Wenn Sie langfristige Ziele haben, die sich \u00fcber ein Jahr erstrecken, m\u00fcssen Sie sich f\u00fcr die Verwendung von OKRs auf Unternehmensebene entscheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Nummer<\/strong>: Wie viele OKRs werden wir festlegen?<br>Wir empfehlen in der Regel die Einstellung a&nbsp;<strong>maximal 3-5 OKRs pro Team und Quartal<\/strong>. Dies ist ein Maximum, kein Minimum \u2013 es ist vollkommen angemessen, nur 1-2 OKRs zu haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Punkte<\/strong>: Wie werden wir OKRs bewerten?<br>Bei Google sind OKRs in der Regel&nbsp;<strong>auf einer Skala von 0,0 bis 1,0, 1,0 bewertet<\/strong>&nbsp;Das bedeutet, dass das Ziel vollst\u00e4ndig erreicht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Zykluszeit<\/strong>: Wie lange dauert ein OKRs-Zyklus?<br>Wir verwendeten&nbsp;<strong>3 Monate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>OKRs vs. KPIs<\/strong>: Wie unterscheiden wir OKRs von KPIs?<br>Wenn es jedoch um die Verwaltung Ihres Unternehmens geht, reicht es nicht aus, nur gro\u00dfartige KPIs zu identifizieren. OKRs m\u00f6gen neu sein, aber jedes Unternehmen hat einen Plan und ein Budget f\u00fcr jedes Jahr. Diese Pl\u00e4ne und entsprechenden Budgets basieren in der Regel auf Projektionen von KPIs, basierend auf dem, was Sie in der Vergangenheit getan haben und was Sie in diesem Jahr erreichen oder erwarten. Hier kommen OKRs ins Spiel. Es ist viel einfacher, das Reiseanalog zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>Werkzeuge<\/strong>: Wo entwerfen, ver\u00f6ffentlichen und verfolgen wir OKRs? Welche Vorlagen verwenden wir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>Leistungsbeurteilungen<\/strong>: In welcher Beziehung stehen OKRs zu Leistungsbeurteilungen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. <strong>Ausrichtung<\/strong>: Wie stellen wir sicher, dass OKRs ausgerichtet sind?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. <strong>Bottoms-Up<\/strong>: Wie
