class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Rolle von Werten beim Erreichen von OKRS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn strategische Ziele erreicht wurden, aber das Wertesystem Ihres Unternehmens beeintr\u00e4chtigt wurde, sind die wahrscheinlichen Folgen kurzfristige Gewinne. Es ist jedoch wahrscheinlich, dass schwerwiegende Langzeitkomplikationen folgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir der Argumentation halber an, dass das Vertriebsteam eines Unternehmens einen sehr hohen Umsatz und Umsatz erzielt. Gleichzeitig haben sie ihre Integrit\u00e4t durch eine Haltung des \u201eGewinnen um jeden Preis\u201c aufs Spiel gesetzt. Sie k\u00f6nnen zun\u00e4chst gelobt und sogar belohnt werden. Wenn ihr unethisches Verhalten schlie\u00dflich ans Licht kommt, wird sowohl der Ruf des Einzelnen als auch des Unternehmens getr\u00fcbt. Auf Reputationssch\u00e4den folgen oft finanzielle Verluste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FALLSTUDIE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das folgende Beispiel unterstreicht die Wichtigkeit, OKRS mit allen strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens sowie den individuellen KPIs aller Teammitglieder zu integrieren. Wenn zum Beispiel der Wert eines Unternehmens Integrit\u00e4t ist, sollten alle Handlungen durch diesen Wert \u201egefiltert\u201c werden und der Lackmustest f\u00fcr alle Verhaltensweisen sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jack Ma hat einmal einen seiner Top-Verk\u00e4ufer \u00f6ffentlich gefeuert, weil er einen best\u00e4ndigen Mangel an Integrit\u00e4t gezeigt hat. Werte sollten in der Tat von Anfang an nicht verhandelbar sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hier folgen sehr kritische Faktoren, wenn es um Unternehmenswertsysteme geht:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sie sollten von allen relevanten Stakeholdern mitgestaltet werden, damit sie wirklich respektiert werden<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Das Wertesystem des Unternehmens sollte einen integralen Bestandteil der Einarbeitungs-, Schulungs- und Entwicklungs- sowie Belohnungssysteme des Unternehmens bilden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Werte des Unternehmens m\u00fcssen durch alle Formen der Kommunikation flie\u00dfen, um nachhaltig in die Unternehmenskultur integriert zu werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Der beste Ansatz, um Werte in eine Unternehmenskultur einzubetten, ist ein pragmatischer Ansatz. Werte sollten klar definiert und in praktische Handlungen innerhalb jeder Rolle destilliert werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Werte sollten sogar Bestandteil von Stellenbeschreibungen und auch in Arbeitsvertr\u00e4gen enthalten sein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn Werte lediglich von der Unternehmensleitung weitergegeben werden, wird es f\u00fcr Teammitglieder sehr schwierig, Werte zu \u00fcbernehmen, da sie in dieser Angelegenheit nicht konsultiert wurden, sie jedoch tendenziell nach genau diesen Werten beurteilt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teammitglieder neigen nur dann dazu, ein Wertesystem ernst zu nehmen, wenn sie an dessen Entstehung beteiligt waren, wenn sie st\u00e4ndig positiv an die Unternehmenswerte erinnert werden und wenn sie erkennen, dass es sich um nicht verhandelbare Verhaltensstandards handelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine pragmatische, aber relativ einzigartige Sichtweise auf ein Wertesystem besteht darin, es als Verhaltensstandards zu bezeichnen, f\u00fcr die alle Beteiligten zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden. Diese Verhaltensstandards sollten mit der Vision, den Zielen und Zielen des Unternehmens in Einklang gebracht werden. Das bedeutet einfach, dass diese Verhaltensweisen bei konsequenter Anwendung zu einem positiven Endergebnis f\u00fchren sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Anwendung von Wertesystemen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Werte sollten Teil von Peer-Evaluationen, Feedbackschleifen, Meetings und Belohnungssystemen sein. Werte k\u00f6nnen bis zu einem gewissen Grad als Br\u00fccke zwischen dem Setzen von Zielen und deren Erreichung fungieren \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir an, \u201ekontinuierliches Lernen\u201c ist ein Unternehmenswert. Wenn alle Teammitglieder diesen Wert voll und ganz akzeptieren, ihre technischen und nicht-technischen F\u00e4higkeiten kontinuierlich verfeinern und sogar aus Fehlern lernen und sich anpassen, haben sie klare und positive Schritte zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele unternommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group is-layout-constrained
