class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eEs gibt ein paar F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die sich daf\u00fcr entscheiden, zu inspirieren, anstatt zu manipulieren, um Menschen zu motivieren.\u201c<\/p>\n<cite>Simon Sinek<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David ging in der Waffelfabrik durch die Sicherheitskontrolle. \u201eNoch ein langweiliger Tag, das Gleiche auf die gleiche Art und Weise tun\u201c, dachte er und seufzte, als er sich f\u00fcr den Arbeitstag Nummer 2091 einstempelte. Wenigstens das Gehalt ist ok \u2013 er versuchte, einen positiven Gedanken zwischen das Bombardement der Negativit\u00e4t zu schieben .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David versuchte, dem Produktionsleiter auszuweichen, als er auf eines der viertelj\u00e4hrlichen Ziele zur Reduzierung von Qualit\u00e4tsablehnungen h\u00e4mmerte, aber er hatte Pech, er ging im Grunde in ein \u00fcberraschendes \u201eStand-up\u201c-Meeting, das derselbe Produktionsleiter arrangierte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Irgendetwas war anders, der Produktionsleiter hatte ein breites L\u00e4cheln im Gesicht und seine Augen strahlten vor Energie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eJa, wie erwartet, ich werde Sie an unsere kritischen Ziele f\u00fcr dieses Quartal und die unterst\u00fctzenden Schl\u00fcsselergebnisse erinnern, aber es gibt etwas, das ich mitteilen muss \u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe lange dar\u00fcber nachgedacht, warum wir von Ihnen als Team mehr Einsatz verlangen. Eine Sache, auf die ich immer sehr stolz war, ist die Anzahl der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, die wir in dieser Gemeinde schaffen. Es geht noch tiefer, f\u00fcr jeden Job, den wir schaffen, ern\u00e4hren und st\u00e4rken wir eine Familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Arbeit einen Sinn geben<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir haben derzeit \u00fcber elftausend Mitarbeiter in allen Schichten, was bedeutet, dass dieses Unternehmen elftausend Familien in dieser Gemeinde ern\u00e4hrt. Das geht \u00fcber die blo\u00dfe Zahlung von Geh\u00e4ltern hinaus, das sind echte mikro\u00f6konomische Auswirkungen, das sind echte gesellschaftliche Auswirkungen. Dies ist ein kritischer Zweck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist der eigentliche Zweck unserer Arbeit, wir ern\u00e4hren Familien, wir schicken Kinder zur Schule. Deshalb komme ich zur Arbeit, deshalb trage ich Liebe in meinem Herzen f\u00fcr das, was ich tue. Das gibt mir die Energie, nach Zielen und Schl\u00fcsselergebnissen zu streben, denn wenn wir sie verwirklichen, ern\u00e4hren wir mehr Familien, w\u00e4hrend wir unsere Kunden gl\u00fccklich machen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davids nat\u00fcrlicher und anf\u00e4nglicher Instinkt war es, einen mentalen Schild der Negativit\u00e4t zu schaffen \u2013 \u201eNur Worte, um uns zu manipulieren, gib mir einfach mein Gehalt\u201c, war das mentale Geschw\u00e4tz, das in seinem Kopf vor sich ging. Doch heute war es anders, die Worte der Produktionsleiter waren aufrichtig, und es stimmte jetzt, als David dar\u00fcber nachdachte, diese Firma ern\u00e4hrt elftausend Familien, und ja, darauf kann man stolz sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Produktionsleiter senkte die Stimme, als ihm die emotionsgeladenen Worte \u00fcber die Lippen liefen: \u201eAlso reduzieren wir Qualit\u00e4tsablehnungen nicht, nur um Kosten zu sparen. NEIN! Wir reduzieren Qualit\u00e4tsablehnungen, damit die elftausend Familien, die wir ern\u00e4hren, stolz darauf sein k\u00f6nnen, wof\u00fcr wir stehen. Qualit\u00e4t ist ein Familienprinzip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit diesen Worten hob sich die Energie im Raum sp\u00fcrbar. Ein Gef\u00fchl der Zweckm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit wurde kollektiv empfunden.
