Die absolute Notwendigkeit von F\u00e4higkeiten bildet zusammen mit OKRs die Br\u00fccke zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agile F\u00fchrung und eine auf Werten basierende Kultur sind weitere wichtige Elemente des \u201eLeistungs\u00f6kosystems\u201c, die \u00fcber die inh\u00e4renten F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen, Ihr Unternehmen und seine Mitarbeiter zu bef\u00e4higen, nicht nur zu \u00fcberleben, sondern auch zu gedeihen. Im Kontext dieses Schreibens liegen die Schwerpunkte auf OKRs als Br\u00fccke zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung und dem Aufbau von F\u00e4higkeiten als Schl\u00fcsselkomponente der Strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In erster Linie haben Unternehmen nicht \u00fcber ihre Mitarbeiter als Verm\u00f6genswerte in der gleichen Weise gesprochen wie \u00fcber hoch bewertete Verm\u00f6genswerte wie \u00d6l oder Immobilienportfolios, und sie haben sich auch nicht unbedingt stark auf die langfristigen Auswirkungen und Ergebnisse ihrer Programme zum Aufbau von F\u00e4higkeiten konzentriert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wellness-Programme,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/sustainability\/our-insights\/does-esg-really-matter-and-why\"><strong> ESG,<\/strong><\/a> und DEI-Programme sind sehr wichtig und m\u00fcssen in allen Organisationen ihren rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigen Platz haben, aber aus irgendeinem Grund nimmt der ergebnisorientierte Kompetenzaufbau im Vergleich zur Medienaufmerksamkeit und dem Fokus auf die F\u00fchrungsspitze, der den anderen oben genannten Programmen zuteil wird, tendenziell einen kleinen Teil des Rampenlichts ein Programme. In strategischen Pl\u00e4nen wird die Kompetenzentwicklung in der Regel nicht im Detail und im Einklang mit den gew\u00fcnschten und nachhaltigen Ergebnissen hervorgehoben, und dieser Faktor allein bringt die F\u00e4higkeit mit sich, den betreffenden Masterplan umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kapital in OKR-Frameworks sind Ihre Mitarbeiter.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Ziele erreichen wir nur durch Menschen. Die Gestaltung einer agilen Wachstumskultur und eines motivierenden Klimas sind entscheidende Erfolgsfaktoren, um positive Transformationen und OKR-Frameworks \u201efestzuhalten\u201c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eDie Notwendigkeit von F\u00e4higkeiten\u201c unterstreicht, dass eine solide Strategie, die Gestaltung einer Wachstumskultur und die Ausarbeitung leistungsstarker OKRs gemeinsam ein Sprungbrett f\u00fcr Wachstum bilden, aber die richtigen kollektiven F\u00e4higkeiten in Ihrer Organisation erforderlich sind, um sie mit Exzellenz umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es kann sowohl herausfordernd als auch lohnend sein, Menschen zu bitten, sich \u00fcber die Grenzen ihrer Komfortzone hinaus zu \u201estrecken\u201c. W\u00e4hrend der Einrichtung und Ausf\u00fchrung von OKRs \u201eunangenehm aufgeregt\u201c zu sein, ist normal, da sie zukunftsgerichtet sind und uns gleichzeitig dazu auffordern, unsere Arbeitsweise zu \u00e4ndern. Objectives und Key Results Frameworks gehen \u00fcber \u201eBusiness as usual\u201c (BAU) hinaus und verlangen dadurch von Ihren Mitarbeitern mehr als die Norm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Setzen von Zielen innerhalb dieses zweideutigen Raums zwischen unserer Leistungsgrenze und unserer Leistungsgrenze ist eine Kunst mit mehreren Elementen, aber hier ist die sehr gute Nachricht \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der richtigen Konzentration kann jedes Unternehmen dies tun, und der erfolgreiche Einsatz von OKRs kann zu beispiellosem Wachstum f\u00fchren. OKRs und immersive Programme zum Aufbau von F\u00e4higkeiten bilden eine starke Kombination, die das Wachstum ankurbeln kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein aktueller Artikel der Boston Consulting Group mit dem Titel <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/on.bcg.com\/3HzzCsX\">\u201eIhre Strategie ist nur so gut wie Ihre F\u00e4higkeiten\u201c<\/a>,<\/strong> zeigt, dass eine Strategie nur dann nachhaltig umgesetzt werden kann, wenn die Teams, die die strategische Absicht umsetzen m\u00fcssen, entweder \u00fcber die n\u00f6tigen Kompetenzen verf\u00fcgen oder aktiv die erforderlichen Kompetenzen entwickeln, um den Masterplan umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die traditionelle Art des Kompetenzaufbaus war und ist gut, wird aber in dieser hochvolatilen Welt, in der wir unsere Gesch\u00e4fte betreiben, nicht ausreichen. Generisches Training und Coaching haben ihre Berechtigung, aber w\u00e4hrend des Einsatzes von OKRs m\u00fcssen hochgradig zielgerichtete und immersive Lernerfahrungen von erstklassiger Qualit\u00e4t geschaffen werden, um wesentliche \u201eagile F\u00e4higkeiten\u201c zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wichtigsten F\u00e4higkeiten, die erforderlich sind, um
