class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR- und KPI-Begriffe, die der Belegschaft nicht fremd sind. Beide dienen als Ma\u00df f\u00fcr das Soll-Leistungs-System eines Mitarbeiters oder Teams. Normalerweise werden diese OKR und KPI von der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung eines bestimmten Unternehmens bewertet, z. B. der Abteilungsleitung, dem Manager oder der Personalabteilung. OKR steht f\u00fcr Objectives and Key Result. OKR bezieht sich auf Ziele (Objectives), die so beschreibend, aufgelistet und so herausfordernd wie m\u00f6glich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ziel des Unternehmens bei der Verwendung von OKR ist es, die Priorit\u00e4ten und F\u00e4higkeiten der Mitarbeiter zu reflektieren, die sich auf die Ergebnisse auswirken. KPIs steht f\u00fcr Key Performance Indicators, das sind messbare Werte, die die Effektivit\u00e4t von Mitarbeitern und Teams beim fokussierten Arbeiten bestimmen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus konstruieren Strategien, Vorgaben und Ziele, um die Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung in dem Unternehmen zu sehen, in dem die Mitarbeiter arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definieren der Existenz von OKRs und KPIs zur St\u00e4rkung des Unternehmenssystems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein weiterer Unterschied besteht in der H\u00e4ufigkeit der Daten\u00fcbermittlung und -berichterstattung. Jeder KPI hat eine andere H\u00e4ufigkeit und ist im Allgemeinen l\u00e4nger, beispielsweise ein Quartal und h\u00e4ufiger j\u00e4hrlich. Die H\u00e4ufigkeit von OKR kann w\u00f6chentlich, monatlich bis viertelj\u00e4hrlich sein, also ist die Zeit k\u00fcrzer als KPI. Die Ziele werden innerhalb von KPIs separat geschrieben, w\u00e4hrend in OKR die Noten oder Fristen alle auf einmal registriert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist das KPI-System im Allgemeinen mit Boni verbunden, w\u00e4hrend es bei OKR nicht 100% mit Belohnungen verbunden ist. Es wird empfohlen, nicht mit Boni in Verbindung gebracht zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Zwischenzeit verwendet KPI bei seiner Erstellung einen Top-Down-Ansatz, der von der oben genannten Ebene abgeleitet ist. In der Zwischenzeit verwendet OKR im Allgemeinen einen Bottom-up- oder Seitw\u00e4rtsansatz, n\u00e4mlich Eingaben von der unteren Ebene, oder es kann von der Seite kommen, auch bekannt als Zusammenarbeit von anderen Einheiten. Es liegt in der Natur von KPI, ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes, aber dennoch realistisches Ziel zu erreichen. Vergleichen Sie dies mit OKR, das im Herzen ambitioniert und manchmal sogar unrealistisch ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR und KPI bilden <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/de\/what-is-okr\/\">KPIs gleichen Qualit\u00e4t und Quantit\u00e4t aus und ihre Leistung muss 100% betragen. In OKR muss es nicht ausgewogen sein, und seine Leistung bei 60-70% wird als gut angesehen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das System durch die Implementierung von OKRs gr\u00fcndlich zu st\u00e4rken, gibt es eine Option, die wir anstreben: Die erste Option, das OKR-System vollst\u00e4ndig und das alte System in Verwendung zu implementieren. Die Optionen hier eignen sich f\u00fcr Startups, die zuvor keinen Plan haben, oder f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die der Meinung sind, dass das verwendete KPI-System zur Verbesserung ihrer Leistung unwirksam ist. Verwenden Sie also das OKR-System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die zweite M\u00f6glichkeit besteht darin, die relevanten KPIs in OKRs umzuwandeln. OKR ist also auf Basis der aktuell vorhandenen KPIs strukturiert. Das Ergebnis ist die Verwendung nur eines Systems, n\u00e4mlich OKR. Normalerweise wird der KPI w\u00e4hrend des Transformationsprozesses zu OKR vom Typ Operation, dann wird ein angestrebtes OKR hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verwenden von GPS und Metriken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die fraglichen Metriken sind beispielsweise ein Tachometer, um die Geschwindigkeit des Autos einer Person zu messen, und einige Metriken, die die verf\u00fcgbare Benzinmenge angeben. Diese Person muss auch auf die Metriken auf ihrem Auto-Armaturenbrett achten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn jemand sein Ziel schnell erreichen m\u00f6chte, was passiert, wenn er die ersch\u00f6pfte Gasmetrik ignoriert? Nat\u00fcrlich kann ihr Auto nicht mehr fahren. Lassen Sie uns die Analogie fr\u00fcher analysieren. In der Analogie gibt es drei Teile, n\u00e4mlich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strategie ist dieser Entscheidungsprozess, wie die Auswahl des Reiseziels, das f\u00fchren wollte.<\/li><li>OKRs sind in dieser Analogie GPS, die uns helfen, auf dem richtigen Weg zu unserem Ziel zu bleiben.<\/li><li>KPI wird uns helfen, den Zustand des Autos zu \u00fcberwachen und sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist, wie es die Messwerte im Auto anzeigen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt ist OKR ein Werkzeug, um sicherzustellen, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg zu unseren Zielen sind. Inzwischen ist KPI ein Werkzeug, um zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob wir und die Dinge, die zum Erreichen dieses Ziels erforderlich sind, in Ordnung sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR- und KPI-\u00c4hnlichkeiten&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR stellt die Entscheidungen von Unternehmen dar, wie sie Zeit und Energie zuweisen, und erleichtert die Koordinierung einer Einzel-, Team- und Abteilungsaktion, um unternehmensweite Ziele zu erreichen. Diese beiden Frameworks erg\u00e4nzen einander. OKR und KPI haben etwas gemeinsam. Die \u00c4hnlichkeit im Buchstaben \u201eK\u201c ist der Schl\u00fcssel. Die Schl\u00fcssel in OKR und KPI zeigen messbare Indikatoren an und priorisieren, welche Teile fokussiert werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verwendung von OKRs und KPIs bietet Vorteile bei der Implementierung. Mit OKR, hier sind die Vorteile der Implementierung:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kann das Engagement erh\u00f6hen, wenn jemand die Unternehmensziele erreichen m\u00f6chte, die mit einer positiven Auswirkung auf die Mitarbeiter einhergehen<\/li><li>In der Lage, Unternehmensziele, Einzelpersonen und Teams durch Zusammenarbeit zu verbinden, um dasselbe Ziel zu erreichen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das macht es dem Team leichter, eine Idee abzulehnen. Auch wenn die abgegebenen Aussagen gut sind, k\u00f6nnen sie verworfen werden, wenn sie nicht zum beabsichtigten Objekt passen. Sie machten es einfacher, Gedanken mit niedriger Priorit\u00e4t aufzuschieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Unterschied zwischen OKR und KPI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie oben beschrieben, h\u00e4lt OKR jede Arbeitsaktivit\u00e4t auf dem richtigen Weg, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann sich der Fokus von OKR von Quartal zu Quartal \u00e4ndern, je nachdem, welche Priorit\u00e4t wir haben m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trotzdem bestimmt KPI, ob die Arbeitsaktivit\u00e4ten die Indikatoren zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele erf\u00fcllt haben. Beides ist gleicherma\u00dfen ein Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr Erfolg und Leistung. Beide haben etwas gemeinsam: Key = Key auf den Buchstaben K. KPI und OKR betonen den Key zur gesetzten Messung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der grundlegende Unterschied besteht darin, dass KPI ein Ma\u00df f\u00fcr das Erreichen dieses gro\u00dfen Ziels ist, wenn OKR dazu da ist, ein wichtigeres und konkreteres Ziel zu erreichen.
