Je fr\u00fcher das Potenzial Ihres Start-up-Teams freigesetzt wird, desto besser f\u00fcr Ihre Leistung, und OKRs sind Stretch Goals, die Ihr Team ermutigen, an die Grenzen und \u00fcber sein Potenzial hinauszugehen. Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse k\u00f6nnen die strategische Planung und Ausf\u00fchrung vereinfachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKRs f\u00f6rdern die Zusammenarbeit und Fokussierung und im Laufe der Zeit k\u00f6nnte Ihnen dies einen ernsthaften Wettbewerbsvorteil verschaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist nicht falsch, sich zun\u00e4chst stark auf gewinnbringende OKRs zu konzentrieren, solange andere Elemente des \u201eLeistungs\u00f6kosystems\u201c wie Zweck und soziale Wirkung nicht aufgegeben werden. Diese Experimente m\u00fcssen dann zu einem Produkt und\/oder einer Dienstleistung destilliert werden, die erfolgreich auf den Markt gebracht werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4ufig befinden sich Startup-Gr\u00fcnder fast die ganze Zeit im \u201eExperimentiermodus\u201c, w\u00e4hrend sie versuchen, Antworten zu finden. Eine umsetzbare und gut recherchierte Marketingstrategie so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich zu erstellen, ist eine der Ma\u00dfnahmen, die dabei helfen k\u00f6nnen, das \u201eRaten\u201c aus der Gleichung zu nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Einrichtung einer klaren und transparenten Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten und die Verfolgung umsetzbarer Initiativen im Zusammenhang mit der Kommunikation tragen ebenfalls dazu bei, einen klareren Weg zu finden. Alle diese Elemente k\u00f6nnen Teil Ihrer Objectives and Key Results Frameworks sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#039;Streugut&#039;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Grit geht es darum, \u201eTag f\u00fcr Tag an deiner Zukunft festzuhalten, ganz gleich, mit welchen Hindernissen du konfrontiert wirst. Grit liegt an der Schnittstelle von Ausdauer, starkem Engagement, \u00dcberzeugung und Selbstvertrauen.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eIch bin davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass etwa die H\u00e4lfte dessen, was erfolgreiche Unternehmer von nicht erfolgreichen unterscheidet, pure Beharrlichkeit ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Wenn Grit zu einem Leitprinzip in Ihrem Leben und zu einer flei\u00dfigen Praxis wird, werden Sie feststellen, dass Sie nicht aufgeben k\u00f6nnen, selbst wenn Sie es wollen. Beharrlichkeit und Entschlossenheit sollten nicht nur eine Praxis sein, um sie zu haben \u2013 Beharrlichkeit und Entschlossenheit sollten mit Zweck und einer starken Vision durchdrungen sein, damit sie eine wahre Bedeutung haben. Sie sollten f\u00fcr etwas beharrlich sein, das erf\u00fcllt und eine tiefe Bedeutung hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich bringe meinen Einzelcoaching-Klienten bei, Grit einmal pro Woche bewusst zu \u00fcben. Dies kann verschiedene Formen annehmen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es kann sein, dass Sie zwanzig Minuten l\u00e4nger in Meditation sitzen, wenn Sie es wirklich nicht tun m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vielleicht laufen Sie an dem Tag, an dem Sie in der schlechtesten Lauflaune sind, zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Kilometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Sie einen schlechten und langen Arbeitstag erlebt haben und Ihr einziger Drang darin besteht, sich auf eine Couch zu setzen und fernzusehen, um alles zu vergessen, ist das Ihre Warteschlange f\u00fcr eine lange Wanderung, das hei\u00dft, wenn Sie Ihre verbessern m\u00f6chten \u201eK\u00f6rnungsstufe\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcbertreiben Sie es nicht, ich empfehle diese Praxis einmal pro Woche. Wenn es \u00fcbertrieben wird, kann es leicht zu Burnout f\u00fchren und Ihren Stresspegel erh\u00f6hen, was kontraproduktiv w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technische und Soft Skills<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00fcssen Sie ein st\u00e4ndiger Student Ihres Fachs sein und Ihre Erkenntnisse in die Praxis umsetzen, um weise zu werden.
