Sobald ein kollektives Ziel nicht nur geglaubt, sondern geteilt wird, werden Sie mehr als nur Mitarbeiter, Sie werden zu einer Familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich bin fest davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass Unternehmen in die Definition eines starken Unternehmenszwecks investieren und auch Partnern helfen sollten, ihren pers\u00f6nlichen Zweck\/ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Ziele zu definieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn es um OKRs und Purpose geht, verwende ich den Ausdruck: \u201ePurpose-infused OKRs\u201c \u2013 ich empfehle, dass der Purpose und das Wertesystem des Unternehmens stolz in OKR-Frameworks integriert werden, um Bedeutung und Wirkung sicherzustellen. Dieser Ansatz ist bis zu einem gewissen Grad auch ein Gegenmittel gegen den Widerstand gegen die Implementierung von OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf diese Weise setzen Sie nicht nur allgemeine Frameworks f\u00fcr die Zielsetzung isoliert ein, sondern schaffen eine bessere Zukunft, indem Sie Ihren einzigartigen Zweck und Ihre Kultur auf ein effektives Framework zur Zielsetzung wie OKRs anwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warum machen wir das? Und welche Auswirkungen hat das? \u2013 F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte t\u00e4ten gut daran, sich intensiv mit diesen Fragen auseinanderzusetzen, wenn sie sich auf den Weg machen, die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \u201eGewinner um jeden Preis\u201c-Mentalit\u00e4t schadet nachweislich nicht nur Einzelpersonen, sondern auch Unternehmen und Gesellschaften. Nat\u00fcrlich ist es wichtig, Gewinne zu erzielen, nicht nur um zu \u00fcberleben, sondern auch um erfolgreich zu sein und anderen zu helfen, erfolgreich zu sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profit zu machen auf Kosten von Werten, Wirkung, Zweck und anderen Prinzipien ist nicht nachhaltig und hinterl\u00e4sst meist irreparable Schadensspuren. nicht verhandelbare Grunds\u00e4tze sind wirksame \u201eFilter\u201c, um sowohl die Nachhaltigkeit als auch die Absicht der von uns erzielten Gewinne zu testen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die obigen Informationen stellen klare Anreize dar, Ihr Wertesystem sowie andere Prinzipien in Ihre OKR-Frameworks zu integrieren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oft kann ein hochqualifizierter, intelligenter und individueller Star-Performer die Teamleistung ruinieren, indem er egoistisch ist und nur seinen oder ihren individuellen Zwecken dient. Wahre Bestimmung ist etwas, das h\u00f6her ist als das Selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fchrung und Zweck.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wozu bewegt Sie Ihre Leidenschaft? \u2013 Fragt Bono. Leidenschaft ohne Handeln wird nur eine Flamme sein, die schlie\u00dflich erlischt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zweckgebundene OKRs ohne einen Aktionsplan, der tats\u00e4chlich ausgef\u00fchrt wird, sind wertlos. \u201eW\u00e4hlen Sie Ihre Schlachten sehr sorgf\u00e4ltig aus, tun Sie, was wirklich wichtig ist, und tun Sie dies mit Leidenschaft und Offenheit.
