Sport- oder Gesch\u00e4ftsteams, die best\u00e4ndig nahezu perfekt arbeiten, sind selten, aber innerhalb einer Kultur, die Leistung wirklich unterst\u00fctzt, k\u00f6nnen hervorragende Leistungen mit wenigen, seltenen Ausnahmen zur Norm werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist eine Herausforderung, Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse zu verwirklichen. Jedes Teammitglied und jedes Team innerhalb einer Organisation muss ihr Potenzial individuell und kollektiv freisetzen, um dauerhaft Spitzenleistungen zu erbringen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einzelpersonen, die ihre F\u00e4higkeiten kombinieren, ihr Potenzial freisetzen, einander Komplimente machen und einander verstehen, kommen zusammen wie ein seltenes St\u00fcck nahezu perfekter Kunst, das jedem Auge gef\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder hat noch Potenzial, wie Vince Lombardy ausrief: \u201ePotenzial bedeutet nur, dass Sie es noch nicht getan haben\u201c. Kontinuierliches Lernen, die Bereitschaft, aus Fehlern, Strategie und Umsetzung zu lernen, und unersch\u00fctterliches Engagement f\u00fcr eine gemeinsame Sache sowie andere Faktoren werden kombiniert und zum \u201eSchl\u00fcssel\u201c geformt, der das Potenzial Ihres Teams freisetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objectives und Key Results sind anspruchsvolle Ziele und nicht einfach zu erreichen. Die F\u00fchrung jeder Organisation tut gut daran, gr\u00fcndlich zu untersuchen, was die potenzielle Leistung von Teams und Einzelpersonen blockiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist einfach, eine Vision wie \u201eWir werden bis 2030 Weltmarktf\u00fchrer sein\u201c und Ziele wie den effektiven Eintritt in neue M\u00e4rkte zu verfassen, es ist eine v\u00f6llig andere Sache, ein Team um diese Ziele zu mobilisieren und sie zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lesen Sie mehr dar\u00fcber, wie Sie Ihr Potenzial als Einzelperson freisetzen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-blocks-potential\">Was blockiert Potenzial?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Einschr\u00e4nkende \u00dcberzeugungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begrenzende \u00dcberzeugungen wie \u201eIch bin nicht qualifiziert genug\u201c, \u201eDieses Team ist gut, aber nicht so qualifiziert wie\u2026.., wir sind nur ein kleines Unternehmen und k\u00f6nnen nicht mithalten, stehen der Leistung im Weg und schr\u00e4nken Ihre Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit ein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es sich um individuelle oder kollektive \u00dcberzeugungen handelt, die angesprochen werden m\u00fcssen, sind sehr gute Fragen, um die Quelle dieser \u00dcberzeugungen genau zu bestimmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer hat dir das gesagt? Wer hat dir gesagt, dass du nicht gut genug bist? Oft existieren Begrenzungen nur in unserem eigenen Verstand, da es \u201eder innere Kritiker\u201c ist, der uns sagt, dass wir nicht gut genug sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen wir es uns nicht leisten, \u00dcberzeugungen auf ein Team zu beschr\u00e4nken. Es liegt an uns, das Verhalten des Vertrauens zu modellieren, entsprechend zu sprechen und unsere Teams zu coachen, um einschr\u00e4nkende \u00dcberzeugungen zu durchbrechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anspruch&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn sich der Glaube festgesetzt hat, dass uns im Allgemeinen alle etwas schulden und wir Anspruch auf alles haben, was uns gegeben wurde, und Anspruch auf Dinge haben, die uns nicht gegeben wurden, schaffen wir Konflikte und warten darauf, dass andere vor uns etwas leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Anspruchsdenken blockiert die Leistung und erstickt die Zusammenarbeit. Die Welt schuldet uns nichts, stattdessen ist das, was wir anderen schulden, die allerbeste Form von uns selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Verleihung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einige glauben, dass sie, wenn ihnen ein Titel verliehen wird, diesen verdient haben und bereits alle f\u00fcr den Titel erforderlichen Eigenschaften besitzen m\u00fcssen und sich daher den Titel nicht verdienen und ihm durch harte und kluge Arbeit Bedeutung verleihen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ein Individuum die Gabe \u201eerleidet\u201c, hat der Glaube den ungl\u00fccklichen Nebeneffekt, zu denken, dass er oder sie tun kann, was er\/sie will, da der Titel sozusagen \u201e\u00fcber dem Gesetz\u201c steht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Gef\u00fchl der Hingabe f\u00fchrt dazu, dass sich die Menschen \u201eauf ihren Lorbeeren ausruhen\u201c, was die Leistung stark beeintr\u00e4chtigt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arroganz (Ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist nichts falsch daran, ein hohes Ma\u00df an Selbstvertrauen zu haben, stattdessen ist es eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr nachhaltigen Erfolg, aber zu glauben, dass Sie besser als alle anderen sind und keine Fehler machen k\u00f6nnen, bedeutet, dass sich Ihr Selbstvertrauen in Arroganz verwandelt hat und Ihre Leistung irgendwann negativ beeinflussen wird .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was setzt Potenziale frei?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Erm\u00e4chtigung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eWenn wir auf das n\u00e4chste Jahrhundert blicken, werden F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte diejenigen sein, die andere bef\u00e4higen\u201c<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empowerment bedeutet, ein Umfeld oder eine Kultur zu schaffen, die es anderen erm\u00f6glicht, auf einfachste Weise nachhaltigen Erfolg zu erzielen. Es geht nicht darum, Arbeit f\u00fcr andere zu erledigen, sondern eine kollaborative, kreative und teamorientierte Umgebung zu schaffen, die von den erforderlichen Ressourcen unterst\u00fctzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andere zu bef\u00e4higen bedeutet auch, die Unterst\u00fctzung, das Coaching und das Mentoring bereitzustellen, die erforderlich sind, um etwas zu erreichen. Beim Empowerment geht es auch darum, \u201eaus dem Weg zu gehen\u201c, also Mikromanagement so weit wie m\u00f6glich zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beispielsweise ist die gemeinsame Erstellung von Zielen, Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen und unterst\u00fctzenden Aufgaben, das Einholen und Anerkennen des Inputs aller, eine erm\u00e4chtigende \u00dcbung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gegenteil von Hingabe ist der Zustand der Apathie. Apathie bedeutet einfach, dass sich die Person nicht wirklich darum k\u00fcmmert und nur versucht, gerade genug zu tun, um nicht gefeuert zu werden. Ein wesentliches Element des Engagements von Teammitgliedern ist ihr Engagement f\u00fcr die Organisation und ihre Ziele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist eine individuelle Entscheidung, in welchem Umfang sich jemand engagiert. Diese Entscheidung wird jedoch von mehreren Faktoren beeinflusst, \u00fcber die die F\u00fchrung einer Organisation die Kontrolle hat, wie z. B., aber nicht beschr\u00e4nkt auf:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-4ec96e\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Die Klarheit und der Geist der Kommunikation innerhalb der Organisation<\/li><li>Klarheit \u00fcber Ziele, Objectives und Key Results, KPIs und Aufgaben<\/li><li>Belohnung und Anerkennung<\/li><li>Qualit\u00e4t des Coachings und der Unterst\u00fctzung<\/li><li>Eine klare und inspirierende Vision und Zielsetzung<\/li><li>Ein gemeinsames Wertesystem, das klare und positive Verhaltensstandards schafft<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zweck<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das kollektive Ziel eines Unternehmens in der Sch\u00f6nheitsindustrie k\u00f6nnte darin bestehen, den Menschen (den Verbrauchern) das Gef\u00fchl zu geben, selbstbewusst und sch\u00f6n zu sein und das Leben mehr zu genie\u00dfen. Wenn dieser Zweck aufrichtig ist, oft diskutiert wird und ein gro\u00dfer Prozentsatz der Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens diesen Zweck in ihrem Herzen tr\u00e4gt, wird dies die Energieniveaus der Teammitglieder antreiben, als \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Sinngef\u00fchl verleiht der Arbeit einen Sinn und macht sie wirkungsvoller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vertrauen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist wichtig, dass die Teammitglieder selbstbewusst sind, aber auch Vertrauen ineinander und in die Organisation haben. Wenn Selbstzweifel vorherrschen, wird die Leistung drastisch beeintr\u00e4chtigt und es wird immer schwieriger, die Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse des Unternehmens zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teammitglieder m\u00fcssen zu einem hohen Selbstvertrauensniveau gef\u00fchrt und gecoacht werden, wenn es niedrig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist
