Agile Leadership akzentuiert den Fokus auf den Menschen noch mehr \u2013 Bei allem, was wir tun, w\u00e4re eine wesentliche Frage, die wir uns stellen sollten: Wie wirkt sich dies auf unseren Kunden\/Auftraggeber\/Anwender aus? Ein menschenzentrierter und kundenorientierter Ansatz bei allem, was wir tun, ist entscheidend f\u00fcr unseren nachhaltigen Erfolg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interne OKRs, wie z. B. die Schaffung eines motivierenden Klimas f\u00fcr unsere Teammitglieder und die Bereitschaft, f\u00fcr ein Unternehmen der Wahl zu arbeiten, betonen einen menschenzentrierten Ansatz und einen Wechsel von der Theorie zur Praxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere wichtigsten Stakeholder sind unsere Mitarbeiter und unsere Kunden. Im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Leistung muss ein klarer Fokus auf unsere wichtigsten Stakeholder der rote Faden sein, der unser Denken und Verhalten mit der Vision des Unternehmens in Einklang bringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201eJe mehr ich helfe, desto erfolgreicher werde ich. Aber ich messe Erfolg daran, was es f\u00fcr die Menschen um mich herum bewirkt hat. Das ist die eigentliche Auszeichnung.<\/em><\/p>\n<cite>Adam Grant<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Br\u00fccke zwischen Ihren Teammitgliedern und Benutzern oder Kunden wird zun\u00e4chst gebaut, indem Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter durch Entwicklung st\u00e4rken. Je besser sie als Einzelpersonen und Teams werden, desto besser k\u00f6nnen sie Kunden bedienen. Zweitens, machen Sie die \u201eStimme Ihres Endbenutzers\u201c sehr laut, wenn es um die Entscheidungsfindung und das Setzen von Zielen durch Umfragen, Fokusgruppen, Verhaltensanalysen und direkte Interaktionen geht. Die starke Kombination aller oben genannten Ergebnisse f\u00fchrt zu einer menschenzentrierten, kundenorientierten und agilen F\u00fchrungsorientierung innerhalb Ihrer Kultur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entferne Hindernisse und erm\u00e4chtige<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Kontext von Agile Leadership ist \u201edie F\u00fchrungskraft als Coach-Modell\u201c unverzichtbar geworden. Unterbewusste und bewusste Einschr\u00e4nkungen, Budgets, wahrgenommene und tats\u00e4chliche Einschr\u00e4nkungen, die Denkweise Ihrer Mitarbeiter, Bedingungen und Compliance-Probleme k\u00f6nnen alle einzeln oder kollektiv zu Leistungsblockern werden. Letztendlich wirken sich \u201eLeistungsblocker\u201c am st\u00e4rksten auf unsere wichtigsten Stakeholder, unsere Mitarbeiter und Kunden aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Beseitigung von Verschwendung ist ein starkes Thema des Lean Managements, das von einigen agilen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften \u00fcbernommen wurde. Abfall bezieht sich nicht nur auf die Verschwendung von Materialien oder Werkzeugen im Kontext des produzierenden Gewerbes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es bezieht sich auch auf eine Verschwendung von Zeit und Humanressourcen, indem Sie zu viel Ihrer Zeit weniger Priorit\u00e4ten zuweisen, Aufschieben, \u00dcberdenken und zu lange Besprechungen sind Beispiele f\u00fcr kritische Zeitverschwendung. Hier ist ein Modell, das in Lean-Management-Kreisen verwendet wird, um die Grundursache zu finden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone\">https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empowerment ist so viel mehr als Coaching und Training: Andere entscheidende Elemente von Empowerment sind <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-3a6a69\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Inklusion<\/li><li>Ein motivierendes Klima schaffen<\/li><li>Wirkung erzielen (Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr Sinn und Zweck)<\/li><li>Arbeitsplatzsicherheit und Arbeitszufriedenheit<\/li><li>Von Anfang an einen klaren Karriereweg bieten<\/li><li>F\u00f6rderung einer positiven Teamdynamik<\/li><li>Ausrichtung<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufgrund des inh\u00e4renten breiten Anwendungsbereichs des Begriffs \u201eEmpowerment\u201c ist eine effektive Zusammenarbeit erforderlich, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Mitarbeiter ein Gef\u00fchl der Autonomie haben, sich in ihrem Job sicher f\u00fchlen, selbstbewusst sind, ein Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl haben und in einem motivierenden Umfeld arbeiten. Dieser menschenzentrierte Ansatz wird sich positiv auf unsere anderen wichtigen Stakeholder, unsere Kunden oder Benutzer, auswirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agile F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind Vision\u00e4re und coachen und unterst\u00fctzen ihre Teams dabei, ihre kollektive Vision letztendlich zu verwirklichen. Eine Vision zu verwirklichen ist leichter gesagt als getan. Doch im Fall aller Elemente des \u201eLeistungs\u00f6kosystems\u201c, die in eure Kultur und euer Klima integriert sind, wird es sehr wahrscheinlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das \u201ePerformance-\u00d6kosystem\u201c besteht aus mehreren Elementen, und eine brennende Frage lautet: Wie kann ich in Bezug auf die Multiplikation agiler Teams skalieren? Diese Frage wird von einem ausgezeichneten Harvard Business Review-Artikel beantwortet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schl\u00fcsselelemente des \u201eLeistungs\u00f6kosystems\u201c sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-6260ec\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Inspirierende und dienende F\u00fchrung<\/li><li>Eine Wachstumskultur, die durch eine allgemeine Wachstumsorientierung untermauert wird<\/li><li>Ein Nordstern (Zweck, Wirkung, die das gesamte Team anstrebt)<\/li><li>Handlungsorientierte positive, integrative und handlungsorientierte Kommunikation (die Beseitigung von Verschwendung ist f\u00fcr eine effektive Kommunikation unerl\u00e4sslich<\/li><li>Kundenorientierung in allem, was wir tun<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messen Sie, worauf es ankommt, und Ihre Mitarbeiter und Kunden sind wichtig, sie sind tats\u00e4chlich sehr wichtig.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interne OKRs, wie z. B. Frameworks in Bezug auf das Engagement von Teammitgliedern, sind sehr wichtig geworden. Die Kosten f\u00fcr die Einstellung eines neuen Mitarbeiters \u00fcbersteigen normalerweise die Kosten f\u00fcr die Bindung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vergessen wir jedoch f\u00fcr einen Moment die \u201eSchreibtischkosten\u201c eines Mitarbeiters und konzentrieren wir uns auf etwas noch Entscheidenderes: Die Magie wird geschaffen und eine Wachstumskultur wird letztendlich von einem Team oder Teams geformt, die qualifiziert, hoch engagiert, motiviert, inspiriert, selbstbewusst, ver\u00e4nderungsf\u00e4hig und die mit \u201eVertrauensgeschwindigkeit\u201c agieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir brauchen hochqualifizierte agile F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, um Teams f\u00fcr eine inspirierende Vision zu begeistern. \u00c4u\u00dferst erfolgreiche Ver\u00e4nderungsinterventionen sind kein Zufall, sie werden gestaltet. Wesentliche Fragen, die Sie sich beim Entwurf und der Ausrichtung von OKRs stellen sollten, sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was wird der unbestrittene Mehrwert f\u00fcr unsere Kunden\/Auftraggeber\/Nutzer sein? K\u00f6nnen wir dieses Framework noch kundenorientierter gestalten? Der allgemeine Zweck einer Strategie besteht darin, uns von anderen abzuheben, und die ultimative Strategie f\u00fchrt dazu, dass wir unbestrittenen Marktraum schaffen und beweisen, dass wir unseren wichtigsten Stakeholdern einen Mehrwert bieten, den niemand sonst kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zielsetzung<\/strong>: Das begehrteste Unternehmen sein, f\u00fcr das man arbeiten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine interessante Beobachtung ist, dass manchmal Unternehmen mit praktisch unbegrenzter finanzieller und personeller Kapazit\u00e4t an der Ausf\u00fchrung perfekt entworfener OKRs scheitern, und zwar aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden, aber haupts\u00e4chlich, weil ihre Absichten falsch waren \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angenommen, wir wollen im Rahmen unserer Strategie, um jeden Preis zu gewinnen, der begehrteste Arbeitgeber werden, und wir k\u00fcmmern uns nicht ernsthaft um unsere Mitarbeiter. In diesem Fall kann unser System schlie\u00dflich in sich selbst implodieren. Wir sind Menschen und wir sind fehlerhaft; Selbstbeobachtung unserer Absichten bedeutet nicht, Fehler an uns selbst zu finden, sondern den Fokus und die Aufmerksamkeit wieder auf das auszurichten, was wirklich wichtig ist;
