F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Manager sind die H\u00fcter der zweckorientierten Unternehmenskultur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Rahmenwerk zur Zielsetzung muss flexibel genug sein, um Zusammenarbeit, Schwenken bei Bedarf, kreative Probleml\u00f6sung und eine positive Wachstumsmentalit\u00e4t zu erm\u00f6glichen, um gedeihen zu k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine ordentliche Portion Leidenschaft und Inspiration muss durch die Struktur der Zielsetzung flie\u00dfen, damit sie eine Energie- und Motivationsquelle ist, die in nachhaltiger Leistung gipfelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da OKR-Frameworks zukunftsorientiert, leidenschaftlich, auf Zusammenarbeit basierend und dennoch strukturiert sind, macht diese Mischung aus Gewohnheit und Leidenschaft sie zum \u201eRockstar der Zielsetzung\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warum \u00fcbertreffen einige Rockstars andere jahrzehntelang und warum \u00fcbertreffen einige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Manager andere? \u2013 wenn die Vision und der Zweck h\u00f6her sind als das Selbst, wenn Werte leidenschaftliche \u00e4therische Gedanken erden und sie in praktische Magie verwandeln, dann und nur dann kann 10-faches Wachstum nicht nur eine M\u00f6glichkeit, sondern eine nachhaltige Realit\u00e4t sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziele und Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse beginnen mit einem starken Warum (Zweck). Das sichert Wirkung und sinnvolle Arbeit. Da Ziele zukunftsgerichtet sind, erzeugt es Aufregung, besonders wenn es sinnvoll und weitreichend ist. Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse sind spezifisch und f\u00fcgen das Element des Fokus hinzu.
