class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;F\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Gesch\u00e4ftszukunft ist ein Paradigmenwechsel von der Wahl von Gewinnen auf Kosten der Menschen hin zur Schaffung von Gewinnen und einer engagierten und inspirierenden Arbeitskultur erforderlich. OKR-Frameworks sind hervorragende Katalysatoren f\u00fcr die Bew\u00e4ltigung dieses Paradigmenwechsels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Das einzige Ziel einiger Unternehmen ist der Gewinn. Diese Denkweise geht auf Kosten der Menschen und nicht zum Nutzen der Menschen. Auf der anderen Seite ist nur grundlegende Logik erforderlich, um zu verstehen, dass Ihre F\u00e4higkeit, mehr Mitarbeiter einzustellen und die Arbeitserfahrung und das Leben Ihrer derzeitigen Belegschaft zu verbessern, ohne anst\u00e4ndige und nachhaltige Gewinne stark beeintr\u00e4chtigt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp; People vs Profit \u2013 Ein ausgewogener Ansatz.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schlie\u00dflich sind es die Menschen, die ihre F\u00e4higkeiten aus\u00fcben, die Gewinne erwirtschaften. Daher sollte die Debatte von \u201ePeople vs Profit\u201c in \u201ePeople and Profits\u201c umbenannt werden, um den Fokus von der Wahl des einen auf Kosten des anderen auf die Integration beider Elemente zum Wohle aller Beteiligten zu verlagern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tiefgreifende Vorteile ergeben sich aus dem Paradigmenwechsel vom Glauben, dass man sich f\u00fcr eines entscheiden muss, hin zum Verst\u00e4ndnis, dass Gewinne, erf\u00fcllende Karrieren und Unternehmungen eine integrierte und nachhaltige Erfahrung sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menschen und Profit \u2013 Pragmatismus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist sehr einfach, \u00fcber diese \u201eUtopie\u201c eines Unternehmens zu sprechen und zu tr\u00e4umen, in dem alle engagiert, gl\u00fccklich und fair bezahlt sind und das Unternehmen ein enormes und nachhaltiges Wachstum erlebt. Diesen Traum Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen, ist eine andere Sache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir m\u00fcssen Inklusivit\u00e4t, Vielfalt, Karrierewege, geistiges Wohlbefinden, Umweltauswirkungen, Sicherheit und mehr im Kontext von Kapitalmechanismen, rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, externen Marktkr\u00e4ften und dem volatilen globalen Umfeld ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist einfach normal, ein Gef\u00fchl der \u00dcberw\u00e4ltigung zu versp\u00fcren, wenn man \u00fcber all das Obige nachdenkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mensch und Profit \u2013 Ein \u00d6kosystem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Menschen- und Profit-Paradigma, das wir untersuchen, ist ein integriertes \u00d6kosystem. Einige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sehen \u201eein Puzzleteil als das Puzzle\u201c und glauben beispielsweise, dass es im Gesch\u00e4ft nur um Verk\u00e4ufe mit hohen Margen oder um volumin\u00f6se Verk\u00e4ufe mit niedrigen Margen geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unermessliche Anstrengungen unternehmen, um die richtigen Leute einzustellen (Personen mit Integrit\u00e4t, der richtigen Einstellung usw.), eine Kultur zu schaffen, in der Ihr Team\/Ihre Teams gedeihen k\u00f6nnen, n\u00fctzliche Ver\u00e4nderungsinitiativen, dienende F\u00fchrung, F\u00f6rderung der Zusammenarbeit und eines gemeinsamen Wertesystems, Unterst\u00fctzung zu leisten Coaching, Produkt-\/Service-Exzellenz, Strategie und Ausf\u00fchrung sind nur einige Teile dieses \u00d6kosystems.
