id=\"h-strong-leadership-is-a-requirement-for-performance-and-okr-frameworks-to-be-sustainable\">Starke F\u00fchrung ist eine Voraussetzung daf\u00fcr, dass Performance- und Okr-Frameworks nachhaltig sind<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Antike pr\u00e4gten Dichter und Liedermacher die Errungenschaften von F\u00fchrern in die K\u00f6pfe der Menschen ein. Derzeit teilen soziale Medien und mehrere andere Plattformen die Taten oder Erkl\u00e4rungen von F\u00fchrern auf der ganzen Welt. OKR-Frameworks sind zwar hervorragende Leistungskatalysatoren, reichen jedoch nicht aus, um eine nachhaltige Leistung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sowohl das Vorhandensein einer starken F\u00fchrung als auch das Fehlen derselben haben mehrere Konsequenzen, diese Konsequenzen wurden von allen in irgendeiner Form oder Form erfahren und werden in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit gezeigt, genossen oder erlitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn es jedoch so einfach w\u00e4re, zuerst zu definieren, was ein Leader ist, und zweitens tats\u00e4chlich ein Leader zu sein, dann w\u00e4ren alle einer. Auf der ganzen Welt werden unz\u00e4hlige Versuche unternommen, durch Kurse, Programme und Mentoring mehr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zu schaffen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die F\u00fchrungstheorie ist relativ einfach zu verstehen, aber die praktische Anwendung von F\u00fchrungsprinzipien ist keine einfache Angelegenheit. Wahrscheinlich wird eine Mehrheit der Menschen in der Gesch\u00e4ftswelt zustimmen, dass eine starke und effektive F\u00fchrung eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr nachhaltigen Erfolg ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fchrung und nachhaltige Leistung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google f\u00fchrt seinen Erfolg nicht nur auf OKR-Frameworks zur\u00fcck, sondern auch auf eine starke F\u00fchrung und eine wertebasierte Kultur. Alle isolierten Versuche, die Leistung zu verbessern, z. B. ein alleiniger Fokus auf OKRs oder andere Leistungsrahmen, werden wahrscheinlich scheitern, da diese Methode die Tatsache ignoriert, dass es viele Elemente f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Leistung gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eEine gro\u00dfartige Person zieht gro\u00dfartige Menschen an und wei\u00df, wie man sie zusammenh\u00e4lt.\u201c<\/p>\n<cite>Johann Wolfgang von Goethe<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">W\u00e4hrend wir uns auf den Weg machen, einen zuk\u00fcnftigen gew\u00fcnschten Zustand zu verwirklichen, treten verschiedene Hindernisse auf, einige davon sind externe Kr\u00e4fte wie pl\u00f6tzliche Ver\u00e4nderungen auf dem Markt und einige sind interne kulturelle Probleme des Unternehmens.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einigen Kreisen der Personalabteilung wurde die \u201ePost-Covid-\u00c4ra\u201c als \u201eder gro\u00dfe R\u00fccktritt\u201c bezeichnet, da immer mehr Menschen die Auswirkungen ihrer Arbeit auf die Gesellschaft bewerten und wie sich ihre Arbeit auf ihr Wohlbefinden und ihre psychische Gesundheit auswirkt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gegenseitigkeit ist zu einem zentralen Punkt geworden \u2013 Im Allgemeinen interessieren sich Menschen nur dann f\u00fcr ein Unternehmen, wenn das Unternehmen sich wirklich um sie k\u00fcmmert. Es ist v\u00f6llig unrealistisch zu erwarten, dass sich die Menschen um die Vision und den Zweck des Unternehmens k\u00fcmmern, wenn sich das Unternehmen nicht um die pers\u00f6nliche Vision und den pers\u00f6nlichen Zweck des Einzelnen k\u00fcmmert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bereits vor Jahrzehnten haben Redner und Autoren, die sich auf \u00f6ffentliche F\u00fchrung und Humanressourcen konzentrierten, in ihren Diskursen unnachgiebig darauf geachtet, \u201ezuerst zu versuchen, zu verstehen, bevor man versucht, verstanden zu werden, und ausgiebig \u00fcber \u201eSoft Skills wie Kommunikation und Coaching zu sprechen, um Mitarbeiter in ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Entwicklung und ihrem Karriereweg zu unterst\u00fctzen\u201c. . Sie k\u00f6nnen perfekt darin sein, Ziele zu setzen und perfekte OKR-Frameworks zu entwerfen, aber die richtige Kommunikation und Kultur m\u00fcssen vorhanden sein, um die Leistung zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist leicht, \u00fcber diese Dinge zu sprechen, es ist eine andere Sache, die praktische Anwendung davon sicherzustellen. Egos, \u00c4ngste, Herausforderungen, Missverst\u00e4ndnisse, Vorurteile und Anspr\u00fcche sind nur einige von einer langen Liste hoher H\u00fcrden, die vor dem Konzept nachhaltiger Leistung auftauchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Im Zusammenhang mit dem oben Gesagten m\u00f6chte ich F\u00fchrung definieren als:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine praktische Demonstration der Weisheit, Menschen f\u00fcr eine gemeinsame Vision, einen gemeinsamen Zweck und ein gemeinsames Wertesystem zu begeistern und zu inspirieren und gemeinsam etwas zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei nachhaltiger Leistung geht es im Gro\u00dfen und Ganzen um eine starke dienende F\u00fchrung, eine Unternehmenskultur und die Verwaltung anspruchsvoller Leistungsrahmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welchen Wolf wirst du am meisten f\u00fcttern?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut Neuroscience hat der durchschnittliche Mensch etwa 50.000 Gedanken pro Tag, von denen 70% negativ sind. Negative Gedanken verst\u00e4rken Egos, \u00c4ngste, Herausforderungen, Vorurteile und Anspr\u00fcche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wahre und starke dienende Leiter sind im Allgemeinen Optimisten. Ein Optimist zu sein muss nicht bedeuten, dass Sie das Negative leugnen m\u00fcssen, Sie entscheiden sich einfach daf\u00fcr, sich mehr auf das Positive zu konzentrieren und die effektivsten L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr das Negative zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buddhistische Lehrer haben den menschlichen Geist mit einem wilden Affen verglichen, der schnell rennt und ziellos die Richtung \u00e4ndert. Das ist der Zustand des menschlichen Geistes, bis er kontrolliert wird \u2013 und nur du kannst deinen eigenen Geist kontrollieren, niemand kann oder wird es jemals f\u00fcr dich tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nennen wir der Veranschaulichung halber einen \u201eWolf\u201c positiv und einen anderen negativ, und beide \u201eW\u00f6lfe\u201c leben in Ihrem Geist. Diese beiden W\u00f6lfe stehen sich in einem finalen Kampf gegen\u00fcber. Wer wird gewinnen? Die Antwort ist einfach \u2013 Die, die Sie am meisten f\u00fcttern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wahre dienende F\u00fchrer f\u00fcttern den \u201epositiven Wolf\u201c am meisten, leugnen jedoch nicht, dass es einen Kampf zwischen den beiden W\u00f6lfen gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das F\u00fchrungsdenken.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie Sie aufwachen, h\u00e4ngt weitgehend davon ab, wie Sie in der vergangenen Nacht eingeschlafen sind (mit einem positiven, ruhigen und entspannten Geist oder mit einem unruhigen und negativen Geist). Eine wachsende Zahl von F\u00fchrungs-, Mindset- und Performance-\u201eGurus\u201c lehren ein Morgenritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich empfehle zu sehr ein Morgenritual, um den Geist zu fokussieren, aber eine st\u00e4rkere Empfehlung ist ein Abendritual, um Ruhe, Positivit\u00e4t und Entspannung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Morgenrituale spielen keine gro\u00dfe Rolle, wenn Sie mit einem \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigten und negativen Geist aufwachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich empfehle auch, dass Sie Ihre Rituale darauf abstimmen, was Ihnen wirklich Spa\u00df macht, und sich nicht dazu zwingen, morgens oder vor dem Schlafengehen Dinge zu tun, die Sie hassen. Ich biete hier nur flexible und vereinfachte Richtlinien an:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Lassen Sie Ihre Abend- und Morgenrituale nicht zu einer \u201eZeitlast\u201c werden 10 \u2013 20 Minuten sind genug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Tun Sie eine Sache, die Ihren Geist beruhigt, was auch immer das sein mag, es k\u00f6nnte Meditation, Gebet, Musikh\u00f6ren, Lesen, Atem\u00fcbungen usw. sein, f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten abends vor dem Schlafengehen und morgens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Machen Sie morgens etwas, das die Durchblutung anregt, das k\u00f6nnen ein paar Liegest\u00fctze, ein bisschen Yoga oder ein paar Minuten Boxsackboxen sein. Hier geht es nicht um Fitnesstraining und Gewichtsabnahme, sondern um die Aktivierung der \u201eWohlf\u00fchlhormone\u201c im K\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Konzentrieren Sie sich morgens auf Ihre Gedanken, bevor Sie sich Ihren normalen Gewohnheiten wie der Kaffeezubereitung oder dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck widmen. Ich ermutige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die ich coache, sich entweder eine Aufzeichnung ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Vision, ihres Zwecks, ihrer Werte, ihres OKR-Frameworks und ihrer Vision, ihres Unternehmens und ihrer Vision genau anzuh\u00f6ren und zu visualisieren es so deutlich wie m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starke F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte haben eine Wachstumsmentalit\u00e4t und strecken ihren Verstand, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten und ihre Mitarbeiter auf Leistung aus.
