Denkweise <\/a>ist der Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der Strategie.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei der Strategieumsetzung geht es zun\u00e4chst um die Konvergenz der Denkweisen: Die gleiche Haltung, aus der Strategien hervorgehen, ist oft anders als die Mentalit\u00e4t derer, die den gleichen Masterplan ausf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Teammitglieder, die die Strategie letztendlich umsetzen m\u00fcssen, Fragen aufwerfen, nehmen diejenigen, die die Strategie oder Strategien entwickelt haben, dies oft als Widerstand gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen wahr. Meistens und im Allgemeinen werden jedoch dieselben Fragen zu Kl\u00e4rungszwecken gestellt \u2013 Wenn Sie sich \u00fcber die Strategie nicht sicher sind, wie k\u00f6nnen Sie sie umsetzen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039;Erfolg erfordert heute die Agilit\u00e4t und den Antrieb, st\u00e4ndig umzudenken, neu zu beleben, zu reagieren und neu zu erfinden.&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Gates<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine wichtige \u00dcberlegung k\u00f6nnte darin bestehen, zu \u00fcberdenken und neu zu gestalten, wie wir Strategien entwickeln und verbalisieren und sie denjenigen vorstellen, die sie ausf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indem Strategien so weit wie m\u00f6glich mitgestaltet werden (Der IKEA-Effekt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indem Sie zulassen, dass die Strategien von anderen, die sie ausf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen, in Frage gestellt und umgestaltet werden:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir \u00e4ndern den traditionellen Ansatz und die Denkweise zur Strategieerstellung und -ausf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategien sind pr\u00e4ziser, wenn sie als eine Reihe von Auswahlm\u00f6glichkeiten dargestellt werden<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategien und Ziele sind unterschiedlich, aber es kommt vor, dass F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte manchmal eine Liste mit Zielen liefern, wenn sie nach ihren Strategien gefragt werden.<br><br>Strategien sind pr\u00e4ziser, wenn sie eine klare Entscheidung oder Entscheidungen darstellen. Als Beispiel:<br><br>Netflix entschied sich zwischen dem Streamen von Inhalten anderer Studios und dem Erstellen eigener, und der Rest ist Geschichte. Wenn ein Spielzeughersteller anf\u00e4ngt, aus Spielzeug ma\u00dfstabsgetreue Modelle zu machen, zielen sie eher auf erwachsene Bastler als auf Kinder.<br><br>Der Sinn einer Strategie besteht darin, sich von der Konkurrenz abzuheben. Die h\u00f6chste Form einer Strategie besteht darin, unbestrittenen Marktraum zu schaffen.<br><br>Aufholen mit der Konkurrenz ist reines Aufholenspielen und keine Strategie im eigentlichen Sinne. Bei der Aufholjagd erreicht man nur einen Punkt, den die Konkurrenz bis dahin wahrscheinlich schon verlassen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Ein Harvard Business Review-Artikel<\/a> verr\u00e4t, warum wir alle eine Geschichte f\u00fcr unsere Strategie brauchen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ist der erste Schritt bei jeder Transformation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sollte der erste Schritt jeder Transformation die \u00c4nderung der Denkweise sein? \u2013 Sie m\u00fcssen sich in eine agile Organisation mit einer anderen Denkweise verwandeln, als Sie eine traditionelle Organisation geschaffen haben.<br><br>Sie ben\u00f6tigen zumindest einen aufgeschlossenen Umgang mit Ver\u00e4nderungen, damit Ver\u00e4nderungsinitiativen nachhaltig sind:<br><br>Die bewusste Wahl von Partizipation statt Macht<br>Fortschritt statt Perfektion<br>Autonomie \u00fcber Kontrolle<br>Aktion vor Analyse<br><br>Stellt eine \u00c4nderung der Denkweise dar. Wir m\u00fcssen mindestens den obersten drei Ebenen des Managements immersive Erfahrungen mit Agile bieten, um die oben genannten Entscheidungen zu unterst\u00fctzen. Die obigen Entscheidungen, zum Beispiel Autonomie \u00fcber Kontrolle, implizieren nicht, dass keine Kontrollen vorhanden sind (ohne Regeln entsteht Chaos); es ist einfach eine klar formulierte Pr\u00e4ferenz und ein Schwerpunkt.<br><br>Der Versuch, Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger nur mit der Theorie zu \u00fcberzeugen, wird nicht nachhaltig sein. Ein experimenteller Ansatz kann ein Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die Einf\u00fchrung von OKRs in einer Organisation sein. Wenn die Organisation mehrere Jahre schlechter Leistung erlebt hat, kann es ratsam sein, zuerst nach \u201ekleinen Erfolgen\u201c zu streben, um den Schwung wiederzugewinnen, bevor man \u201eStretch Goals\u201c anstrebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ist dann ein agiles Mindset?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine agile Denkweise kann als eine optimistische und gespannte Sicht auf den zuk\u00fcnftigen Zustand unseres Unternehmens beschrieben werden, basierend auf unserem gemeinsamen Glauben an unsere F\u00e4higkeit, einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss darauf zu haben, wie wir die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bewusste Entscheidungen, wie z. B. Fortschritt statt Perfektion, repr\u00e4sentieren eine agile Denkweise. Eine agile Denkweise ist auf die schnellere Wertsch\u00f6pfung f\u00fcr meinen Kunden, Endbenutzer oder Kunden ausgerichtet und konzentriert sich darauf, wobei agile Methoden wie Scrum und OKR-Frameworks bevorzugt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Kernelement einer agilen Denkweise ist es, positive Ver\u00e4nderungsinitiativen voll und ganz anzunehmen. Eine wachstumsorientierte Denkweise (die eng mit einem internen Kontrollort verbunden ist) ist f\u00f6rderlich f\u00fcr das Erreichen anspruchsvoller Ziele und den Einsatz anderer agiler Methoden. Andererseits ist ein Fixed Mindset (eng verbunden mit einer externen Kontroll\u00fcberzeugung) nicht f\u00f6rderlich f\u00fcr Zusammenarbeit, agile Methoden und erfolgreiche Transformationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine interne Steuerungsorientierung bedeutet, dass wir Verantwortung f\u00fcr unser Handeln \u00fcbernehmen und den Glauben f\u00f6rdern, dass wir uns von unserer aktuellen Position aus verbessern und wachsen k\u00f6nnen. Zur Klarstellung muss gesagt werden, dass ein extrem hohes Ma\u00df an interner Kontroll\u00fcberzeugung kontraproduktiv sein kann. Es ist immer wichtig, das Gleichgewicht zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein externer Kontrollort ist eine Orientierung darauf, externen Faktoren die Schuld f\u00fcr schlechte Leistung zu geben \u2013 Ein \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Fokus auf Dinge, die au\u00dferhalb Ihrer Kontrolle oder Ihres Einflusses liegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locus of Control kann getestet werden, und Sie k\u00f6nnen von einer externen Locus of Control-Orientierung zu einer internen Locus of Control gecoacht werden \u2013 obwohl dies in vielen F\u00e4llen schwer zu erreichen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Zustimmung der Stakeholder und der Klarheit der Vision werden Strategien wahrscheinlich Fr\u00fcchte tragen.
