Wie OKRs wird SCRUM ebenso wie OKRs verwendet, um Ziele zu vereinbaren und zu definieren. Es ist in zahlreichen ber\u00fchmten Unternehmen so bekannt geworden. Es l\u00e4sst sich aus seiner Fiktion ableiten, Gruppen dabei zu helfen, sehr aggressive Ziele in einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich kurzen Zeitrahmen zu erreichen. Daher wird dieser Artikel einen Rahmen ausarbeiten, der aus OKR- und SCRUM-Differenzierung sowie deren \u00c4hnlichkeiten zum Erreichen von Zielen besteht<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Objective Key Results) ist eine Methode zur Formulierung und Planung von Zielen, die einem Team, einer Einzelperson oder einer Organisation hilft, die Ziele messbar zu definieren und zu verfolgen, wie sie vorankommen. OKR wurde entwickelt, um Organisationen dabei zu helfen, langfristige Ziele in Tagen statt in Monaten festzulegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Natur von OKR ist auch anders. OKR hat messbare, flexible, transparente und anspruchsvolle Eigenschaften. Normalerweise werden Ziele von einem Leiter festgelegt, und sp\u00e4ter k\u00f6nnen alle Teammitglieder herausfinden, was andere Teammitglieder tun, um diese Ziele zu erreichen. Deshalb hei\u00dft es transparent. Die Erstellung dieses OKR kann als einfach bezeichnet werden, erfordert jedoch einen schnellen Arbeitsrhythmus. Die Perspektive und Kreativit\u00e4t der Teammitglieder wird dem Team sehr zugute kommen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SCRUM ist eine Projektmanagementmethode, die h\u00e4ufig zur Entwicklung von Software und anderen komplexen Produkten verwendet wird. Das SCRUM-Framework ist leicht und agil und eignet sich daher f\u00fcr die schnelle L\u00f6sung von Problemen. Der Hauptfokus von SCRUM liegt auf dem Prozessrahmen und nicht auf Methoden. SCRUM verwaltet allt\u00e4gliche Unternehmungen, die uns helfen, uns unserem Ziel n\u00e4her zu bringen. Die Verwendung von OKRs zum Abschluss von Scrum hilft uns bei der Auswahl der zu erstellenden Funktionen, wenn wir uns auf die von uns erstellten Highlights konzentrieren. Wir verwenden emotionale Ma\u00dfnahmen. Allerdings haben wir mit OKRs eine objektive Basis: Bringt uns diese Komponente n\u00e4her ans Ziel?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wichtig ist nach dem Erstellen des OKR au\u00dferdem, dass gerade im \u00dcberwachungs- oder \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungsabschnitt die Umsetzung des Aktionsplans zum Erreichen des OKR sorgf\u00e4ltig durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Bei der Durchf\u00fchrung der Kontrolle wird das Ritual der \u00dcberwachung von Aktivit\u00e4ten sehr wichtig. Der Aktionsplan tr\u00e4gt den Coaching-Prozess des Teams. Am Ende ist Teamarbeit wichtiger, die sich wie ein und ein Ziel anf\u00fchlt. Es besteht Vertrauen oder Vertrauen zwischen den Mitgliedern untereinander. Es herrscht eine gesunde Gespr\u00e4chsqualit\u00e4t, und jeder wagt es, seine Gedanken frei auszudr\u00fccken. Es gibt einen Prozess des konstruktiven Feedbacks, aber auch echte Anerkennung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-the-existence-of-okr-for-company-compares-to-scrum\">Die Existenz von OKR f\u00fcr Unternehmen ist vergleichbar mit SCRUM.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR hilft dem Team im Unternehmen, die Bem\u00fchungen zur Zielerreichung zu bewerten. OKR ist ein einzigartiges Arbeitsmanagementsystem, da ein Unternehmen durch die Bestimmung von OKR sensibel und reaktionsschnell auf \u00c4nderungen reagieren kann. Dies liegt daran, dass die Markierungen nur kurzfristig gemacht werden. Ich bin der Meinung, dass OKR mehr ist als nur das Setzen von Zielen und spezifischen Messmethoden. Meiner Meinung nach ist OKR umfassender. OKR kann eine Denkweise in den Ritualen unseres t\u00e4glichen Arbeitssystems bilden. Wenn ich OKR also als eine systematische Methode definieren darf, mit der Ziele (Zielsetzung) festgelegt und die Erreichung dieser Ziele gemessen werden. OKR hilft dabei, die Arbeitspriorit\u00e4ten zu fokussieren, die zum Erreichen dieser Ziele erforderlich sind, und wie die rituellen Aktivit\u00e4ten aussehen, um die Ausf\u00fchrung des Aktionsplans zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Der wichtigste Teil besteht nicht nur darin, das OKR zu erstellen. Es ist die Ausf\u00fchrung und \u00dcberwachung des OKR. Es ist, als w\u00e4re dies kein Sprint, sondern ein Marathon.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SCRUM-Prozesse schr\u00e4nken jedoch die Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit ein, da sie sich auf die F\u00e4higkeit der Gruppe konzentrieren, den vom Kunden gew\u00fcnschten Nutzen zu vermitteln. Wenn OKR in der N\u00e4he von SCRUM ausgef\u00fchrt wird, liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Erf\u00fcllung der in Key Results charakterisierten Funktionalit\u00e4ten, beginnend mit den kundendefinierten Features. Wenn wir unsere Einstellung \u00e4ndern und von \u201edie idealen Eigenschaften des Kunden vermitteln\u201c zu \u201eSchl\u00fcsselergebnisse erzielen, die mit dem Kunden abgestimmt wurden\u201c wechseln, k\u00f6nnen sich Kollegen auf ihre Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit verlassen, um ihre OKRs zu erf\u00fcllen, und zwar wesentlich mehr als wenn sie f\u00fcr die Ziele einer anderen Person arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-pros-and-cons-of-using-okrs-and-scrum\">Vor- und Nachteile der Verwendung von OKRs und SCRUM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die SCRUM-Technik kann ein kompetenter Rahmen f\u00fcr die schnelle Erstellung komplexer Aufgaben in gemessenen Organisationszielen sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-objectives-and-characterizing\">Ziele und Charakterisierung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der SCRUM-Zyklus hat keine einheitliche Definition f\u00fcr Ziele. Au\u00dferdem scheinen \u201eZiele\u201c einfach zu sein, und es ist riskant, sie nicht charakterisieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Mitarbeiter verlieren unerwartet die Klarheit in einem Abschnitt, und es gibt kein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis zwischen den Gruppen dar\u00fcber, was jedes Ziel tats\u00e4chlich beinhaltet. OKR erfordert die beiden Ziele und das Schl\u00fcsselergebnis, die auf der Grundlage von SMART-Standards erstellt wurden, um jeder Gruppe und Person vollst\u00e4ndige Transparenz zu geben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-achievement-standards-explanation\">Erkl\u00e4rung der Leistungsstandards<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immer wieder wird der Erfolg eines Scrum-Unternehmens an der Qualit\u00e4t gemessen. Metzger sind kein vern\u00fcnftiger Weg, um die Art des Berufs zu bestimmen. Um das Problem anzugehen, konzentrieren sich OKRs ausschlie\u00dflich auf das Ergebnis und im Allgemeinen auf die Gesch\u00e4ftsergebnisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die OKR-Technik kompensiert alles, was die Scrum-Interaktion normalerweise ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-the-case-of-okr-as-main-character-tools-for-google\">Der Fall von OKR als Hauptcharakter-Tools f\u00fcr Google<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Jahr 2012 f\u00fchrte Google eine Studie namens Project Aristotle durch, um das Geheimnis der Bildung von \u201eThe Dream Team\u201c zu finden.
