Erhebendes Engagement sollte nicht das einzige Ziel sein, sondern auch ein reines Ziel an sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Engagement sollte immer im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen stehen. Trotzdem viel Spa\u00df beim Verfolgen dieser Ziele, wenn man bedenkt, dass best\u00e4ndige Leistung Nachhaltigkeit sichert.
