u201eMessen, worauf es ankommt)<br>\u2705 Ergebnisorientiert<br>\u2705 Zweckorientiert (Ausgerichtet auf einen operationalisierten Zweck<br>\u2705 teamorientiert (Kreativit\u00e4t, Zusammenarbeit und Eigenverantwortung werden gef\u00f6rdert)<br>\u2705 messbar (enth\u00e4lt haupts\u00e4chlich vorauslaufende und dynamische Indikatoren)<br>\u2705 Dynamisch \u2013 Aktivit\u00e4ten rund um OKRs, wie z. B. Check-ins, sind proaktiv<br>\u2705 Werteorientiert (gew\u00e4hrleistet Ausrichtung an der Unternehmenskultur)<br>\u2705 transparent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die obige Liste stellt nicht nur K\u00e4stchen zum Ankreuzen dar. Stattdessen ist es eine sich st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelnde, kreative und kollaborative Anstrengung, um die praktische Anwendung der oben genannten Prinzipien in Kombination sicherzustellen, um die
