Im Allgemeinen sind Organisationen nicht an Wettbewerb und Gewinnen per se interessiert, obwohl viele organisatorische Praktiken, Regeln und Werte den Wettbewerb f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Organisation konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung ihrer Mitglieder und das Management ihrer Leistung, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Organisationen sind daher auch f\u00f6rderliche Umgebungen f\u00fcr Wettbewerb und Win-Lose-Situationen. Gewinnen, Verlieren, Wettbewerb und Belohnungen werden als Mechanismen verwendet, um bessere Leistung zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Allgemeinen definieren die Gesellschaften, in denen wir ein Teil sind, Erfolg auch als Gewinnen oder Verlieren. Diese Ansicht vernachl\u00e4ssigt eines der grundlegendsten Merkmale der Menschheit \u2013 die Existenz individueller Unterschiede in F\u00e4higkeiten, F\u00e4higkeiten und Potenzialen, sowohl physisch als auch psychisch. Zum einen kann es in jeder Situation nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Gewinnern geben, in vielen F\u00e4llen nur einen Gewinner, aber viele Verlierer. Meistens wird selbst der Silbermedaillengewinner bei einem Sportereignis als \u201eder Beste der Verlierer\u201c angesehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass viele Menschen, die Misserfolge erleben, sich als Versager f\u00fchlen, nur weil sie nicht gewonnen haben. Was k\u00f6nnen wir als Alternative zum Gewinnen als Erfolgskriterium vorschlagen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betrachten wir Erfolg vielmehr als das Ausma\u00df, in dem jeder Einzelne seine Potenziale entwickelt, nutzt und verwirklicht, werden die Spielfelder deutlich ebener. Es dient gleichzeitig als Ansporn f\u00fcr die pers\u00f6nliche Weiterentwicklung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es verschiebt auch die Bewertung der Leistung nach \u00e4u\u00dferen Kriterien (der Leistung anderer) auf Sie und Ihre Entwicklung als Norm \u2013 was ein intrinsisches Erfolgskriterium ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt trittst du nicht mehr gegen andere Menschen an, sondern gegen dich selbst. Es impliziert au\u00dferdem, dass Sie Leistung nicht mehr als Endergebnis (um zu gewinnen) angehen, sondern als Prozess (Potenziale freisetzen und nutzen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir nutzen bekanntlich nur einen Bruchteil unseres eigenen Potenzials. Einige Psychologen sind davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die meisten von uns im Laufe ihres Lebens nur weniger als 5% ihres Potenzials aussch\u00f6pfen.
