\u00fcberbr\u00fcckt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verwendung von OKR-Frameworks ist weit verbreitet und in immer mehr Organisationen zu einer \u201eBest Practice\u201c geworden. Zum Teil werden OKRs aufgrund ihrer Rolle bei der \u00dcberbr\u00fcckung der Strategie- und Ausf\u00fchrungsl\u00fccke bevorzugt, wenn sie effektiv eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einige Organisationen mit wenigen verbleibenden Ressourcen sind besser dran, zun\u00e4chst nach \u201ekleinen Erfolgen\u201c zu streben, um nach einer anhaltenden und l\u00e4ngeren Phase schlechter Leistung wieder in Schwung zu kommen, bevor sie \u201eStretch-Ziele\u201c anstreben. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thinking,_Fast_and_Slow\">Die Forschungen von Daniel Kahneman und Amos Tverskys<\/a><\/strong>Scheitern tendiert dazu, Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger in eine risikofreudige Stimmung zu versetzen. Sie setzen auf \u201eStretch Goals\u201c, ohne \u00fcber die Ressourcen oder das n\u00f6tige Wissen zu verf\u00fcgen, um diese zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201eStretch Goals\u201c sind schwer zu verwirklichen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ressourcen, sowohl finanzielle als auch personelle, m\u00fcssen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stretch Goals sind Grenzen jenseits des Bekannten und des \u201eBusiness as usual\u201c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es ist ein erhebliches Risiko, zu versuchen, ehrgeizige Ziele isoliert zu erreichen, ohne sie an der Kultur der Organisation auszurichten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine starke traditionelle Ausrichtung und Kultur ist kein optimales Umfeld f\u00fcr Stretch Goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dennoch kann es das lohnendste Unterfangen f\u00fcr jedes Unternehmen sein: \u2013 Wenn es richtig eingesetzt wird, dehnt man seine Ziele aus:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haben mehrere motivierende Mechanismen dazu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steigert das Engagement der Mitarbeiter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erh\u00f6ht die Innovationsrate des Unternehmens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcgt Kunden\/Kunden\/Benutzern einen enormen Mehrwert hinzu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6rdert Kreativit\u00e4t, Inklusion und Zusammenarbeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bricht den Silo-Effekt und Hierarchien auf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kann ein Unternehmen wirklich von Wettbewerbern unterscheiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum setzen Menschen Strategien nicht um?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Studie von <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/no-one-knows-your-strategy-not-even-your-top-leaders\/\">MIT Sloane<\/a> <\/strong>ergab, dass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der h\u00f6chsten Ebene eines Unternehmens kennen und verstehen im Durchschnitt nur 51% die Strategien des Unternehmens. Auf der obersten F\u00fchrungsebene liegt er mit 22% deutlich niedriger; auf der mittleren F\u00fchrungsebene betr\u00e4gt sie nur 18%; und auf der Ebene des Frontline-Supervisors ist es so niedrig wie 13%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es lohnt sich nicht, eine Diskussion \u00fcber die \u201eKnowing-Doing-L\u00fccke\u201c anzusto\u00dfen, ohne sicherzustellen, dass immer mehr Teammitglieder des Unternehmens die Strategien des Unternehmens kennen und wissen, wie sich ihre jeweiligen Rollen auf eben diese Strategien auswirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es oft eine erhebliche L\u00fccke in der Orientierung und im Denken zwischen denen, die die Strategien erstellen, und denen, die sie umsetzen m\u00fcssen. In vielen F\u00e4llen haben diejenigen, die Pl\u00e4ne konzipieren, eine breitere Perspektive (Orientierung zum Denken \u00fcber das Gesamtbild), und diejenigen, die sie ausf\u00fchren, haben eine engere Sichtweise (Wie werden wir das tun?). Eine Richtung ist nicht besser als die andere, dennoch k\u00f6nnen Missverst\u00e4ndnisse und Fehleinsch\u00e4tzungen in gro\u00dfem Umfang auftreten, die die Ausf\u00fchrung verhindern, wenn diese beiden Ausrichtungen nicht miteinander in Einklang gebracht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategieplanung und Kommunikation gew\u00e4hrleisten keine Ausf\u00fchrung.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Strategie oder Strategien zu haben, sogar brillant konzipierte, garantiert nichts. Kommunikation bietet auch keine Garantie daf\u00fcr, dass etwas getan wird \u2013 Es ist eine Kombination von Faktoren, die die Ausf\u00fchrung sehr wahrscheinlich machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Teammitglieder das Gef\u00fchl haben, von Anfang an Teil der Strategieerstellung zu sein und konsultiert zu werden, ist es wahrscheinlicher, dass sie diese in die Tat umsetzen. Der <a href=\"https:\/\/thedecisionlab.com\/biases\/ikea-effect\"><strong>\u201eIKEA-Effekt\u201c<\/strong><\/a> ist in diesem Zusammenhang relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der IKEA-Effekt, benannt nach dem allseits beliebten schwedischen M\u00f6belgiganten, beschreibt, wie Menschen ein Objekt mehr wertsch\u00e4tzen, wenn sie es selbst herstellen (oder zusammenbauen). Im weiteren Sinne spricht der IKEA-Effekt daf\u00fcr, dass wir dazu neigen, Dinge mehr zu m\u00f6gen, wenn wir uns M\u00fche gegeben haben, sie zu erschaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir als Teammitglieder bei der Erstellung von Strategien mitgeholfen haben und konsultiert wurden, bevor Pl\u00e4ne gemacht wurden, ist es viel wahrscheinlicher, dass wir die Verantwortung f\u00fcr dieselben Prozesse \u00fcbernehmen und danach handeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einfachheit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eF\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind fast immer gro\u00dfe Vereinfacher.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Colin Powell<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir keine \u201eleicht umsetzbaren\u201c Strategien entwickeln oder zumindest komplexe Systeme nicht in viel einfachere \u201eBl\u00f6cke\u201c zerlegen k\u00f6nnen, besteht ein hohes Risiko, dass die Umsetzung \u00fcberhaupt nicht stattfindet. Wenn ein Au\u00dfenstehender Ihre Strategie oder Strategien liest, muss es Sinn machen \u2013 wenn ein System wirklich transparent und in thematische Kernziele oder S\u00e4ulen unterteilt und weiter in vereinfachte OKR-Frameworks destilliert ist, ist es viel wahrscheinlicher, dass es ausgef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eIss einen Elefanten\u201c, sagen die Afrikaner zu denen, die sich \u00fcberfordert f\u00fchlen, nat\u00fcrlich hypothetisch \u2013 wenn es darum geht, einen Elefanten zu essen, geht es nur St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck. Wenn Sie mit einem enormen Unterfangen konfrontiert sind, beginnen Sie mit Dingen, die Sie leicht erledigen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum OKRs \u201edie Strategie- und Umsetzungsl\u00fccke f\u00fcllen\u201c k\u00f6nnen.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innerhalb effektiver OKR-Frameworks wird die Vision des Unternehmens in strategische Ziele destilliert, und die Teamziele werden an den strategischen Zielen ausgerichtet. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse sind die \u201eGuidance Metrics\u201c zur Verwirklichung der Ziele. Der OKR-Aktionsplan enth\u00e4lt Aktionen, Aufgaben, Initiativen und Projekte, die die Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse unterst\u00fctzen \u2013 In einem OKR-Framework ist die Ausf\u00fchrung bereits in die flexible Struktur integriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine \u201eintelligente\u201c Strategie, die von Anfang an innerhalb einer Organisation anzuwenden ist, um die Ausf\u00fchrung von OKRs sicherzustellen, besteht darin, so viele OKR-Champions wie m\u00f6glich zu \u201eschaffen\u201c \u2013 Bieten Sie denjenigen, die sie einsetzen, eine umfassende Erfahrung mit OKRs.
